Pets Perfect Dog & Cat Grooming Salon

I needed a place to take my cat for some up keep and this seems like one of the few places in the area that does cats. I was not disappointed. They treated my cat with professionalism, care, and efficiency. I was quickly in and out with one clean and well taken care of cat. The groomer there was also very kind and understanding. They have a nice business going on here and I could see myself returning in the future.

This was our first time taking Lambeau to Pets Perfect. The communication was great. The ladies there were fantastic. The cut and grooming looked perfect.

First time my dogs nails have ever been this short. I was so happy to find this place after we moved to Rush, they are great with both my dogs.

My dog has been going steadily to a groomer for four years. Just moved to Avon, so I decided to explore a groomer that was closer to home. Immediately she came across rude and was clearly overwhelmed by my Newfoundland, both with his size and undercoat. I reluctantly left him for his appointment but ended up picking him up before she was done with him because she had called saying his groom would be a two day job because of all his fur. Respectfully, Ive never had that feedback from any other grooming appointment from prior groomer and he was not even matted! She was upset and said she bought a special dryer just for his appointment. I told her I was willing to give her another try, but when she told me shed get back to me on availability, I never heard from her again. Everyone has a bad day, but I think this was more than a bad day, Id suggest going elsewhere.

We love taking our two dogs (mini pin chihuahua mix and standard poodle) to Pets Perfect!Melissa and team are great with our dogs. We do baths, nail trimming, and special ear care for the poodle.Highly recommend!

I love Pets Perfect! This cute, boutique grooming business is warm and inviting. Cats can be resistant to grooming, but Melissa expertly handles my guy and he actually enjoys it! I recommend Pets Perfect to everyone with fur babies!

She cut my dogs hair so good. I’d give her 6 stars if I could. They were all very nice. She was very patient with my dog ( my dog is very skittish and nervous) she made sure she was okay before she got started. I will definitely be back. I definitely recommend.

Melissa made special arrangements for my very anxious pup to come in when the shop was empty and was absolutely amazing at getting Mocha comfortable and clipped her nails so fast, I was in awe. 10/10!

Family, thats all I have to say. Thats how this place treats you. I was calling groomers for weeks trying to get my cat in. What I thought was mat on her leg ended up being a major puncture wound from a fight. The skin was rotting and the meat was becoming exposed. If it werent for Mellisa telling me to come right away - this would have been a lot different.

Rachell is an outstanding pet groomer! Both her knowledge and expertise in pet grooming are exceptional, along with providing a positive environment for my Standard Poodle with anxiety issues. I highly recommend Pets Perfect Salon for your pet companions grooming needs!

Brought my sons Doberman to have her nails done and Melissa was wonderful to her. She was patient and spoke softly to a very nervous Zoey and did a very nice job on her nails.
