Harry has been grooming my dog, Milo, for the past eight years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his exceptional care and expertise. Milo, who is an 8-pound bundle of sass, is notoriously difficult to handle during grooming sessions. Despite this, Harry always goes above and beyond, taking the extra time needed to ensure Milo looks his best.What truly sets Harry apart is his patience and gentle approach. Worst experience ever how you don’t want to groom my shih tzu because I don’t want to shave her down matted or not you don’t denied service ,also I comb my dogs hair regularly. You can see pics of how I keep her. Found denying service very unprofessional.

Brought my rescue mini-goldendoodle in for her first groom. Harry and staff were friendly, professional, courteous and loving to my little girl. Made the experience easier for her and me! Came highly recommended by my niece, now I can concur. Will be a steady customer.

This is the best groomer. Harry is amazing at what he does and loves dogs. Our dog is a senior at 17 years old and has been turned away by other groomers because of her age. Harry knew just how to handle Bella, a miniature poodle who is also blind. The spa is calm, inviting and clean. This was the best haircut Bella has ever got. I highly recommend Groom by Harry. Update!!!They did it again y’all!! Another successful grooming! Ace comes out looking brand new every time.A neighbor in my complex recommended Groom by Harry and I think we finally found our forever groomer! My fur baby was happy didn’t seem to be in any distress and he even waited till I got there to hold him for a part that he wouldn’t stay still for! The experience was great! As a first time dog mom I was more than pleased with the service! Booked our next appointment right there and then! Thanks so much guys! Absolutely love coming here and so does he! My puppy miso has only been groomed twice ( since he’s only 8 months ) and all those times here. The staff is always kind , professional and welcoming. Beginning of the service they always ask you what you are looking for/ what you want and don’t want and those request don’t go unheard. Miso comes out the cutest Pom everytime. Harry is a Pom owner himself so I have full trust in him and his work. He doesn’t disappoint. I live over 1 hour and 30 minutes away and it is worth it coming to Baldwin. They truly care about the puppies and also offer other services such as boarding, day care , and many more.

Shaved my Doodle dog all the way down even the tail, without no notice what so ever. Didn’t even give a call to let us be aware. The only thing they said was my dog was matted at pick up but this was his 2nd haircut and his hair was more matted and extra curly and bigger the first time but they were able to work with him and make him look cute hence me returning again within a 2mths appt time. Matted bad or not they should have given me a call, so I wasn’t surprised when I picked up or could have mentioned something during drop off but no. Im not saying he isnt still adorable but BEWARE DOODLE OWNERS YOUR DOG MIGHT BE SHAVED ALL THE WAY DOWN WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU THE OWNER.Photos: first two pics show before 1st haircut then after 1st haircut.Last two pics shows before 2nd haircut and after.

Omg… my baby girl Lolita looks so beautiful. She was in and out for her grooming. She was comfortable and happy while being spoiled by the staff. Love this place!

10/10 I highly recommend… Groom By Harry is the best grooming company in the Long Island - New York area hands down. Very professional, clean and accommodating. My dog Rocky has been going there for 2 years now. When both of my sisters became a dog mom, they took their dogs there and he now grooms all of our fur babies!!! Also, I had a last minute business trip planned and I didnt have anyone to watch my dog and Harry agreed without hesitation. My flight was delayed then canceled then delayed again and he was truly understanding. Rocky had so much fun that weekend and went to his first pool party… I recommend Groom By Harry & his team to anyone looking for a groomer.

Love this place because they are caring and gentle with our precious dogs AND they have cameras everywhere so if you have a shy/anxious dog, you can just wait and watch the cameras to ensure your pup is OK. Transparency is key! LOVE

I have been to this business with my dog a total of 3 times. Never really had an issue until this last visit. I bring my dog in for a 2:30 appointment which I’m 3 minute early. They normally take 2 thru 3 hours before they call to pickup my dog. This time they called a hour later at 3:40 to pickup my dog. 20 min later I get another phone call with the owner (Harry) telling me this is a final call and if I don’t get here by 5:00 then I will have to pickup my dog tomorrow. I then ask him what is the grace period to pickup up your dog? He tells me 1 hour. I then ask him if I have one hour why are you rushing me calling 20 min later with threats of keeping my dog. He tells me he has to leave early today. When I got there to pickup my dog, everyone was just hanging around. The owner was very sassy and rude. I won’t be returning!

Simply the best harry and his team are true professionals and masters at their craft. My dog comes out looking refreshed and amazing if you want the best service for your doggo

Our Goldendoodle Cody has been groomed by Harry since he was 4 months, Harry is absolutely the best, hands down. His shop is super clean and inviting, the staff is super professional and to top it off they offer doggy daycare which is a godsend. I would highly recommend Harry if you’re in the Long Island area.

This was my first time bringing my pup to this groomer and he IMMEDIATELY took to the staff. First of all, this place is lovely, quaint and just welcoming: nice vibes! My stubborn, 11-year-old pup was very pleased when I picked him up - and so was I. If you’re looking for a BIPOC-owned groomer (even if you’re not looking), this place is for you! I’ll be returning!

Had our first grooming experience for our 3 cats, who arent a fan of grooming! and we had the absolute best experience. Not only were my cats calm and cooperative, but the staff is ultra friendly, immaculate conditions and a very calm feel good vibe. Fair pricing is a bonus. Will continue to use Harry and his staff for our future needs.

We are a first time puppy owner and was so nervous about grooming a young pup. Our nerves were relieved as soon as we arrived. The place was clean and smelled so nice. Harry and his team were so reassuring and seemed so engaged with the dogs. When it was all done,our cavapoo looked like a million bucks. Thank you Groom by Harry. We cant wait for our next visit. I am extremely grateful to and in awe of every salon employee. Theyre all really friendly and giving. It has been difficult to locate a salon that would accept my dog. There would frequently be justifications such as Hes too loud or He moves a lot. Other salons would just phone me and ask me to pick him up because they thought he was too much work. There is nowhere better to bring your dog, in my opinion. Harry and his team worked so hard and with such patience. Ill return and tell everyone about this area when I do!

Friendly staff and very clean place. Harry the owner on the other hand, can be very nasty. My dog was scheduled for grooming, showed up 10 minutes before the appointment time, place was closed. Waited for over an hour while I keep calling the place. 3 days later I got a call from Harry, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience had the nastiest attitude. Not professional at all.

I was a bit apprehensive at first because I was taking my cat to be groomed. I was greeted and felt welcomed. Harry was very nice. He advised me he personally groomed her himself. My cat smelled amazing and was well taken care of. He even gave her the cutest bow! She had no signs of stress when I picked her up. Ten out of ten I would definitely recommend. I will definitely will be booking more often with him. Thanks so much Harry and team!

Groom by Harry, has been grooming my Yorki for about a year now. Harry and his staff are very friendly and really care for the animals, and they do a great job bathing and grooming. The facility is always spotless. I highly recommend Groom by Harry!!

My dog had a wonderful experience. He showed himself off to MEEEE. He kept that scarf on for days and days. They really Pampered my Hannibal. He had an excellent deshedding and a teeth cleaning. And his paws were immaculate. Hannibal noticed, for sure!

Didnt go as plan. Got a phone call for confirmation. Confirm. Showed up 30 mins before my appointment and they were close. Okay, maybe they on break. Waited for my appointment time and no one showed up. A dog was barking inside, but no one was inside with the dog. Didnt even get a phone call to reschedule nothing.

My Tino is a handful but they are so patient with him,thank you Harry.
