Our pal Link has never been shimmier and shiny fresh after grooming sessions with Petcentrix. Owner and staff are very friendly and courteous.

Everytime I bring my dog here for simply a bath, they shave his nose bridge. I ask them each time not to, but they do whatever they want. I ask them not to spray him down with fragrance because he gets itchy and they do anyway. I thankfully was able to get *at least* half my money back after seeing they yet again shaved his nose bridge when this appointment was only for a bath. the pic of my dog on the carpet is right after I got home from this appointment.after all that, the bald lady in front had the audacity to tell me not to come back. LOL. definitely will not be. I also will retract my recommendations to friend who have puppies now to not bring them here. dont come here. rude and neglectful people.

The BEST!! I have 3 nervous little seniors and they all come home calm and always looking just the way I want. Pricing is reasonable. I love them.

This was my first groomer experience and thank God I came here. Natasha was our cats groomer today and she did a spectacular job. The wait was a bit long but its only because she had to treat a senior cat to some major TLC, so I understood. My cat is a 16 lb. Strong Male and she handled him like a pro. Tywin needed the Lion cut because he developed mats under his arms and on his hind quarters. Thank God there were no sores or anything like that. Without her help, this could have been much worse and im grateful for her professionalism and care. We will be returning to PetCentrix. I would only ask that they get their website back up and running because it was a bit difficult flying blind. Thanks!!!

My 1 year old schnauzer was completely sabotaged by the groomer she had a long beautiful beard and long hair and when I picked her up she was unrecognizable. Seemed like they just grabbed the clippers and chopped away. Her hair is uneven in many places and she claims that the dog was not cooperating. Her hair was matted in places but no attempt to make her look presentable was made they just did whatever they wanted with her haircut. When I took the dog home my wife and daughters started crying when they saw her. Lady with short hair came out and said that they worked very hard on her hair cut but i beg to differ. I could have did a better job at home myself. Highly disappointed save yourself the money and go to another groomer!

Unprofessional and complete waste of time.Hi, sharing this review in case you’re looking for a new place to take your loved one (pup) - don’t bother coming here.When I first called to make the appointment the young lady was kind and accommodating and we discussed in detail the services I would like for my pup. Very simple - bath, trim, cut nails and brushing of the teeth. My appointment was set for 2:30.They called me around noon to ask if I could arrive at 1pm and I accommodated their schedule.The drive is 20 minutes each way for me.When I arrived the woman at the counter was extremely rude and hasty. Speaking to me with a mouth full of food. She didn’t greet me and asked for my information by pointing at my dog (6lb Maltese) asking “who’s this one?”.When I gave her my pups name and confirmed my initial reservation was at 2:30 and I was called to arrive at 1pm she said “okay bath” and I confirmed the services that I agreed upon - while speaking she proceeded to interrupt me and was very rude.If there was some sort of misunderstanding between myself and the woman who made the reservation (which happens - we are all humans) - there are ways of clarifying without being rude.I don’t know if this is how this location conducts business. But it is truly unprofessional and ugly for lack of a better word.I’m happy I didn’t leave my dog there.Groomers need to understand - we are leaving our beloved dog in your hands, in your care! - how you present yourself is key!This woman gave this business a very poor image and name and I will be sure to express this experience with my community chat to prevent anyone else this complete waste of time.They’re providing a service - we are the paying customer. Kindness and respect goes a long way.Not to mention they’ve wasted 40 minutes of my time and now my dog isn’t even groomed.Don’t bother coming here.I drove 20 minutes to be spoken to disrespectfully by someone with a mouth full of food.

Charging $25 no show since my dog couldnt get groom since the dog is sick and cant walk. Very tasty. Tried calling no one answered and they said I never called.

So disappointed in the events that went down today! We had a 12 pm appt. We were running a few minutes behind and then got caught on construction traffic on 59. I tried to call, but as always, Petscentrix NEVER answers the phone. Instead , just before 12:30, we were pulling into the lot and was told that they can’t see us because we were too late. I explained the situation and they said “you should have called! “. Really?!?! I did. You didn’t answer. Now they said they were too busy and it would make them too late, so we can’t come in. First off, if you were running late, my dog would have been locked in a cage in the back all that time anyway. Secondly, a little flexibility with time and holiday traffic would have gone a long way. Now all you did was lose customers and all the many recommendations I usually give you.

Exceptional caring place, I had a difficult dog who had skin issues and was impossible to groom, they dealt with him for years in such a caring way even though he was not an easy client. They always did an outstanding job, while other groomers turned him away. He always left looking so handsome as well! Highly recommend.

I have been going to Petscentrix now for more then 5 years now and they have been great. I was looking for a groomer for my Akita and they work magic on him. He is a big fluffy ball and comes out well manicure. He is always happy when he leaves and loves to show off hes new look. The Staff is great. They are kind and oftern very accommodating to us. They work fast and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

My dog Trey can be skittish with new places and people. Hes been here quite a few times. Now he proudly walks in, with his tail tight, pulling me to get inside. He likes going here, and they do a fantastic job. II would definitely recommend bringing your pet here for grooming.

They trim my cats nails. I dont know how because my cats would tear me to shreds if I tried... but my cats dont mind going there at all. They are magical!

Waited 2 months for my dog’s grooming appointment. Was charged $120 and the puppy came back with nicks and cuts all over his body likely from trimmer catching his skin. Directions weren’t followed, felt like the groomer just did what they felt like. The dog also didn’t even smell like shampoo which I find very strange. Would not recommend.

Great Groomers. Been going to this place for almost 2 years. They are leaps and bounds better than Petco where I used to take my pup. Groomers are always super friendly and my dog is in and out within a very reasonable amount of time.

Avoided at all costs they will abuse your dog and they’re really nasty, especially that old Hispanic lady with tattoos in front

The staff are very caring and gentle who groomed my Maltipoo Poppie . I always feel comfortable leaving my dog with them to be groomed as Poppie can be quite fidgety, but he looks great every time.
