Custom K9 Grooming Salon

Unfortunately not a great experience with taking our 9 month old Golden there. This was his second visit here. Dropped him just b4 9am, went to pick him up at 1030 as that was how long it took the first time. He was still in the crate they put him in when he arrived, no work done, no water and we were advised it wld be at least another 90 mins as they were short handed. I understand sometimes employees dont show, let me know and Ill bring him later, or tell me and let me decide if its OK for my dog to be crated that long. Knowing our 9 month old goldeni wld have said no, hell get too stressed crated that long, and he was stressed and we had to remove him.Didnt need to be had there been better communication.

I have 2 long haired Akitas. They always look fabulous after their spa day. The staff is great with them.

The groomers know what mini schnauzers faces could look like with shorter eyebrows and a squared off snout trim. They finished on time, and Duncan looked great. Highly recommend them.
