They made sure to ask about my pets specific needs and any special instructions I had.The grooming area was clean and well-organized, giving me confidence in their professionalism. The groomers were gentle and patient, especially since my pet can be a bit nervous during grooming. They took their time to ensure my pet was comfortable and relaxed throughout the process.What really impressed me was the attention to detail. My pet came out looking absolutely adorable, with a perfectly trimmed coat, neatly clipped nails, and even a cute little bandana. The groomers also gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain my pets coat between grooming sessions.The pricing was reasonable for the high level of service provided. Its clear that the team at Pretty Pretty Paws genuinely cares about the well-being of the animals they work with. I will definitely be bringing my pet back here regularly and would highly recommend Pretty Pretty Paws to other pet owners looking for a top-notch grooming service.

I love everything about this place. The professionalism, the care, and the attention to detail. I feel safe leaving my pet and knowing he will be in good arms. Usually he’s nervous when I’ve taken him to other groomers but he gets so excited eveytime we come here for his monthly grooms.

Erica and her team has been great for my 4 year old Australian Shepherd. Anyone who’s familiar with Aussies know how much time and attention to detail their grooming requires. Erica and her team are dedicated to doing an excellent job. They listen and follow any instruction I’ve provided. I’ve become a regular customer after trying to find a groomer for over 4 years in the NYC area.

My 4 paw little girl loves this place, and also the girl who did her grooming. Is a beautiful, clean, organized place, everything so new, and they have so many accessories and clothing for 4 paws babies.Im definitely satisfied with the grooming and treatment over there.I love the place.

Such a great experience. They managed to squeeze me into their schedule on short notice. Arrived at the shop and they were busy but still had time to greet me and Max and make us feel welcome. I came back shortly and they turned Max into a dog model! Everyone agreed that this is the nicest cut Max has had in years. Will be coming back definitely.

Pretty Pretty Paws is one of the best groomers ever. They do an amazing job with my dog’s haircut. This is the only place that I trust with my dog. Erika is extremely kind and very caring. They provide the best service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a high quality experience.

The most amazing place. Other places made my dog sick with anxiety at PPP they do one or 2 dogs at a time and were finally able to have a good grooming experience for our standard poodle. We drive all the way from the Hudson valley to get him groomed here!!

Hands down the best pet grooming service in the tristate area, My dogs & I love coming here, it’s hard to find genuine good people to trust & care for my babies but that’s why I go here. They do fantastic job with them and really go above and beyond. Weve been to a lot of other groomers and will never go anywhere else.

Amazing a loving staff! They love what they do and care about our furry babies. 1000% recommend. Oh not to mention every time they share videos of their clients even the doggos look happy to be there! You can definitely feel the love and care.

If I can give 6 starts, I will do it. The oner is very professional, organize with the appointments. The place is very clean and my furry baby looks amazing. I used to bring him to Petco but his fur was rough and thick at the end. I really love the products that she use, my dogs fur is light, fluffy, and with a soft smell.

All of the above!!!! I took my bully here. And she was so comfortable. That is the most important thing when leaving my baby in their hands. They did an amazing job. She is super friendly. And all the dogs love her....:: ill be seeing them once a month....Ty for everything

Eryka is our go to go for my fur babies since we got our babies she been the real g one since day one . One of the best groomer’s in ny my babies are about to turn 2 years and since day one she been the only one that touched our babies . She knows we really appreciate everything she does for our babies.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for taking care of my baby NEGRA. I know her fur can be troublesome this time year around and she gets very nervous/anxious when ever I leave her but she was so calm thank you guys very much again for being so patient.
