Jennifer Hammond has a way of making you feel like you and your dog are the most important customers around. We have taken several training classes as well as day camp and boarding. Her communication kept us at ease while we were away. I had no doubt he was in great hands!Jen has a lot of knowledge regarding diet as well. I will only get my treats at her facility. I have learned a lot about what to look for and I only trust the ones she has there.Jen is so understanding and willing to help! I am actually going to reach out to her for a need right now! Great welcoming and friendly staff...truly love animals. No long waits to be seen...free puppy classes for new puppies to teach basic commands and answer training questions and socialization skills. The office and exam rooms are clean and odor free. Professional staff are very knowledgeable and take time to educate pet parents. Office staff use technology to send vaccine reminders and schedule appointments. I am very pleased with the services and staff!!🐶❤

I cannot say enough good things about Jen and her training techniques. As first time dog parents we brought our chocolate lab to the AKC S.T.A.R Puppy Program Basic Obedience class. Jen was absolutely amazing. I could message her on non-class days for her opinion on nutrition, allergic reactions or anything!! She has so much helpful information and really enjoys seeing you and your fur babies succeed!! We cant wait to get back for another class!!!

Jen is extremely knowledgeable whether it’s dog food, training, product recommendations ect. she loves what she does & all dogs love her too! Not just a dog mom anymore, she has the most adorable baby boy, yet she still manages to teach lessons, help customers, keep social medias updated, run the store & more, all while being a full time first time mom.

Jen is awesome and definitely know what she is doing! We took our black lab puppy to her for basic obedience classes, and he did awesome! Everyone comments how well behaved he is, and we cannot thank Jen enough. We recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dog trainer, for any age!

My dog started with puppy class then progressed to beginner obedience with Angie. We liked it so much that I entered her in a mix it up class!

Jennifer has done a remarkable job helping us train our new rescue dog, Maynard. I got my dog last November from a shelter and no idea where to start with training. I was referred to Paws Up by a few different people and decided to give it a shot. I started with the puppy classes. Jen made training Oliver (my dog) so easy and enjoyable for the both of us! Oliver is so well behaved now and actually listens to me. I do plan on going back for more training so that I can continue to learn how to be the best dog mom. I will also continue to recommend Paws Up Certified Dog Training to everyone who owns a dog. ☺️

I have lover working with Jen. We first brought our pup Saphira when she was about 6 months old fir puppy class. She is now 2 and anytime Ive had a question, Jen has always been there to help. We will be getting another pup soon and you can bet we will be back for more. Shes so good with the dog and teaches in a way anyone can understand.

Best place for dog training. My dog has learned an enormous amount of skills in such a sort amount as f time. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, and helpful. I highly recommend you get your dog trained through Paws Up!

Love this place if you are looking for a trainer that takes the time to workout specific areas of training this is the place. Trainer Jennifer is the best. She trains the impossible and does so in a caring way. She helps the parent understand why a dog behaves in certain ways and explains how to correct these behaviors. She is experienced and knowledgeable. Also they offer fun play dates at the center. Love this place anything you could possible need is here. Prices are very reasonable. A must check out place!! I am so glad we met Jen and had her help us in the training our Australian Shepherd! Right from the beginning I knew we found the perfect dog trainer! It doesnt get much better than Jen from paws up. She put her 23 years of experience to use with my all American mixed breed Marcy. We have taken our dog to several of Jen’s classes and just started another one this evening. She is very good with the dogs and she is extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone needing training with their dog.

Paws Up has opened a pet supply store, and offers great treats and supplies for your lovable fur friends. They arent new to the area, they have been trainers for quite some time, and now provide great pet supplies locally. A grand opening is planned for June, but they are open. Stop in and support this caring, helpful, professional friends.

Jen at PawsUp has taught me how to have a great relationship with my Pit bull. She has taught me how to train my Kynlee Grace to be a respected and respectful family member to our house along with a great animal in our community. I cant thank Jen enough for all her hard work and dedication to us with our pup, from all my questions not only during obedience class but also when she isnt working and would answer my texts from what dog food to what dog treat or toy for my girl would be best.I would recommend Jen at PawsUp for all pets. She truly cares for all the animals and has been a tremendous help to us. My 6 yr old rescue Tracey recently completed The Beginners Course and passed with flying colors! She is not a very social animal but extremely friendly. I have to admit that I was very skeptical that she would be able to be trained after seeing how she behaved the first 2 classes, becoming distracted by the different surroundings and other students and their owners in the class. Katelyn kept reassuring me that Tracey would get better with continual reinforcement at home and by introducing her to different surroundings. So we persisted and to my surprise Tracey started to come around. Dont get me wrong, she is still a very curious girl but I now feel more in control when she is with me. I believe she will only get better from here. I want to thank Katelyn for showing me the way to making Tracey and I even closer and our relationship more fulfilling! THANK YOU PAWS UP!

I probably stop here weekly or biweekly to pick up some standard treats for my rabbits. The prices are great and the staff is wonderful and helpful. Jen always has. Ew little bunnies to check out too!

We love Jen and her staff, they are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. We took multiple classes with our boy starting with puppy all the way up to advanced and would go back for specialty and refresher classes in a heartbeat. Our boy is well mannered and we have received compliments from our vets office and when we take him out in public. A few years ago I supported an individual with his dog to become canine good citizen. Jen was so patient with him and helped us to break down the training for him to understand. Later I took some classes with my personal dog and we had so much fun. The things I learned along with the person I support has allowed us to get a puppy for him and his housemate and we used those techniques in her training. Highly recommend!
