Petco Grooming

Extremely happy with the Batavia store and Maggie Mays groomer, she did such an exceptional job with her. I can not say enough about her. She was worth every dime!!!!

Never have had an issue with the grooming services here at Petco! They have always been wonderful to my dog & he is always looking his best when I pick him up! They’re definitely quick, but efficient and it’s great for me to have that taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks again for all that you do, and we will be back! 😊

Zala is a fantastic groomer. She handles our dog very well and he seems to really like her. She does a great job filing his nails down and he looks like a fresh new dog every time he has an appointment with her. It’s easy to schedule his appointments and the cost is truly great, roughly $60 for everything we have done. Can’t recommend enough.

I drive 45 minutes just for Kelsey to groom my dog Maggie. She is the only person that is patient and kind to Maggie as she’s 15years old and blind. I even wait tooo long between cuts and Kelsey is still patient and makes Maggie look like a brand new woman every time!

Nala does a great job with my two pups! In and out with less grief than the vet gets.

I love the way zela has a bond with my dog and he always comes out very happy and beautiful love that girl.

Jasmine has never looked so good. She went with the groomer without hesitation and was very calm when we picked her up. The entire experience was great.

Amber was amazing - this was my dogs first grooming appointment (and hes my first dog) so I wasnt sure what cut to have done. She listened and suggested we start small to get him used to it. He came out looking so fluffy and smelled so good. I was extremely happy with the work Amber did.

Asked A to shave undercarriage, clip nails. Picked up my dog, nothing was done for 60.00 was asked to not return. Was also told by A (not Amy) I would not get A refund. All pictures told corporate A different story. I got my refund~ will not be back. Bri does A calmer and complete job.

This was our dogs first professional grooming. Groomer was extremely patient and listened to our concerns. She did a wonderful job and Pan looks so handsome! Cant say enough good things about her!

The Groomer, Marisa (i think is her name) is amazing - my 3 doggies love her and they always look so great! i love taking them to her at petco in batavia. she is professional, friendly, and certainly loves doggies! thank you so much for an exceptional job every time i come!

Groomer was considerate, respectful, and caring to the needs of my 11yr old Sheltie, Tippy Toes who is 100% deaf and 100% blind. She never left him unattended while on the grooming table. He will be back for grooming as long as the groomer that took care of him is still working at Petco

My dog’s hair cut came out great. Groomer was friendly and my dog and I were very pleased.

Dogs were a little wet when we left but its the first time ive had them groomed. Next time Ill bring a couple towels to finish them off

The groomers are very affectionate to my dog. He thrives on this. He is very comfortable walking into the store to get his nails and bath done.
