DONT GO THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!If I was able to give zero stars I would.I send my dog for grooming and he came back shaking. He looks like they abused him.The grooming was the worst job ever done, they shaved him not even, one side over to much and one side its looks like they didnt shaved. Is face looks funny and weird because the on even cut Im so upset about this place.NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!

I took my Shih Tzu today to be groomed at Fancy Paws. Stephanie is wonderful and knowledgeable. She was great with Bella, and it was obvious that Bella was very comfortable with her. I am very pleased with the grooming that Stephanie did and will be going back regularly. I highly recommend Fancy Paws.

Please do not take your dog here. They did a horrible grooming job. When I picked him up his ears weren’t done and he had mats behind his ears. His facial hair was cut way too short and was obviously uneven. He had a long strand of hair sticking out of his front paw that I had to ask her to cut. She does a terrible quick job and is obviously inexperienced. My dogs private area wasn’t groomed at all either. To top it off he came home with fleas. She tried to tell me my dog came in with them. I told her absolutely not and if he did then most groomers call you to advise you. The previous owner Stephanie was amazing this new lady is the worst. If you need a good groomer go to Tara at Pet Supplies Plus she fixed my boy up so good.

This is my first time trying out this groomer for my two pomeranians and although the lady was nice the grooming was horrible. She cut off way too much of their hair, but left long pieces here and there that I will have to cut myself. The dogs were also still wet when she brought them out to me they looked messy because when I got there she was blow drying them (if you want to call it that since they were still wet when she brought them out to me) but I dont think she brushed them at all because they were also shedding like crazy. I will not be going back.

If you are looking for a PROFESSIONAL and caring groomer , look no further. I have taken my Yorkie to see Stephanie at Fancy Paws and I was delighted. Not only is Stephanie caring, she listen to all of my concerns and the specific haircut that I wanted done. The store is clean and the people that works there are amazing. Once I arrived to pick up my baby , I couldnt even recognize her, she looked stunning!! My baby and myself will definitely be coming over again. We love you Fancy Paws !!!

I think Stephanie is amazing and a very professional groomer. She is a good listener and will give your dog a hight class hair cut I brought my puppy pictures and I explain how do I want my Luna hair cut and she did exactly how I want it. She listens to every detail that I told her... thank you so much FANCY PAWS for the great job. love it !!

I got my dog Cassie groomed here a couple months ago. The staff and the groomer were very kind it was overall great experience however my dog Cassie came down with symptoms of kennel cough two days later. My dog does not associate with any other dogs so the only logical reason for her getting kennel cough was from this groomer. I had to spend about 100+ dollars at the vet to get her medication. I’m not saying they didn’t do a great job with her it’s just they probably need to be more wary of dogs that are coming in without their vaccinations. 😕

I don’t think the place deserves 1 star 3 stars is fair, the last time I was here was about a year ago and I got 5 star service but since then a new lady bought the place 2 weeks ago. I brought my Siberian husky and asked for a wash brush and nail trim. The wash was good because he came out really white and clean but he was still pretty wet. The brush was good but not really good. The lady couldn’t do the nail trim because “he did not let me do it”, the place is decent now but not the best I recommend going to a different place.

I brought my German Shepherd here last week and Its the best decision I have ever made for her. Best grooming my Nancy has ever received, I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this place. The owner is very professional, she does a great job and the customer service here is superb. your pets will love coming here.

I took my Westie to Fancy Paws last week. The environment is neat. The owner was extremely accommodating and friendly.My dog was groomed well and he was extremely white and soft. We are looking forward to our next visit.Great Job !

I love this place, I have a white American Eskimo, and I brought him here to get groomed, the lady gave him a clean bath and nice hair cut, this is the first time Im getting 100% satisfaction at a groomer because they never get him as white as I want. We are looking forward to our next appointment. Keep up the good work!

Marie is wonderful with our dogs. Not only does she cut and style beautifully but she treats our dogs as if they were her own. The location is convenient, with ample safe parking, and is as clean as a whistle.

Her prices kept going up every time I went there. The impression she put of is that she didnt want to do my dog. She would make comments about him Everytime I picked him up. I was not comfortable going there at all. Now I go to pet smart and my dogs groomer loves him and treats me with respect and reassures me Everytime I drop him off

The care is excellent. Wonderful customer service. I will definitely make this my permanently be making this a home fir my dog’s grooming. The best!!!

Got my dog groomed yesterday at Fancy Paws,oh my gosh,my SONIC looks amazing,he is so handsome,I cant get over it,and he smells delicious...He is a very dapper dog right now...and everyone was so kind and nice,and the shop is so clean and pretty....and my dog seemed like a pretty happy puppy when I picked him up,getting groomed is not his favorite...I really think he was comfortable there...Awesome place we will be going there from now on.....👍

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! MY DOG CAME BACK SKINNED WHEN I ASKED FOR A LOW CUT! MY DOG IS A CHOW CHOW! HE CAME BACK WITH NO HAIR AT ALL ON HIS BACK AND SHAKING! HE IS NOW SUFFERING AND CANT EVEN SIT KR LAY DOWN ANYMORE!!! BAD PLACE!

I brought an extremely matted, extremely uncooperative Maltichon here. They were very patient with him. He smells great now. We wash him often and have never been able to get that smell from him. They groomed him very nicely. My dog can get very viscous when you attempt to groom his paws. I can finally see his paws. They cut his nails. I couldnt have asked for more from this grooming experience.

We used to take our golden doodle to Stephanie. Apparently, shes left and this new character owns the business. She doesnt know how to groom a pet. She didnt bathe our dog, and the haircut was horrible! No nail clipping. Its not even clear that she understands what her customers are saying. This is the absolute worst place you can take your pet.

I brought my Shih Tzu in for a grooming and cleaning. The staff did a wonderful job!She was fresh , looked comfortable and was clean. Her fur was evenly trimmed. Staff was professional and friendly. We will be back for another appointment!

My Dog Bremen was well taking care off, the professionalism and speed is why I would always go back to Fancy Paws. Bremen is always ready quickly and looks great.

Im giving Stephanie two stars because the service was rendered in a kind and timely manner, which I appreciate. However, when someone provides you with two, not one- but two photos of exactly what theyre looking for in a cut, its probably a good idea to stick to what the customer asked for instead of cutting his whole face that I had been growing out for months for that specific cut. He looks like a shaved poodle, and nothing at all even close to what I asked for. Lhasa apsos have HAIR. That is their trademark. Regardless of what she felt was necessary to cut is not her concern, especially if I said to leave it alone. Im p****d. Never going back.

Took my English Bulldog, Charlie, to Fancy Paws today and I couldnt be happier with the results! Ive tried so many other groomers in town (Im very very picky) and have even tried places in Nanuet and this place takes the cake! Charlie actually was de-shed properly and my naturally smelly guy smells fantastic! Ive finally found the right groomer for him!Stephanie is such a friendly and educated dog groomer. She was great with communicating with Charlie, making him feel comfortable. And I love that she offers tips on grooming and care for your pet! She even gave him a little tie 👔 too! 😊 We will be back very soon! - Very satisfied customer
