Best grooming spot I’ve ever been to! Eddie was so incredibly helpful. We chose the self wash option where we wash our puppy ourselves and I think that’s the best concept ever. Wish we lived in town because this would definitely be my go to spot. You can tell they really care about the pups they’re grooming and actually enjoy what they’re doing.

I took my dogs to Paws in Puddles for the first time and I can say with certainty that we will be going back. The staff was really friendly and patient, they keep a very clean environment and I really felt at ease leaving my dogs there. They came out perfect and happy!

Such kind owners and staff, usually my dog is so stressed after a grooming but she was so happy and clean. 100% recommend. Thank you Jenna!

Me and my sister took out dog Possum here and we were both super happy. We did the self service dog wash and the staff was super helpful and friendly. They treated Possum with so much love and kindness, especially during the nail trimming. The place was also spotless and plenty of products were provided. I highly recommend this place.

It was such a pleasure to wash my dog standing up. They have everything there to wash, dry and even clean their ears and more. Friendly staff. I was just able to walk in no appointment needed. I will definitely be back!

I brought my skittish Bernese Mountain Dog to Paws In Puddles, and I couldnt be more impressed with the experience! My dog typically hates having her rear side brushed and paws clipped, so I was worried about finding a groomer who could handle her sensitivities. The team at Paws In Puddles did an amazing job deshedding her, giving her a thorough wash, and leaving her smelling fantastic. They were incredibly loving and kind, making sure my dog felt comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend Paws In Puddles to anyone on the South Shore near Westhampton who has a skittish dog and is struggling to find a good groomer. They are truly wonderful!

I went there to have my little guy washed and groomed. They did a great job on both. I highly recommend going there for all your dog needs. They have huge bathtubs if you have a large dog and separate drying rooms also. Will definitely go back again.

I am so happy with the service Paws in Puddles provided! I will absolutely return and am happy to have found a local and family owned groomer. I bathe my pups myself and get them a full grooming once a year and I was looking for a new place when I found Paws in Puddles. The website is nice and descriptive and I loved being able to book an appointment online, it was super straightforward and I was able to get an appointment right away.It’s a really nice and clean place with friendly staff that greets you as soon as you walk in and I immediately felt comfortable leaving my dogs there. I’m always hesitant with getting them groomed as they have double coats and have seen stories and reviews of other places shaving dogs like mine. So you can imagine how relieved I was when Christine explained that she would only be trimming their overgrown hair. Can’t wait to bring my pups back and groom them more frequently!

I just had My Golden done yesterday. Really friendly staff, real clean, open environment. She looks amazing! They did such a good job on her. We will be back.

Everyone at Paws in Puddles was amazing! This family run business is a great place for friendly service and very fair pricing!! Christine is sweet and knowledgeable and Kayla did a wonderful job on our pug. We chose the we wash option because our pup doesnt like to behave!! Kayla was great with him! My daughter and I stopped in today to get more information about their services and were greeted by Christine. She was friendly and welcomed us with open arms. We discussed the services we were looking for and Christine went over the many options available to us. They provide a full range of services and add ons that are SO reasonably priced. We knew right away that this would be our sweet Ella’s new grooming home away from home! We decided to make an appointment on the spot and later on that day we dropped Ella off. Her service was performed in such a timely manner and she was so very well taken care of! Don’t forget to pick one of the wonderful scents they have to choose from! We can’t wait to go back!

I was incredibly nervous about my baby Casper’s first haircut and professional shower, but Paws in Puddles put all my worries to rest. Casper loved it! They treated him with such love and patience, and it really showed in the results. He came out looking gorgeous, just as I had envisioned, and now I can see his beautiful eyes clearly. They even gave him a healthy treat and used white shampoo, leaving him looking and smelling perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Casper’s groomer was amazing; she understood exactly what I wanted. Paws in Puddles clearly do this out of love for animals, not just as a business. I love everything about this place.

Took our Hershey girl here for the first time today! The place is so cute and clean! Everyone is so nice! Hershey looks and smells great! We will definitely be back!

Took my dog here for a bath, because she definitely needed one! The woman who greeted us was such a joy to work with! We did the self service dog was , so my bestie and I washed her. Walking in we were brought through the shampoo selections, given literally EVERYTHING we needed, and shown how to properly use all the bathing things! I’m talking shampoo , conditioner, no tear soap for her face, scalp/fur brushes and a glove brush, ear cleaner, a lead to get her to stay in the tub! Plenty of towels and then my dog never could tolerate the dryer but today she left MOSTLY dry (usually she leaves a still completely soaked.. today it was only her head and paws a little damp) because the woman who helped us had the happy hoodie and it worked so well for her! We will most definitely be returning :)

This place is AWESOME! Arrived at the last minute with my dog Bella. Eddie and Jill were beyond helpful and accommodating. They could not make it any easier for me to clean my dog. This place is great for self wash dog cleaning and also has professional grooming too. There’s no need to bring anything as Paws and Puddles has everything you need to clean your furry friends. Took my sheepadoodle to get groomed here. They are awesome! The store is adorable and super clean. Everyone was so friendly ! To top it off their pricing is very reasonable! Highly recommend!

Such a great and clean brand new dog groomery ! The self service tubs are so cute and spacious and they have 5 different shampoo scents that come with your wash when you bring your dog for self service or grooming, and the brand is local to the island! So happy we have one local, makes washing my pup so easy and fun!

I highly recommend Paws In Puddles! Took my dog Charlee today and she loved every second! They are so loving and kind to your pets and do an excellent job! Such a friendly place to go! If I could give 10 starts I would - We cant wait for our next visit!!

We took our pups Rori (7 year old lab beagle mix) and Luna (1 year pompski) so a wash and groom. The facility was very clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly. We can’t wait to make another appointment to bring our dogs back soon!

One of the cleanest places I’ve been too, the staff is so friendly and so accommodating. I loved their shampoo for my pittie especially because she has sensitive skin. Definitely the place to go!

Discovered this gem picking up a pizza in the shopping center. Brought my dog here for a nail clipping. Christine was friendly and loving toward my baby boy. Very friendly, very clean store. Reasonable prices. I hope they have a lot of success.
