I can not thank you enough for taking such good care of my precious Matilda during her illness. She is doing great now and is a hefty sweet girl. I also just brought her beautiful sister Morticia for an appointment before she gets spayed. Everyone was wonderful once again. Thank you all so much!

This used to be the best place to get your new kitten fixed and checked out for a good price. Now its super expensive. I went to another cat hospital down the road for 70% cheaper for the same exact procedure. I give 2 stars for the staff still being great. They were good to us for our last cat who passed, just really expensive. $400 for a neuter is insane, $175 down the road

My cat was seen by Dr. Ember and my lord was she not in great shape. Within a month of her appointment she had to be put down. They allowed her to devour a squeeze up beforehand, be put down in my arms, and even honored a weird request I had afterwards. I’d have no issue bringing my other cats here— hopefully on a more positive note, though.Some photos of Ashes before she went downhill 🩶

Staff are always so friendly and even more amazing with my kitty, Baby. They always explain what is going on and the solutions we can take to get my cat better before going and making a decision. I highly recommend Paris Hill Cat Hospital 🏥 🐈‍⬛🐈

We saw Dr. Jacqui with our senior cat Charlie. As always it was a very good visit. Dr. Jacqui listens to any concerns you might have, answers all questions, and clearly loves the kitties.

Absolutely wonderful group of caring professionals . it feels as though they treat my cat as if he were theirs , which means the world to me . Dr. Jen is a phenomenal clinician ! 😊 they are so kind & accommodating to me also - which makes taking him to the vet so much less stressful than it could be. thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙏 & many thank you’s from my healthy & happy kitty🖤🤍 🐾

Everyone was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Dr. Jennifer was everything you Could ask for, courteous, sympathetic, thoroughly explaining things.

I bring both my cats Mateo and Juice to Paris Hill and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They always can get me in (usually same week) and when I have something emergent they do their best to get me in same day. Mateo is 3 years, Juice is 8 months and they’re both sensitive boys so they’re seen often. I highly recommend Dr. Keegan. He is so sweet with the cats, takes his time to understand them and explains things easily.

My fur baby was in distress and Paris Hill Cat Hospital was the only animal hospital would see him right away. They took care of him right away and he is doing great now. The staff and veterinarians were awesome. His doctor even came in on her day off to check up on him after his surgery and called me with an update on him. Would highly recommend Paris Hill Cat Hospital to take of your kitty.

My cat has an extremely complex and rather traumatic mental health problem. He has never received better care than at Paris Hill. Where other vets have just told me to put him down or simply been at a complete loss, the folks at Paris Hill have been compassionate, knowledgeable, and helped me work toward solutions. I have always felt listened to during my visits, and everyone I have interacted with here clearly cares deeply about cats.I have never had a better experience at a vet. I highly recommend Paris Hill Cat Hospital.

Amazing staff, every time I go there I never have complaints. Would highly recommend staff is very understanding and it’s a very welcoming environment for both pet owners and pets.

Incredibly rude staff and they back each other up when concerns are given. My kitten was neutered here and I called with my concerns and the technician went into defense mode trying to deflect blame when no blame was being talked about. Just had concerns for my kitten and they were more worried about reputation. Many local vets in the area, I strongly recommend Clinton Pet Vet

I had my left hip replaced 2 months ago and am currently waiting to have my right hip replaced. I mention to receptionist that a carrier with wheels would be easier on my hips. She offered to carry my cat/carrier to my car. I was so appreciative of this kind gesture.

The new office is so nice and clean! Coffee in the lobby, cats and office staff greet u at the door! Everyone was nice. Vet tech tori was good ( love Kirsten but we didnt see her this time!) with the cats and we love Dr Jen, now sees all 5 of our cats! Saturday visits are the best for us and they allowed us to bring the 3 girl cats this visit and things went nice and smooth. Even our mean cat spooky only growled a few times! We will def be back!

Had a sick feral kitten got me in right away and gave me phenomenal care. My sick kitten has improved immensely in just 2 days. So grateful!! THANK YOU ❤️❤️❤️

They are always caring, sympathetic and treat our cats with the love we would expect. Treatment methods and recommendations are always given with the understanding that our budget is a realistic concern with regards to our cats care. We arent pressured to spend more than we can afford and despite expensive care, they balance our cats needs with our financial means.

I love it here. My boy was not feeling well. They were quick to help him as well as be considerate of the cost of treatment. They were open and transparent with me and offered great follow-up advice and care.

A must for cat owners! Lets be real, taking your cat to a regular veterinary office can be stressful on the best of days. Its amazing being able to bring my cats somewhere where there arent loud dogs, and tons of other smells to bother them. Their office is immaculate, and the front end staff are SO friendly and helpful. The doctors are knowledgeable and friendly as well, and we find the prices to be very fair!

Listed as an affordable cat spaying service over 600 dollars with the 1st vist and cat spaying is not an affordable price. Dishonest protrail of their add. Should be laws against this

Absolutely great experience. After trying to get my very sick cat seen by local area vets and having zero luck getting him an appointment, I was pointed toward Paris Hill. They gave me an appointment the next morning. Its about an hour drive from my house, and worth every bit of it. Office staff was great. The tech really show how much they love their jobs and the animals. Dr Keegan was fantastic with not only my cat but with me, we both left feeling much better. I have never had a better experience with a vets office, and look forward to having them care for all my cats needs in the future. My only regret is not discovering them sooner. Thank you to the entire staff, you are wonderful.

The absolute worst! They seem to care more about the upsell than about listening to pet owners. Congratulations on getting more revenue in a single appointment than you would have if you had listened at all (or took several no’s for an answer!) — you ended up losing future business.

I have been taking my cats to PHCT for 24 years and I’ve never had any issues. Highly trained doctors, great assistants, and they take great care of your pets. Their new facility/building is really nice. They are the most reasonably priced, as well. I always feel bad because my cat is MEAN when he’s there and everyone is always so sweet about it. At least to my face. 😂

The exams are always thorough, but I was not happy that we got charged for Droncit that was given before the results of the fecal test. They should have asked and not just give it.

We brought our Cat Sophia a few days ago for her very first visit and had a very thorough exam .The Vet who took care of her was wonderful she addressed all our questions and prescribed medicine to help our cat .The staff was also pleasant and helpful.The vet went above and beyond to help out Sophia and we will definitely be coming back .🐈‍⬛

My 19 year old cat was having pain and acting unlike herself. I was recommended to call Paris Hill Cat Hospital and they were able to take her in the same day to check her out. They found out what was wrong and explained in detail the plan of care going forward. Knowing my girl Molly was being taken care of was a huge relief, and I received paperwork with her medications on her condition to be more knowledgeable. She has already shown improvement.

This is best feline hospital, better than the two I went to in NM and the one in CO. Everyone is helpful and kind. The space is bright and clean. Dr Ember is the best vet for my cat with special needs and he has thrived under her knowledgeable and compassionate care. If you have a cat go to Paris Hill.

The office was very clean and cat friendly, I especially love the way they provided a stress relief towel for the more nervous kitties. I used one for mine for her visit and she did settle down and hide under it. I know she appreciated it. It is such a small detail.but made a big impact on her and big impression on me. The staff was very helpful and kind and the Dr was very thorough and explained things in a way that wasnt intimidating. It was like talking to a buddy. Highly recommend for your cat care needs. They definitely designed their office and environment to be cat friendly and crazy cat lady friendly as well.

Take my cat here all the time, they know their stuff and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Very reasonable prices for extremely good service. My cat was sick and Burrstone sold me upwards of $400 worth of tests and tried selling me more. Paris hill gave her some antibiotics and she was fine within a few days. Can’t thank this place enough for all they have done for my cats.

The staff at Paris Hill Cat Hospital were more than accommodating. I had a very serious problem with my cat and even with the full schedule they had, they were able to get us in the same day I called. As it turned out, things were a little worse than I first thought. They took their time and explained all my options. I really appreciated the genuine concern and kindness of all the people there. I would recommend this cat specialty hospital to anyone looking for a great place to have their pet cared for.

Our cat had bad breath when we adopted him, and we brought him to Paris Hill to have it checked out. They told us his bad breath was normal and some cats just have bad breath. Well years later we finally brought him to a different vet because it was getting worse. He had abscesses above his teeth in his gums and was in pain for years. The smell was pus. He needed several teeth extracted and is now fine. Please do not go to Paris Hill as they clearly neglected to even evaluate our cats mouth.

Incredible experience. Dr Ember is the cats meow LOL. Very informative and thorough. Spent time with us and I didnt feel rushed or just like a client. Vet techs were great too. They made the experience even better.

Dr. Jen at Paris Hill Cat Hospital is the absolute best veterinarian we have taken our cat to. She is beyond patient, explains everything, and really takes her time. The entire staff is fantastic. We will continue to take our cat here for care.

All the staff at Paris Hill Cat Hospital are amazing, from the vets all the way down to the front desk staff! I have been taking my cats there since 2015 and I continue to come back even though I now live over an hour away. I have had appointments with all of the vets and Im happy to see any of them because they are all great. I have had several of the techs and assistants as well and they have all been great. Their prices are reasonable and no one tries to up-sell you. They do not shame you for the missteps you make as a pet owner and are very compassionate in their care. I would recommend them 100%!

The staff at Paris hill are really amazing, sweet, and friendly. They seem to know how to be around cats ( which is something i cant say about many vet places). Plus they have spacious examination rooms which i think helped reduce my cats anxiety.

First time with Paris hill on Monday November 13th took my senior cat Zelda to get checked out.I have had my cat Zelda from 10 weeks old to now 13 years old and she has never been a people person and shows affection on her terms only and good luck trying to pick her up or get her in a carrier. For the first time in my 13 years of owning her she was actually calm for someone other then myself. She was twitching her tail still but other then that she was fine. I was just shocked with how calm she was. Awsome place all Staff from the front desk to the veterinarian were very nice and personable. Highly recommend if you want a vet that cares about your kittys. !!

I lost my cat today. They were very kind and I have been going there for years.

I called to make an appointment for my cat who had a very swollen left side of her face. I as told that they were turning away people they were. Booked for about 2 weeks.I did find a clinic that saw my cat the next day.

I have used this facility for my cats for many years. The ownership changed and I had two very bad experiences a couple of years ago.I started going to Waterville. One of my cats needs her nether region to be shaved frequently. She has to take medicine that makes her overweight. Therefore she cannot clean herself properly and she has very long hair. Waterville quoted $350 for the shave. I decided to call around. I didnt know Paris Hill cat hospital had changed ownership again and moved.They quoted me $40 for the shave and $68 for an exam. The doctor was wonderful. He actually caught something concerning no one else has before and we have had our cat for 6 years and she had had this same problem for the whole time. After the exam, the doctor did the shave with the help of a tech. They allowed me to stay in the room the whole time. They were gentle and made sure my cat was never hurt or alarmed through the whole process.I will definitely be switching back to Paris Hill cat clinic!

I was with Waterville for almost 20 years but watched them go downhill rapidly and after a final horrendous and traumatic experience I knew my cats would never return. So, on the advice of trusted friends I finally made the switch to Paris and it was the best decision Ive made for my pets health. Our first visit was just yesterday and I was absolutely happy with every aspect. The vet was incredibly thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. In just one visit I feel they (including the amazing front end staff) cared more for our cat than Waterville ever did.

We have a cat who doesnt like being held or picked up, and I was nervous about how the visit would go... the doctor and technician were able to make her feel calm and comfortable so she could be examined with minimal stress. Overall, we had a great experience! The new facility is also awesome -- its calm, clean, quiet, and a nice big space :)

My boyfriend and I moved here from out of state and were looking for a new vet in town for our two cats and these guys are amazing! Its very cool to go to a cat focused vet. The veterinarian explained everything she was doing and I learned a lot of things I can do now to help my fur babies as they get up in years. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

Yesterday was my first visit to the Paris Hill cat clinic at the new location on Robinson road in Clinton. My visit was perfect! My cat was very sick they found out what was wrong with her and took care of it and today Im home with my kitty and shes doing so much better. The place was clean, well organized and the staff were awesome! Thank you!!

1) I love the fact that they are a Cat specialty vet. 2) I really feel that they truly care for my cats.They are pretty busy and booked out pretty far. But if you call in the morning they can squeeze you in a cancellation. When I brought my newly adopted cat in for a checkup, my Dr talked with me for what felt like an hour about my cats health. She went over everything with me, and answered every question I had. And I left feeling very confident that my cat was in good hands.

Excellent care received from Dr. Keegan. He had a very calming influence on my sick kitty, much unlike some vets weve been to. Short wait time, uncrowded waiting area. Nice staff.

Our experience at Paris Hill Cat Hospital was great! We brought all 3 of our cats in for their annual visits and the vet was very thorough and kind when examining each cat! She explained everything to us and even let us practice wiping one of our cats teeth to start doing at home! Highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

I originally brought my one cat in because I moved to the area and our previous vet could not figure out what was wrong with my kitty. The very first appointment at Paris hill, we got a diagnosis and they pretty much saved my cats life! I will always bring both my cats here and I can’t say enough great things about everyone here!

We have been going to Paris Hill for years, ever since we got our first cat. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything going on. I have a cat with an allergy and Dr. Jen always explains things clearly and thoroughly. And she has a sense of humor. We love seeing her when we go!

Paris Hill Cat clinic is top notch. They are very kind courteous And professional. Do you specialize in just cats. I Wouldn’t go to a Foot doctor for a heart transplant Nor would I go to a heart surgeon for foot surgery. Its a no brainer for me. Their kind , courteous , and compassionate way of doing business is just a small part of the reason I would only bring my cats to them for care and only them.I have never had a bad experience there. I trust them. They are fair and they really do care.

I was looking for a vet for my first kitten and took the chance to try them out. We were able to schedule an appointment pretty quickly. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was clean. My kitten liked the staff as much as we did.

New location is beautiful and has more room especially when are taking your baby up to be put down. The staff are as loving and caring for the people and their fur babies as they always have been. Knowing that its a hard time letting go of a family member, they couldnt have been more patient or understanding. Thank you to Dr. Ember and all the fabulous staff. I dont think I could do your job, I am too emotionally attached to my babies or any fur baby for that matter. God bless you and thank you for all your wonderful work!

Paris Hill Veterinarian Clinic is the best when it comes to care of cats. From severe illnesses to just needing a mat cut out, they treat you and your kitty baby or babies the same; with care concern and dignity. I like that they specialize and that they are up on all the latest research relating to cats. They are quick to answer any question by phone or email no matter how big or small. They are the best!!!!

Very good with my fur babies but a little pricey.

A provider was not seeing my cat on this visit. She was just getting a blood test with a technician. We had to wait 30 minutes for a 5 minute blood test. I arrived 10 minutes early so I was actually waiting 40 minutes. Also, I was not able to go along in with my cat. I don’t like that I couldn’t go with her. The technician said I could not go along in. Is this normal? I was not happy with this visit.

Moved from Saqouit location. Not hard to find, good directions. Brought my Cat right in and no wait. Technician and Vet both present. Still setting up office but very clean, cat in clinic visits while your going thru to take your animal into a procedure room. Friendly, sweet. Good experience both times Ive gone.Appreciate the promptness and explanation of whats needed, before exam and after. Explanation of costs and made aware when asked for receipt of whats been done.Made me feel like my Cat was in good hands!!

I’ve been taking my kitties to Paris Hill for almost 20 years (one kitty lived to be over 21 years old and always had his care there). I’m very happy with the care that we receive here. Very friendly and professional staff, try to work with you for appointment times, and overall a great atmosphere. They are also very aware that vet care can be expensive and I never felt pressured to pay for extra or unnecessary services and everything is discussed ahead of time. A special shout out to Dr, Jackie. She is an amazing veterinarian and really takes care of both her furry patients and their humans.

Wonderful caring and attentive staff. Short wait once I arrived. They were so kind and gentle with Zahra (my cat) and offered to preemptively provide some additional screenings/shots for her long-term health. I would recommend Paris Hill to anyone looking for quality pet care in the area.

Very happy with the services. The staff was outstanding. Very knowledgeable practice. Was able to diagnose, treat, and saved my kitten Mellie’s life. After care was easy and Mellie recovered so quickly and is breathing freely and is a very happy kitten who isvery affectionate now. Have been bringing my cats to Paris Hill for over 20 and have only good things to share. The staff is amazing; very professional and helpful and they treat my 20-year old cat with utmost care. And while I miss Dr. Tom Rothwell, the practitioners who are there are the best. The care provided is top notch and I cant imagine bringing my kids anywhere else.

Paris Cat Hospital, is definitely a great place to take your kitty/cat. They are very reasonable. I took my cat there to get fixed and her shots & it all came to 147. I will definitely be going here when I bring my other cat and I encourage you too. They work really well with you and they are very kind and will answer any question that you have. I am very happy I chose to bring my cats to Paris Hill. They are all very nice and informative and professional. The staff there are great. My guys had to stay over night. It was a relief that they would rather keep an eye on them versus sending them home to potentially have further problems. I would highly recommend bringing your cats to them. Its a little off the beaten path but its worth the time to take them to a place that cares about their wellbeing.

Paris Hill Cat Hospital is so very well run with professional and friendly staff. The vets really know their “cat stuff,” and are remarkably kind and attentive. I was so happy with Dr. Jacqui at my cat, Sam’s, emergency appt. Dr. Jacqui was thorough in her treatment of Sam, and she took time to explain everything along the way.

Great cat clinic! Only 5 star clinic review Ive ever done. Took me about two years to find Paris Hill Cat Hospital, but since I have I will never take my cats elsewhere. Dr. Tom was amazing! He really explains the procedures and processes that my cats are going through. He and his whole staff are very friendly and welcoming! Prices are very fair and competitive compared to many other clinics around. I also really enjoy that I can take my cats there and not have them be scared of dogs the whole time were in the waiting room. 5 Star for sure!! I bring my cat Mia to Dr. Ember. She is so patient with Mia, she gets nervous going to the vet. She was so gentle and you can really tell that she cares so much for her patients. Receptionist and the techs are also very friendly. If you need a place to bring your cat definitely bring them here, they protect and love all of their patients.

Searched online for a veterinary specifically for cats. Found Paris Hill, called to get some information and a spoke directly with a tech. Described my situation and she walked me through what they would do. I drove and hour and a half to bring our cat there. They are great, listened, asked questions, very thorough.

Cat and I both had a good experience, they had us in fast to check out my cat.

The staff here is awesome. The whole experience was positive. My cat is a spicy little girl and the nurse and vet were both so patient and calm with her. Highly recommend.

I recently had my female spayed at Paris Hill! It was a bit of a drive, but well worth it! Staff were professional yet kind. Dropped my Bitsy off at 8 a.m and picked her up later same day. The Vet explained everything, gave me instructions and I took her home. I recommend Paris Hill Cat Hospital to everyone who has Cats!

I would not take my cat Herman anywhere else. The level of knowledge of the veterinarians is exemplary, and they and the wonderful techs are all so kind to Herman.

I love this place, they are very friendly and caring. They truly do show they care about the cats and kittens that come to them. Always offer the best help and service, their costs are very very friendly compared to most other vets in the upstate area. Always happy with this place, they did get a new receptionist (idk how new since my cat only comes in once a year) but she wasn’t the friendliest, could use a genuine smile lol

I updated my information to remove and ex boyfriend and make appointments for my current cats. they confirmed my appointment with the numbers I wanted to remove (my ex) and allowed him to change the appointments. I tried to have myself completely removed from their records because of this and still was on them for 6 months. bad management.

Theyve been really great with our cat. Moved up to New York recently and needed a good reliable vet. Weve had some health issues and theyve really stepped up and made time for us even with short notices.

The new place looks great easy to find. staff very friendly unfortunately the Prices are extremely high was given a quote for 2cat yearly exams an shots $250.00 got hoodwinked by one of my cats and so only brought 1cat an gotten dewormer meds for 3 cats and still cost $240 also I wish i was given more thorough information on medications choices and list of cost of services offered so its not like a surprise every time

I would like to thank the ladys at Paris hill cat hospital. Our 15 old cat (bart) was Ill and they got me rite in and sadly had to be put to rest. They sent me a condolence card. Signed by each of them. This really meant a lot to my family. Great place to bring your catThank you

This is my first time owning and caring for a cat. I adopted her from the humane society and did my own research prior to adopting her, but there was so much information out there. Dr. Ember not only spent the time to answer all of my simple questions but provided me a packet of sources to good resources when caring for a cat. She still encouraged me to call with any unanswered questions, but I am thrilled to be able to do my own research and know that it is from a quality source.

Our first experience was amazing! We got the kitten package so shots and spay. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The stitches look great and kitten is doing well.

I just had my kitten there to be neutered! Even with the COVID restrictions, they were amazing. They came to my car and picked him up! It was a quick visit. The staff are all friendly! The surgery went great and my little Archie is happier than ever! 🐱⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family was just recently blessed with a kitten. We havent had a new pet for a few years. We had a appointment for her which was set. Got a call from someone who should not be calling people asking for money to hold an appointment. Very rude. If it was presented in different format our family wouldnt of Google a better avenue.

I’ve taken my two cats here for 10 years. They are very good and competent vets; however, they are VERY expensive and because they are thorough, want to do all kinds of tests, which make the bill add up fast. Because of this, I am unable to bring my cats in as often as I probably should. Between checkups, tests and occasional grooming, I never get out of there for less than $800 between the two of them. Anyone on here saying they are cheap or reasonable must have a lot of extra money to throw around.

They are knowledgeable and kind, and always treat my cats with love and compassion. The staff always find a reasonable treatment plan that works within my budget. Highly recommend.

This place is great. You are always able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame for shots and such and they get you in quickly for sick visits.Their prices are reasonable. The staff is excellent. I live an hour and 20 minutes away now and still choose to keep them as my vet clinic.

Wonderful experience with my kittys annual exam. They quickly trimmed his nails, showed me what they were talking about, and gave him a nice sani trim. They took their time, and they were very efficient.

Knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to help me understand what was needed with my new kitten and some things to think of as she continues with my family.

Waited way too long, tried to sell us all kinds of things and trying to make all of these appointments just to check out our cat’s ear which they we’re supposed to check out a year ago. So they messed up and now our cat is still experiencing infections and they still cannot answer why? Was laughed at on the phone when I called I could bring him n early (his ear was draining and getting worse. Don’t feel welcome there or like they are concerned for our Ziggy Stardust. Unprofessional and feel like are just seeing $$$$$

From making an appointment over the phone, through the onsite visit, the entire experience was full of patience and tender loving care. The exam was thorough and all of my health concern questions were addressed.

The reviews on here are incredibly dumb. I’ve been taking my 10+ cats here for years. Never had anyone be rude to me or my pets. Everything is ALWAYS explained to me prior to treating my cat or charging me. These people are excellent at what they do and how they do it. We see Dr Ember frequently as we have 4 cats and one is a chronic patient. We love her and feel she save Felix when he was very sick over the summer! Actually Dr Kate and Dr Jackie are all good! We do love the vet tech Kirsten as well they are all caring and helpful!

Love bringing my cats here! Even with COVID, they’re still able to give amazing service to these animals. The vet tech takes your cat at your car, they take him in and give him a full checkup, vaccines and nail trim, then the vet calls you with her findings and any recommendations! Great staff, cheap prices, had my 2 cats spayed on Oct 11 2020. When we pucked them up the tech was very helpful and informative. Cats recovered quickly and this morning were back to their normal selves. Luna and Nilla are doing great! Thanks!

Moved both our cats records after an emergency situation with one of our cats. The receptionists were both rude, unprofessional and unhelpful when I asked for alternatives because Paris Hill didnt have an open appointment. We asked if they thought New Hartford Animal hospital would see our cat on a one time emergency basis. The receptionists response was to offer to transfer both our cats records if we didnt like her response. So, we did. New Hartford animal hospital not only offered an appointment immediately but their care was exceptional. Thank you to Paris Hills receptionists for being so unprofessional and rude.

Great medical support staff and Vets. They have always been so compassionate and caring and friendly- I have been bringing my cat to them since 2004. Sad to see that they have to had to post a sign on the door referring to customers that have been verbally rude and nasty. People have become so crazy and entitled. Where has kindness and civilty gone?

I took my cat Mateo to see Dr. Ember, she was so sweet and patient. My cat has been having a few problems and we came to Paris Hill Cat Hospital for a second opinion and we will be staying with Dr. Ember. The staff and everyone here was amazing. I can not say Thank you enough for helping us out.

Paris Hill was the only vet in the area that could truly help my kitty. She needed oral surgery and it was more severe than expected but our worries were always addressed and helped in a calm manner that helped the hectic time pass a lot more smoothly. We have since added another cat to our family and both are well taken care of at Paris Hill i do not plan to ever switch from them if i can help it.

Paris Hill Cat Hospital went above and beyond to help our family and our beloved cat, Mario during his end stage of life and help him cross the rainbow bridge. Brought a stray cat that wouldnt leave our house to Paris Hill. Everyone was wonderful. This cat was in rough shape and had a swollen ankle. Dr.Ember was great. Checked him over very thoroughly. Formed a plan of attack.And probably saved the cats life because the cat had an infected paw.Also kept us informed everyday he was there. Vet techs were also awesome. Thank You Paris Hill You are the best.

Waited 4 months for appt that was cancelled by them last minute then asked to come back in a week. Was going to charge $1,500 to remove a polyp in my cats ear. Went to Rome VCA instead after they cancelled on me and got it removed for $500 (including night stay and antibiotics). Cat is happy and healthy.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I was having an emergency with my cat and the answering service lady was extremely rude. I asked if they were taking new patients and she said everyone was at lunch. I asked when they would be back so I could call again and she hung up on me. I wouldn’t trust my pets around people who don’t have patience or basic kindness.

My cat Athena was injured by one of my other cats! It was very scary! I called even though Athena was not a patient of theirs they still saw her! The doctor was very caring and concerned. She worked with me and my budget and gave Athena the best care!

Senior cat (new patient) with diarrhea issues sent off with probiotics and no bloodwork or urine done. Had the audacity to sell my husband seresto flea collars after they had previously killed over 2000 pets. For $250 we could have gone to a pet store for cheaper. No wonder they had immediate availability.

All pre-op information was emailed prior to appointment. Time to check in and what to expect, and after, what to expect. Everything was disclosed including price. No surprises! Dr. called when procedure was completed.

My poor kitty is not doing well but the staff at this hospital is beyond stellar. Even though they could not give the best news, they prepared me for that and explained everything that was happening with him. Their description of what is wrong and what the options are allowed us to attempt to make the best decision for Bob and there is nothing more I can appreciate than that! Best place ever!!UPDATE: So sadly we had to put Bob down and again, this place was just wonderful! I was told exactly what was going to happen and what to expect with each step of the sedation and euthanasia but what impressed me was how gentle and tentative they were to him. Both the technician and doctor were so caring and pet him to let him know it was ok, I was truly taken aback by the attention they paid to him! And I came home today to a sympathy card signed by the entire office. I truly couldnt have asked for a better experience for such a terrible thing to go through.

The staff was caring and helpful. Since we have social distancing in place, they came to the car to retrieve and deliver my cat. Wish I could have gone inside to be with her, but do understand the circumstances. This was the first time I have gone there.

I was able to book an appointment easily online and recieved prompt service on day of. Test results were communicated the next day and medicine was available for pickup within hours. Happy to have found a new veterinarian for my cats.

My cat went there happy and healthy and just to be nutured. Something happened while he was there and came home with no fur around his ears and face and was drooling horrible. I called back and was told he was not the cat that had the allergic reaction it was another. And that he probably just scratched his ears and would be fine. 2 weeks later his ears and face are worse and bleeding and now they dont want to own up to it, so to another vet we go. I do not recommend them to anyone. I wish I knew how to post pictures of him so everyone could see.

Recently brought my cat that was left to me by a relative. My first experience with a vet clinic (and with this cat). We were both treated with respect and the kitty was very well cared for! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel at home!

Horrible! They have been my primary vet since I got my emotional support cat and I flew out of state to visit family and needed them to fill out a 1 page document stating they are my vet and that my cat is in good health to travel on airlines and they refused. Apparently they are not allowed to fill out the paper work because it is against the law? They said they don’t have the license? A vet license? That is on their website? They told me a few days ago they would take care of it. They have also filled out the paper work in the past for me. Feels like they are upset I won’t be paying them for a checkup anytime soon since my cat is up to date on her vaccines. Switching centers immediately. They only want your money.

They were able to get me in last minute when my senior boy stopped eating and drinking. They were very patient and thorough throughout the exam. We will definitely be going here regularly from now on!

I always have a good experience coming here for my cats. They are quick to help get you in and are very kind and accommodating.

Unbelievable. I brought my cat here to get a check up and a shave. He ended up having a swollen eye and an eyelid that was halfway shutacross his eye when we went to pick him up. They told us that he had a weird reaction to the ear drops they gave him and said it would take 24 hours or even up to 20 days for him to go back to normal. He could not eat for two days because of this. We started to get concerned because of him not being able to eat, so we rushed him to Syracuse ER for animals. Come to find out my cat was given ear drops that were only meant for dogs. Horrible experience we still have not spoken to management but they better make this right for us. We did not spend all this money to be lied too. Please beware when you are bringing your cat here. We are still lucky to have ours.

I love Paris Hill Cat Hospital. My female cat doesn’t do well with people and I wasn’t sure how she was going to be with the Vet but she did great. My other cats have gone here and do very well. I highly recommend them :)

My daughter used this Vet while she was at college for her DOCUMENTED emotional support animal that she has had for serveral months now. (Documentation from a professional psychologist) This vet has previously completed the physical for her emotional support cat required to travel on flights to ensure the vet states the cat is in good health to travel and they refused to fill the forms for my daughter for her trip in a few days. Because of their lack of care she will have to travel without her emotional support animal which has been extremely distressing for her. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. The whole situation was extremely unprofessional.

It seems they cater to emergencies more than anything. Had an appointment we were ten minutes late for. (We live a half hour away and got a bit lost on the way) they told us our cat couldn’t be seen and we had to make a new appointment. Ten minutes. Overall, the staff isn’t very friendly, and I won’t be bringing my pets back here

Very nice people, helped me last minute on a holiday weekend with my injured cat.Went above and beyond to get him all the shots and everything else he needed on short notice, as it would be difficult to get the cat back up to see them at a later date.

I liked Doctor Jessica she was very good with my furbaby and she did not push any other procedure on me . She was very professional. I would like to see her again if I need to bring either one of my babies back to Paris Hill everyone was very nice

Boarded our cat and after 5 days there with his own food came home with explosive bloody diarrhea, and vomiting. Paris hill cat clinic never returned my calls. I was able to reach staff the next day. The Vet was rude and blamed the cat. I would NEVER board my cat there again.

I took my kitten there to get neutered on a Wednesday. He was perfectly fine when we dropped him off at 8 am and when we picked him up at 3 he was shaking horribly and covered from head to toe in his own urine. They let him sit in it while in the kennel and didnt bother to clean him before putting him in his cat carrier. They tried saying he just did it when they put him in the carrier but the carrier was completely dry so that was a lie. Anyways he ended up getting a serious infection because of it and we rushed him to our local vet in little falls and thank god we did because he would of died. He was serverly dehydrated and couldnt keep anything down because of how sick he was. Needless to say a thousand dollars later and some wonderful care from the little falls vet and he is finally doing better. I urge others to steer clear from here, they supposedly specialize in cats and almost killed mine. I would never in my life recommend anyone to go to this horrible place!

My cat, Me-Mau was a stray cat that we took in. We brought him in the night before his appointment, due to him being an outdoor cat and was getting more adventurous and refusing to come home until late in the morning, to be neutered. Hed never been in a cage nor a cat carrier before and was terrified. When we got there we produced the Community Relief Coupon and all of a sudden the staff seemed to have little regard for us in a sense that they acted bored. The lady that was in there with us who was also having a surgery done did not have a coupon and was treated with all smiles. That was the beginning of it. The nurse also acted like that when we told them we were first time cat owners, she gave us NO advice.Well we called the next day and asked how he was doing. They told us that he was in his little cat carrier waiting for us to get him. Needless to say we rushed down to get him, he was supposed to be picked up at 3 PM and it was only Noon. Now the reason why this is so bad is because we told them he was SEVERELY claustrophobic. Well we also asked if hed gone to the bathroom, he does not know how to use a litter box and we actually have to take him out for walks to go to the bathroom. Thats when they told us he was in his cat carrier ever since his surgery. When we arrived his carrier smelled of pure urine and he was shaking like a leaf. Id never seen him look so scared and dead inside, not only that but he wasnt fed or given water for the almost 24 hours that he was there (We werent told that we were supposed to bring him food from home).Well more recently weve noticed (Its been about a week now) that his hips are splayed outwards, feet pointing to the sides, we thought it was just from him being neutered and shaved but now we realized that hes licking his hip bones and feet. When he came to us he had some bad injuries but nothing like this (When he came here he had two broken toes that were healed along with healed broken ribs and a healed cut right down the middle of his ear, a bad scrape on his back leg and a hole in his neck- all of which are now fully healed) had happened then. I think that while they were doing the surgery they popped out his hips. I swear this place just seems to be a Cat conveyor belt for surgery and visits.I also wanted to put in here that they told us we wouldnt need to give him the pain relief option on the check list they give you and we had to ask the lady at the desk two times if wed know if he needed dewormer medication. We asked about the leukemia test and they said that it didnt come with the package and itd be $40. I personally think that should be a important thing to test for before surgery. We called the other day about the flea and tick medication they put on him and told us that it didnt kill ticks. We called them because he came home with a GIANT tick right beside his eye and had to pull it out of his skin and hes still got fleas really bad. They also told us that we have to come in every few weeks to have ear mite medication and the flea medicine put on him.They have this Litter Box trainer product there that they have on the shelves and we asked them if it really worked and they said it doesnt actually work. I just have to say, why would they sell something that they can confirm doesnt work? More then likely the answer is money.All in all, needless to say were not returning there. Were going to bring him to our usual Vet Pamela Lee at the Exeter Veterinary Clinic. You couldnt pay me to go there again. Even though Im putting That I disliked it, the really only thing I liked was that they had the coupon for low income families, but I suppose the price equals quality for them, then again looking at other reviews I see that all they really care for is money.

Well as for me.. i love this place. My cat isnt so nice tho he didnt like it at all haha it was affordable i did my research and trust me they are the cheapest. And so nice. That helps alot.

I brought my cat here before they blew me off cause they were on lunch and no one could help. Long story short my cat died. I had to drive all the way to waterville vet. Waterville vet did what they could but it was to late. I recommend waterville vet place there always on call no matter what time it is.
