We have been using Christopher Robbins for a long time. I think our dog looks forward to her vacation from us when we take her there. The daily updates are great. We see her mingling/ interacting with other dogs. We strongly suggest using this facility.

We bring our puppy to puppy daycare at least once a week, and everyone loves it! Hes happy to go in the morning, gets a ton of social time with other dogs, and is tired when he comes home. We get a day to run non-puppy errands, or just have some downtime. The staff are really excellent, whenever Ive had a question or concern theyve been super friendly and accommodating. The pictures we get mid-day are great and always make us smile. Were looking forward to having a place that he knows and we know when we have to board him. I cant recommend this place enough, and its just incredible to have such a resource so close!

Great interactions with my dog, very gentle and no-fear communications with her. Super clean, good prices, friendly staff. If my dog could leave a review, it would be 6 stars, Im sure! Love this home away from home.

My dachshund Maggie and I have been so fortunate to use Christopher Robins Pet Care fabulous local small business in Avon, NY. Maggie has had quite a few stays there over the years and always has the Best time!! The owner and staff are beyond wonderful with the way they care for our precious pets!! Amazing place!! I take my 2 labs there for day care and boarding and they love it. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. I love getting pictures of my dogs after each day they are there. Highly recommend to anyone!!

We have tried several boarding facilities in the area and hit the jack pot with Christopher Robins! Our two small dogs would lose weight at other facilities, but when we pick them up at Christopher Robins they look healthy and happy. We love the pictures the staff sends us and everyone there is extremely friendly. You can tell they enjoy working here and our dogs get plenty of playtime and love.

John-Paul has an exceptional pet care facility in Avon. He offers top-notch amenities for pets that are boarded/daycare and clean, large areas inside and outside for your pets to run and play. I have the up-most trust when leaving any of our pets for a day or longer. If you contact him, he immediately responds and provides excellent information for your needs. I have recommended Christopher Robin Pet Care to my family and friends over the years.

Everyone there took GREAT care of our dogs!!! They sent us daily reports cards of them while we were away. This was a great service they provide. Our dogs come home bathed and happy!!! Thank you so much for great service!!!

My golden loves going here. John Paul and the staff take excellent care of the dogs and treats them as their own. I highly recommend bringing your dog here for boarding, a play day, or obedience classes.

Small staff who absolutely love animals and their job. Great place for daycare, full day (up to 12 hours!) or half half (any 4 hour block), boarding during the holidays or the weekend. They also offer in home dog training as well. With their expansion underway there is soon to be 10 additional Suites as well as much more on offer.

Great place. They were able to accommodate our two children son short notice. Kudos to them!

The guys there were absolutely wonderful to me and the dog they did a great job on her nails but they were booked solid for a month for grooming! so if you need to get your dog groomed make sure you call in advance

Absolutely the best place to bring your fur babies!! Gizmo loves everyone there and runs from the car to get in!!! They take great care of him, and are always flexible when I call with last minute boarding needs!!!

Our dog loves going here. Truly gets to run an play. People here like their jobs an like spending time with your pets.

Paid over 800.00 for 2 dogs for 9 days and because one day out of 9 they didnt get along with the guy there. so now we arent aloud to bring them back..mind you they never attacked him they just wouldnt come inside for him..Ever hear of using the leashes we left with them. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. But hey thanks for taking our money tho!!

Great people & great service! Our dog loves going and she comes home looking beautiful. They are great at communicating with you too - texts & email reminders.

I use them 2-4 times a year for boarding. The employees remember me, my dog, and her little needs and preferences. I feel no anxiety leaving my pets with John and the gang.

These place is the best. 1st time I ever boarded my dogs & I am so glad I found this place, these people are wonderful & caring & took great care of my dogs...sent me emails and pictures & not only made me feel good about them being there but saw how happy they were ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

They take care of my two Weimaraners very well. They send you pictures if your dogs almost everyday. My dogs never look neglected when they come back home.

We have a very nervous Aussie/Collie mix and have checked out a number of different daycare & boarding locations (3 others to be exact). Christopher Robins is by far the best (by a mile), with amazing staff who are kind and professional and actually understand dog behavior, and a great facility with plenty of outdoor space for running and playing. Clean building with zero kennel smell and a great location (not in a noisy or high traffic area). Im so happy to have found a spot where Ill actually feel comfortable leaving my dog for short day trips and longer overnights. Thank you to Karen and staff, you just made my day!

Our Plott/Boxer Roman absolutely loves going here, and we love taking him there. Lotta love for the dogs, great accommodations, large stockade fenced play yard. Reasonably priced, friendly staff that send picture report cards throughout the dogs stay. Highly recommended!
