Catskill Mountain Bed N Biscuit

I toured the facilities before dropping my dog off for the weekend. They were clean and spacious. I love that my dog was able to go outside in a safe and enclosed environment at any time. We paid for extra play time and a nature walk. She was very happy when I picked her up.

Super friendly staff, dogs are always well taken care of, never had an issue the 3+ times been there! Both our huskies stay together so it’s a cheaper price! Never a worry in our minds when we are on vacation!! Highly recommended!

Our Sophie was well taken care of when a last minute change in plans had us scrambling to board her overnight in a town we were visiting. The owner was flexible and accommodating and truly loves dogs. It would be a five star review from those facts alone but the prices were more than reasonable. I recommend this place.

I unfortunately had a bad experience at Catskill Mountain Bed N Biscuit in December of 2021 and finally decided to write a review. The place is generally clean, and fine if you dont mind an impersonal experience. However, they didnt welcome our pup upon arrival which was our first discomfort that it wasnt the warmest experience either.They dont take daily photos which is fine of course, but said we could call every day. When we did, they were very dry on the phone not offering much info about my dog. When we picked her up, we found her bed had been washed which we first appreciated but realized it was because she had an accident ( we found the foam on the inside very soiled) which could only have been because she didnt go out enough since she hasnt had an accident since she was a young puppy and NEVER in her own bed.Additionally, when we picked her up, she had a green goo in her eye which after taking her to the vet we found out was conjunctivitis. When we called to let them know just in case for their other dogs, they basically denied it saying there was no way she had that because our dog didnt have contact with other dogs. What doesnt make sense is that the employees at least have contact with other dogs! And she definitely didnt have it when we left for our trip.For us, this isnt the place to board our dog, its impersonal and there was no communication about either of the items I mentioned above despite my calling to check on my dog.

Amazing place. Professional and sweet. I love boarding my black lab here and also Gertz him groomed. The facility is very clean and they allow my dog to get outside and take walks!

More aptly named as a doggie day camp. My pup and I have been going for the past 2 years. I never have my attention on my pooch as I know he is so incredibly cared for. All the staff loves him, from Pam, to Cindy, Angelica, Patty and Marc. My appreciation is overwhelming. Hank is happy and loved. He goes on nature walks and has hugs and kisses time. He gets a bath weekly which makes him even more prettier. I am thrilled bringing him almost daily. If anyone ever wants to ask me about the Bed n Biscuit, I will be happy to fill in any details. Your dog will be happy staying there.

This place is hands down the best! They treat our dog with such respect and love. We bring our 6 yr old border collie here for grooming. And we have never been disappointed. They have fair prices. And the staff is so friendly and absolutely accommodating.

Thank you for being so wonderful with my fur baby.. even though he can be a bit difficult.. he certainly has more pep without all his fur ❣️

They took great care of our dog when we took her there for pet boarding, and even went as far as to mail back some items that accidentally got left behind. A wonderful team!

Great place to leave your dogs. Went here with my sister who was apprehensive about leaving her two dogs, but they made her feel at ease. They offer services like walks, and even hugs for your pets as well. Highly recommended!

We have used the boarding services but more often the grooming services. Both are excellent! It is very clean and well kept. The staff is very caring with the animals. Highly recommend the!

Nails and bath, quick, clean, not too smelly of perfume. Just what we needed!

We have needed support with our new boy, Jack, after I had a fall. We take him for 5 or 6 hours a day a few days a week for walk support. When we drop him off, he runs to Cindy or Patty and clearly feels 100% safe and excited. While we havent seen interaction with Mark beyond the first drop off, he interacted with Jack beautifully. When we pick him up, he comes out tail wagging and calm. There has not been a minute of stress displayed. The facility is immaculate. Jack gets walked and has play time. When he sees me packing his day bag, he knows where hes going and is very excited! Thanks to all at Catskill BnB! - Zelda

I have been getting my Yorkie groomed here for 3 years and have always had the best service and care . She never comes home freaky like she has at other groomers. They must treat the dogs with allot of love and patience.

Easy to get to, drop off and pick up was no hassle, staff is very friendly. There is a form to be filled out when you get there that has extra options for your pets stay like a walk thru nature which I though was very cool. Cant wait to go back up and use you guys again very convenient.

We have been boarding 2-3 of our dogs at this facility the past 2 weeks. They always have come back healthy and happy!! Worry free for our babies when we are on vacation!! Duckie, Mocha, and Luke!

They did a wonderful job grooming Buddy, our pitbull/Rottweiler mix. Buddy has had skin and coat issues for quite some time now, and after just one session he appears much better and more comfortable! Thank you!!

The staff is always so friendly and take care of our darlings so well! & the fact that its only about 10 minutes from home is such a bonus!

They provide expert grooming for our Shih Tzu, and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. A fantastic place to bring your furry family member!

Traveled from Manhattan with my Pitbull/Lab mix, she’s a friendly (hyper) dog who needed day care while we went to Hunter Mtn. and waited for our airbnb to be available.Upon arrival, the workers were so sweet! Explained everything they have available and what options you have for day care vs. boarding.We asked for a grooming on the spot and they advised the groomer may not have time BUT upon picking up our pup, she was clean, groomed and TIRED.I highly recommend Castkill Mountain Bed N Biscuit for anyone, they care about the animals and know their stuff.Extremely close to hunter mountain and GREAT prices.THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF MY BABY!!
