Best Friends Grooming

Brought our mini golden doodle for grooming for the first time. Skylar did a phenomenal job! She looked perfect and she did exactly what I asked her to do! Love the added touch of the fall bandana! Adorable! Already scheduled her next appointment. I would highly recommend.

I have a 6 month old bernedoodle which I brought to Best Friends for her first grooming. At first glance I thought she looked great. When I got home I noticed that they cut her way too close on top of her nose. I am hoping that the hair grows back and that they have not left a permanent scar on her.I emailed them twice to ask for an explanation, but they would not return my emails. This is very unprofessional and I hope that they haven’t done this to other dogs. I will not go back a no urge everyone to be careful using them.

Mia right after a haircut and when she has grown out a bit. I keep her hair short so my 2 bigger dogs dont goob her up with drool (which ends up matting her fur).

My dog looked awesome. Groomers are great. They were friendly and my dog looked great. She is fussy but they had no problems with her. I will definitely be going back.

Had an appointment with a specific groomer as she knew my dog. When I arrived at 8am I was told the groomer was busy but related the cut to someone else. When I picked him up quick glance he looked good. Got home paws & legs were groomed properly. Nails weren’t cut.If a customer specifies a certain groomer, don’t change itYou have lost a client

Contacted Best Friends on short notice as our regular groomer was unable to work. They got Casper in and were so kind and helpful. Jen did a great job!! We will be back!!

I’ve been to Best Friends twice now and they’ve taken great care of Ted both times. He’s a very wiggly 14 month old collie shepherd mix and he’s gone in willingly and come out smiling every time. They’ve been conservative with his hair cuts (he has a fair amount of excess floof), which I always appreciate, clipped, denapped, and smelling great. The staff seems to genuinely like my boy and I’ll continue to send him there for great service, quality work, and the safe and friendly atmosphere.

I have regularly brought my poodle to Best Friends for grooming and have been very happy with their attention to detail! When it became apparent the my dog was allergic to the perfumes in the products, they took care to use hypoallergenic products to insure her comfort. There have been many a time when they contacted me ahead of an upcoming holiday to insure that I was able to get an appointment when my mind was somewhere else! They’re a very friendly and caring group and in all the times I have brought my dog in, there was only one time when I asked that they shorten her “poof”. They obliged happily and on the very next day! They are a conscientious and caring group at Best Friends, and I highly recommend them!

This is my 3rd time taking my small bichon/shihtzu pup here. She’s been to so many groomers, and best friends grooming is by far my favorite! They are friendly, professional, and cut my pup BEAUTIFULLY. She always comes home looking absolutely adorable and smelling so lovely. They even give her a cute little report card after her appointment (she always was a good girl of course).Thank you guys ☺️

This location is amazing! my partner and I have gone to other locations and weren’t as satisfied! Ryan is incredible. We won’t be going anywhere else until the day they close which will be never.

I took my dog Louis today for the first time to Best Friends Grooming and I must say I was thrilled! The owners are very professional, caring , real people and I felt like they were good friends by the time we left AND their groomer gave Louis an amazing haircut!We will definately be going back as it was truly an all around great experience.

The workers are so friendly. I took my dog and as soon as we stepped in the groomer came out to meet him and try to make him comfortable. I wanted to shave my dog but they didn’t recommend it ( which would be more money than a bath ) I was surprised since other places I’ve been to have done it and I had no idea by time it ruins their coat and gives them bald spots . I picked up my dog and he wasn’t frightened or shakey he was just happy to see me. He ended smelling good, looked clean , and he seemed to be calm around the groomer. I highly recommend it .

Ive been coming here for years. They take wonderful care of my pappion and i am very comfortable with the staff.

This was our first visit and we will definitely be new clients going forward! We have 2 Newfi’s both around 140lbs. Deja had her first grooming appointment this week and she looked absolutely fantastic when I came to pick her up. Definitely pleased and will recommend Best Friends to all our Newfi friends. Only an experienced groomer could have groomed her to the Newfoundland standard. I have never had my “girls” deshedded but what a difference it made to her appearance and the reduced doghair around the house. Thank you Good Friends for recommending we give it a try. With 2 Newfoundland’s we have to expect some doghair in the house but can’t wait until Sasha has her appointment next week.

I was so sad when Christine closed Best Friends and moved to be with her family across the country. I miss her, but was thrilled to learn that Best Friends in now again open and Meghan is there along with Danny and his wife. The place got a facelift, has a great little retail area and the grooming is at its best. My Lucio looked fantastic! Thank you!

Amazing staff!! They’re so thoughtful and caring! The salon smells amazing, and you can tell they clean everyday! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Worst grooming job ever. Do not go there if you have a westie. Called and asked if they could do a westie cut. They assured me they could. My dog came back completely cut bare... no hair on his legs, chest, skirt All furnishings are gone. His tail looks like a bottle brush and has the most hair on his body. His face is dished out. He will need to wear a heavy sweater for a few months because his coat was completely clipped off. Horrendous

Very nice people. Do a great job. Communication and scheduling is easy and convenient. My dogs grooming is always done within a couple of hours.

The service here is wonderful! The groomers are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and the dogs always come out looking phenomenal. I only see pet owners smiling and looking forward to coming back. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Heres a few pictures of some pups Ive seen!

My dog tends to be nervous when going to the grooming salon, this was our first time trying Best Friends and he came back happy and smelling great!

My standard poodle loves Jen and she really doesnt like baths, but she loves it here. Jen is fantastic with her and her range if styles that we like to do with her!
