Whiskey River English Springers Spaniels

We acquired our youngest Springer from Whiskey River and are very happy with her. Terry and Jack do a wonderful job raising the type of puppy they themselves would want. Puppies are raised in their home and are well socialized . I would highly recommend them.

Terry and Jack are the most wonderful breeders. My puppy has been the most wonderful part of my life. Even during Covid, they made my experience with them warm and comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone who loves springers (I cant think who wouldnt). They breed the most beautiful bright and healthy pups. I am grateful to them for my pup.

Got our pup last November (2020). Winston....Hes a crazy little thing but we love him. They were very responsive. Always getting back to us in a timely manner.. Even with the covid made it possible for us to have two visits with the pup before pick up day. It was wonderful to start bonding with him when he was so young. They even had photo ops set up for the visits.Made pick up at our convenience. We are still in touch with them and they are always willing to answer questions and give advise. You can tell they truly love all their fur babies. They treat all their adopting families with the respect they deserve. No complaints.

Terry and Jack at WRS are amazing people, and breeders. There is not a better springer breeder around CNY. We have two of their puppies. We got our first, Luna, in October 2018. Luna has been a blessing to our family. She is great with our children and our entire family. Terry was very easy to communicate with, by both text messages and messenger on Facebook. Our preference was for female springer, which Terry and Jack were able to provide for us. Luna is incredibly healthy and we get many compliments on her coloring. We realized soon after getting Luna that she needed a playmate. I was able surprise my family with Silas(male) in May of 2019. Silas was the runt of the litter, which is what I asked for of WRS. Terry was able to keep Silas a secret until he was old enough to come home with us. She even played along with the surprise. The smile on my wife’s face was spectacular. He has been a wonderful addition to our family! Silas and Luna are best of friends. They entertain each other and are very protective and loving. Each springer has a different personality, but similar coloring. Luna is permanently attached to my wife, while Silas can usually be found at my feet. We are so very pleased with WRS. Bought a puppy from Terry and Jack last fall great people to deal with. Had visitation twice before we pick our puppy up, got to know him before he ever came home. Got to know both Terry and Jack both special people good., enjoy every time my wife and I get to visit with them.

Best experience ever! The WRS owners treat each pup with such care that it carries over to the development of each amazing dog. My husband and I are so happy with WRS, they are the best Springer breeders weve experienced (our Holly is our eighth). Their puppies come into this world in the very home they will be in for their first eight weeks of life, and it shows (great temperment, smart, happy and loyal). Excellent people,quality springers!! We added our female Matti to our home and Terry and Jack were very warm and welcoming and treated us like family, infact I have become friends with Terry and Jack from this, and have continued to have a relationship, as a fellow breeder Have asked Terry for advice on several occasions and she never dissapoints! Our girl Matti was everything we could have asked for! They went way above and beyond!

Never deal with this breeder, they could not supply me with a puppy on the time line promised. Was told we would receive our deposit back. That NEVER happened. They kept our money. For a breeder that says they love dogs they just screws us which are dog lovers.They were extremely rude in their texts to us and had us confused with someone else. Babbling on about some sort of wooden sign they wanted me to build. ?????????I have every text to prove they were going to send me a check back. But now they changed their minds.Horrible business owners.

When looking for a springer 4 years ago after our last passed away I came across whiskey river springers Facebook page. I sent them a message to see if the puppy they had was still available. Our luck he was. We drove about 3 1/2 hours and meet with Jack and Terry and our new bundle of joy. We also at that time met Lola(mom) and Barndog(dad). Pickles was now ours. Fast forward 2 years ago and we were back getting our second whiskey river springer. Cooper and Pickles are amazing together. They are loved from the day they were born. We would get pictures and updates daily.
