Always done a great job. Reasonable and fast. Love the job she does on our three dogs.

Zoom & Groom is fantastic to all three of our dogs who each have special needs (reactive behavior, elderly/ old joints, diabetes & lymphoma!). All of them always come home smelling amazing and looking so wonderful. I have to clean less frequently after they are groomed (less shedding) and they all sleep so much better after seeing Andre. It is worth every penny and then some! We now live an hour away and we still drive an hour plus every time they need grooming because she is the ONLY groomer (even living out of state for four years and trying many other services) we trust with all three of them. ❤️

We just moved to the area from the west coast and were in search of a reliable and good dog groomer. We have a mini poodle who is about 20lbs and is our spoiled fur baby. So we were ecstatic to learn there was a mobile grooming service. Making an appointment was a breeze! Unfortunately the haircut was less than standard. We let her know of the common needed areas for our pup (ears, tail, face area, nails) but did not think to mention the private areas. She is a poodle and with her hair that is a fairly standard practice of shaving their anal gland and such. She only took about 45 minutes with our pup- which is usually great! I do see why now… she did not touch my dog’s rear or front private areas at all!. I reached out to let her know how I was feeling, because like I said we were so excited to find this service and hoped it was all just a mistake! She stated the front vaginal area was not a standard practice but that she did do the rear. I replied that it did not look that way and was completely ignored. I do wish more had been done to rectify the situation, as we are now scrambling to find another appointment for our dog again somewhere else because she needs that area to be shaved completely!!! Extremely frustrated.Do not recommend groomer if you have any kind of poodle or doodle!!!!!!!!!Inserting photo of my pup 2 days after her cut and a photo on web of what it usually looks like after a proper cut!

Hands down the best mobile groomer we have had! We have used her since 2020 when our boy was a puppy and have always been so happy with the results:)

Andre is the best. She grooms our 3 plus my son’s dog and always does a great job! She is thorough and truly cares for our babies. She alerts us when she notices things don’t look right to get them checked out, like hot spots, their ears. She doesn’t even mind that Zoey always poops on her table! Andre has been grooming our pups for over 6 years and would never go anywhere else!

Andre is the best! So accommodating and Sabriel just loves her. I love when she gets her tail done purple!

Andre is amazing and our pups get excited every time they see her- even though she’s about to do their nails and give them a bath! Very easy to communicate with and have recommended her to several friends/family members who have been so thankful to not have to leave their homes and drive for grooming services- especially helpful with working from home!

I was so glad to find out that we were inside this groomers service area as she comes highly recommended, and has limited availability due to her high work volume and popularity with the community at large! She was so gentle and kind with my fur babies after their spa day, and they left her trailer looking and smelling amazing. I received nothing less than 5 star service from this groomer...highly reccommend.

Hightly unprofessional.Ive used this service 2x before and wouldve given 5 ⭐ based on previous experiences...but I guess things go wrong once in a while.I had requested a cut for my dog 🐕 Chico. The morning of the appointment they cancelled due to an emergency...fine, I get it.Today I missed the appointment. My fault, I overslept. I text to make arrangements to reschedule and she wants an additional $20.Doesnt seem right to me. Not sure if I want to pay more .

Zoom and Groom has been such a blessing to our family. Andre comes right to the house for our pups that don’t like car rides. She’s been very patient with our Goldens and has developed a relationship ship with them so they now trust her and go right with her. She is always on time when she says she will be there.

Zoom and Groom has done a fantastic job with .y two Mini Golden Doodles. She has always been on time, does a great job, and my dogs love her. Id recommend her service to anyone.

Andre is amazing at what she does. You can tell she really loves and cares for your animal. That is the kind of person you want grooming your dog. And what a convenience to not have to travel to take your dog to get groomed. She comes right to your house. It really doesnt get any better than Zoom and Groom!

Extremely unprofessional. Sought out this groomer as a mutual friend uses her and only lives 2 minutes from my home. Made an appointment with her for my two Newfie mixes, was upfront about their weight, breed, what was expected, and address. Confirmed dates and times and moved my work schedule around to make it all work out. Our appointment was today at 12pm and I received a message at 11:34am that she wouldn’t be coming because “she doesn’t service our area”…. When I told her that I was just a few minutes from my friend (who she does service) I was told “she has to draw the line somewhere”… I told her it was unprofessional considering the appointment was less than a half hour away and she had my address when we booked a week ago… why did she wait until 1/2 hour before the appointment to check the drive time if that was so important? Why didn’t she check it when I gave her my address a week ago? Then she denied that it was unprofessional at all and gave me a “👍🏼” . Anyways. Very disappointing and I definitely don’t recommend wasting your time on her when she clearly doesn’t care about her clients time either.

So happy for have found Andre and her mobile grooming service! I have a senior dog who doesn’t do well with the stress of going to a groomer and all the other dogs. Mobile grooming was suggested and Zoom n’ Groom did a fantastic job! Thank you so much!
