LOVE this office and love is an understatement because of how amazing they were! All the staff were absolutely awesome with our dog Paulie! Dr. Mackonochie was very thorough, kind, and explained everything to us when helping with his allergies. He checked him up and down and went through everything with us and answered all our questions happily and spent time with us. We are so glad we switched to Moriches Hospital for Animals. Very grateful for the recommendation to come here and will most definitely be taking our other rescue dog and rescue cats here! Thank you!

I was incredibly impressed with the level of care my cat Nelson received as a new patient. Excellent staff and you can really tell how much Dr. Lynch cares about all his adorable patients.

Dr. Lynch has been taking care of my pets for the past 45 years!!! He is the best vet i have ever known; the most compassionate, kind person ever! Hi son Michael who works there is wonderful with the people and animals too. Dr. Hoffmann and Mackonochie are both wonderful, forward thinking professionals. The entire staff is just GREAT!!!

My wife and i absolutely love this place. Dr. Lynch and Dr. Hoffman take such great care of of Gunner. My old vet retired that we used since the 1980s, and a close friend recommended The Moriches Hospital For Animals to us. I cannot say enough about the staff either, as they are all so friendly and professional, and go out of their way to accommodate you every way they can. I wanted to give a shout out to Kathy for giving Gunner a great bath last Saturday. Gunner smells so clean and his coat is super shiny. At one point in 2022 Gunner had to be hospitalized because he got sick out of the blue and Dr. Hoffman nursed him back to great health. My wife Penny and i would like to extend our thanks to each and EVERY ONE of you for the great care you give our Gunner. If i could give 10 stars i would! My dog was treated SO WELL. Dr. Lynch was so kind and smart and thorough. He called me several times to update me on my dogs status and seemed genuinely invested in getting him well. The girls at the desk were very happy and kind. It was clean and comfortable.

My husband and I agree with their vote because the minute we walk in the door our Labs forget who we are because they are happy to see the staff, greeted like they are superstars. Dr. Lynch, Dr. MacMenamin and Dr. Hoffman are caring and knowledgeable . They take the time to explain any issues and solutions that is easy to understand. All the office staff and techs are great, so sweet and clearly love all our furry family members. I feel very confident they are taking the best care of my two dogs . Dr. Lynch and his Associates are professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Their diagnosis and care has always been right on. We also board our pet at the Hospital whenever we need to be away. She has always been well cared for and we take comfort in knowing that the staff will take care of her should she become ill. Love this place! My father started taking his dogs to Dr. Lynch since I was a kid. He raved about it so much that 15 years later this was the only place I wanted to go for my animals and the caring nature has not changed. I love the staff and Dr. Lynch. I cant say much for the other vets because hes the only one Ive seen. Great man, great family atmosphere and a love for animals that you could only wish for. My dog has had more than his share of scary situations so Im speaking from experiencing this office from more than just routine visits. If there is something wrong he gives you options for your pet, his first reaction is not always the biggest bang for his buck! Love them!

Dr. Lynch is a wonderful, caring vet. He listens and explains everything about your pet. He uses the newest techniques and treatments to help care for his patients. The staff is patient and friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable. Kristy and Colleen always follow up immediately when copies of reports are needed. I live in Babylon Village and travel to Moriches to see Dr. Lynch because he is the BEST!

Everyone who loves their animals should bring them here. We used to bring our animals to a terrible office called long island spay neuter. If you want terrible staff and vets go there. If you want a great experience for your animal and wallet go here

Dr. Lynch and his staff are wonderful, caring and knowledgeable. They have helped me with many of my animals over the years, dogs, cats even a hamster! They are able to do all procedures on site making things so much easier, I would not trust my pet to anyone but Doctor Lynch.

A dog attacked my dog on our Sunday walk.My normal vet was unavailable so I engaged the services of the Moriches Hospital for Animals.They gave me an appointment immediately, (within the hour) and were kind and compassionate toward my traumatized little girl.Im very happy and impressed with the service and compassion experienced by my dog and myself!

We have always had a lot of dogs, 8 dogs for over 20 years.Originally from Brooklyn we have seen the worst and some of the best vets. traveling from Brooklyn to NJ. Once we moved out to Long Island, finding a vet that I could trust our 4 legged babies with was not easy. ( we saw more than a few!) We are so thankful we found Dr. Lynch over 8 years ago. He, and our staff has helped bring our aging dogs well into their teens ( some with short life expectancies) , and continues to take care of our present dogs. He, and his staff treat their patients as if they are their own. When we mourned, they mourned, just as they shared in our joy of our new pups. They treat our non human family, like their own. We have had some unusual medical issues , where other vets had all the wrong answers. Dr. Lynch showed his determination researching in finding out the problem, and treatment giving our girl Roxy 3 extra happy years. He and his staff know how important pets are to their familys, and goes the extra mile to keep them all happy and healthy!

I cant write enough good things about Dr. Lynch & his staff. Our dogs are our children & this place has saved them numerous times over the years. We wouldnt trust anyone else with our baby girls, Emma & Freya. They have received everything varying from medical baths to stitches & the cauterizing of nails to the removal of cancerous tumors & the cancer vaccine, which we are so grateful to be able to say worked for our baby. Dr. Lynch & his staff are not only wonderful in the area of veterinary medicine but they are all wonderful people. We wouldnt trust our babies health & wellness anywhere else. Up to date on everything new in the field of veterinary medicine but still old fashioned enough to be with with you every step of the way holding your hand through the major stuff. We are so grateful to this place.

Dr. Lynch is the best, hands down. He’s been taking care of our dogs for years. Knows his stuff and has compassion, and grows to remember his clients and treat them as family. Class act all the way. And the office staff are friendly and personable as well!

We have been using Dr. Lynch for many years! Our Golden loves everyone at the office. Getting her in the car to get there is not fun but when she gets to the office, she jumps right out of the car and walks right in. I wish this staff dealt with humans. The bedside manor and genuine care and concern from Dr. Lynch right to the receptionists is the gold standard of care. I would NEVER consider going anywhere else!! If you truly love you pets than you should be taking them to Dr. Lynch and staff.

I have been going to this Animal Hospital for 16 years. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldnt trust my dog with any other veterinarian. I have had a cat and two dogs who have always been given the most attentive care even when I didnt think any options for medical treatment were available or a possibility. I trust Dr. Lynchs entire practice and would recommend this Hospital to everyone.

I really enjoy working with the team at this animal hospital. Each physician has a different approach and are all very easy to communicate with. I feel incredibly comfortable when Kathy is handling my cats. She is caring, kind hearted and genuinely concerned and available.

We love Dr. Lynch!! I met Dr. Lynch and his wife at a Petco 2 yrs ago. He asked me a question about my dog. Asked me if my dog had a thyroid problem because he had patches of hair missing. He suggested something to me and I did it. It worked. He did not need to give me any advice, but he is genuinely concerned with the well being of all animals. Then I went home. About 6 months later I needed a new vet. I called all over and finally found him. He has been very concerned and helpful with my dog Little Bear. Little Bear, my golden retriever. Is doing great and is down 25lbs and a happy little fellow. We love our vet!!

Ive been going to the Moriches Hospital for Animals for many, many years and I think they do a wonderful job. I especially like Dr. Lynch because hes very caring and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. I feel like my cats are in excellent hands.

Dr. Lynch and staff are amazing. He performed surgery on my pups subluxating patella and now she back to running and playing completely pain free. I highly recommend him not only for his wealth of knowledge and experience, but especially for his compassion towards animals and their families that care for them.

Worst vet. Be prepared to get Nickled and dimed and charged for things that are unnecessary. You question them and they get offensive. Dr Lynch is an arrogant piece of work. My dog had a fever. He refused to help us because I didn’t want a simple test done. He does not care about your animal only his pockets. $1700 for a fever check up. Go somewhere else.

Today my dog tucker saw doctor Hoffman for the first time. she was looking at his back paws and his eye now this makes no sense because turns out my innocent dog needs surgery on his eye. when she told us the news I was like oh hell no. she is one of the worst doctors ever. I do not recommend this woman at all. from now on he will go to another vet

Dr. Lynch and Dr. Hoffman has been absolutely awesome in regards to the care of the 2 dogs I have brought in so far. They give you the results of any bloodwork and x rays in a way thats easy to understand and care your pet as if they are the owners.

Cant say enough great things about Dr. Lynch and his wonderful staff. I first went to him years ago and he saved my dog from losing his eye. He was/is so caring and everyone makes you feel welcomed.

WE brought Sophie to MHA to continue her care with Dr. L. Hoffman, Sophies first Veterinarian. Very nice office, staff very professional and , again, Dr. Hoffman. She is so good and caring and now back at MHA, where she started her career, with her mentor, Dr. Lynch. They seem to work very well together. I am Very pleased and satisfied with MHA.

We love Dr. Lynch and the Moriches Hospital for Animals. When our Koshka passed suddenly, he made a donation in her name to the feline program at a large University. Then, when Katya came in contact with poison was suddenly taken ill and moments from leaving us, he saved her life.Not only is he professional and caring but the staff is just as caring and attentive to details. We will go nowhere else.

I absolutely love Dr Lynch and Mac. They have been caring for my animals since the late 80s. So grateful they are so close. They are the most caring Dr.s and staff ive ever had. Thank so much

Horrible experience, brought my dog there in February for a scab on his leg told us it was an allergy never did an x ray and gave him penicillin, turns out his leg was broken in two sections. I brought him back two weeks ago they told me it was still an allergy and sent him home, we noticed it wasnt getting better tried to make an appointment but they told us for him to finish his medication , still wasnt better now they are telling me they messed up and either put him asleep or amputate his leg, I said we have been bringing him here since February the vet told me they messed up they messed up? and then they charged us $1000.00 for an emergency! omg what? I said we have been trying to get in here for a week and your charging me emergency service, never told me his leg is broken in two sections till I brought it to another vet!!- so he said they will do an investigation, what? really so now I have to pay more money to fix his oops we messed up and my dog has suffered and I could of brought him to another vet and my dog my daughter or I would have not suffered! they are horrible and insincere, Im going to cancel my payment and fight them in court!

The visits to The Moriches Hospital for Animals has always been a pleasant one. The doctors and staff treat the animals with kindness and love. The service is excellent and they process all the insurance claims in a fashionable manner. Thank you to all. Herman and Nero thank you all too!!

Went to The Moriches Hospital for Animals after 3 visits to another vet within 5 months. My dog was suffering from reoccurring ear infections. Dr Mac was out of this world. He took her to the back office to review her ears and the infection under the microscope, told me about the bacterias and how we were going to fight them ! Even sent her swab for cultures to ensure we used the right treatment plan. This visit was not only informative but has helped my pup exponentially! Will be a forever patient there !

Dr. Hoffman, Dr. Lynch and the whole staff are simply fantastic. We are grateful to have such a kind and caring team to help care for our pets!

Do NOT allow your pet to be euthanized at this place if you care about them at all. We said goodbye to my beloved cat this morning and I was so unbelievably disappointed in the way it was handled...it was rushed and awkward, absolutely ZERO privacy (there was a random 10 year old kid walking back and forth through the room as we sat with our dying pet-and the staff ALLOWED this to happen!!!) and the vet tech may as well have been breathing down our necks as she watched us saying goodbye...we felt so pressured to hurry up and leave. The vet also kept roughly putting his hand over her face to close her eyes after she passed and it really, really bothered me. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with euthanizing a pet. My 15 year old cat deserved a much better ending than she got and I am VERY upset about it. I will NEVER recommend this place to another pet owner. To any employees reading this, you need a MAJOR lesson in handling these situations with respect to grieving owners...Im disgusted and filled with regret knowing my baby took her last breath in your facility.

The Moriches Hospital for Animals is a very caring and efficiently run practice. Dr. Kevin Lynch and his well trained and knowledgeable staff are always ready to listen and diagnose any concern you may have with your pet.
