We are extremely happy with our experience at Golden Paws. After we lost our 11 year old Golden Sidney suddenly in 2020 , we knew one of the mistakes we made was not having a place we were comfortable leaving her. After some research we began taking Stella our new Golden pup to Vicki and Bill and the three of us could not be happier. Clean, professional, and most of all Stella loves going and seems to automatically know it is Wednesday and she is going to have fun. The dogs are vetted for personality and health and we highly recommend them for your pup

This is the first time I’ve ever put any of my dogs in daycare. I’ve decided to take the plunge and trial a day at Golden paws for our VERY excited 3 y/o Goldendoodle. I have to say this was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The staff are unbelievable kind and knowledgeable. I love the way they integrate the dogs into the doggie community. I felt it was safe and well thought out. My dog Willow absolutely loves attending daycare. All I have to say to Willow is.. do you want to play with friends.. and the rest is history ! She comes home exhausted and one happy pup !

My Gio loves going to Golden Paws. He is a 19 month old 75 pound Goldendoodle who is so full of energy. He gets to run and play and have a great old time. I know because he gets excited when I tell him were going and runs to the door to leave. He goes right in with Bill when I drop him off, and is happy as can be when Vicki brings him back to me at pickup. His nice fluffy white coat is usually beige after because he has such a good time rolling around and playing with all his friends.He has no behavior issues, which I attribute in part to his spending time at Golden Paws, where he is well cared for and has fun playing. I trust Vicki and Bill with my fur baby!I have tried other daycares and they did not take anywhere near as good of care of him. He was never really excited to go, and was never ever tired when he got home. He also got a skin infection from a place in Elma. He had issues with his diet and what I thought were allergies, and we were always at the vet. I had him on medications fairly often. But all that disappeared when he started going to Golden Paws, so now I think it was more attributed to stress and environment since the only thing I changed was his daycare.

Golden Paws treats you like family! We have never been so happy to leave our dog for the day as we are here. The owners are as invested as you are in your dog. They are friendly, happy, professional and engaged. The premises are gorgeous, bright, large and they think of everything you and your dog need -- there are ice cream treats available in the summer and pools and sprinklers! There is plenty of space to run around, accommodations for outdoor and indoor play and our dog comes back happy. Bill and Vicki have created an incredibly efficient, affordable, happy and high end support system for all dogs. We can not recommend them enough.

We have been trusting Golden paws with our dogs since they opened. Vicky and Bill are amazing. My yellow lab loves going to daycare and he comes home tired and happy. I highly recommend Golden paws boarding and daycare!

From the moment we walked in the door, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and professional the set up was. The service is beyond helpful! So friendly and patient with all my questions and concerns. Our dog loves it there and they take excellent care in both the daycare and the boarding. Can not express enough how happy we are with everyone there. Check it out, you wont be disappointed!

I highly recommend Golden Paws for your pet. Our dog called Puppy Bear is a chiweenie & just loves it here. All the people are very friendly & love him. When I started taking him there I noticed the staff treated all the animals with kindness & I noticed the animals liked them a lot too. The facilty is very clean & organized. I feel very confident when I drop him off that he will be well taken care of & I dont have anything to worry about.

Golden Paws offers some of the best boarding and daycare experiences in WNY! Our dog Finley loves going to daycare weekly as well as boarding with Golden Paws from time to time! We feel very comfortable and trust the staff to provide the best experience for our pet! The facilities are always clean and are always being improved! A visit to Golden Paws is a highlight of Finley’s week!

We are extremely happy with the care that our dog receives while at daycare. She comes home exhausted and truly loves all of her friends at Golden Paws. We recently boarded her while we were on vacation. Victoria and Bill kept us informed and let us know that she did great while we were away. It’s hard to leave part of our family behind, but knowing that they care for our Paisley like their own dog, makes our time away a little easier. I would highly recommend Golden Paws to family and friends.

I LOVE golden paws they are great with my Great Dane puppy. She gets lots of love, socialization, and exercise. She has made a bunch of friends. All I have to say is are you ready to go to day care and she hops around and is ready to go out the door. A great friendly place to get her energy out.

We absolutely loved Golden Paws and their care for our dog. They are friendly, they take the time to talk to you in person, phone or email if there are any questions. We did have an issue with our pup and were asked to pick him up early one day. He just wasn’t in the mood to play. We picked him up as requested and communicated a couple times via email, but when asked if we could try again we didn’t get a response. We since have taken him elsewhere (not every week, maybe every other) and have had no issues. He simply was having a bad day and we feel the reaction by them may have been a bit of an overreaction and wish they would have been willing to work with us a bit more. That said, we will always recommend them as a great daycare.

We absolutely love Golden Paws! Our dog goes for daycare twice a week, and we recently boarded her with them for 10 days. Bill and Vicki are amazing! Very friendly, super clean facility! You wouldnt even know animals are in there, as there is no offensive smell. Our dog has tons of friends there, and she loves going to play and run around!! They are an asset to the community!!

I always knew my girls were in good hands at Golden Paws. I couldve found a place closer, but I always drove the extra miles for the peace of mind. I had 3 dogs and that gets expensive, but Golden Paws has great group rates. Down to 1 now and dont go anywhere, so havent been there in a while, but if and when that changes, its my go-to place!

I have been taking ALL of my dogs to Golden Paws for 10 years with the absolute confidence that they are cared for as well as if they were home. I believe they think of Vicki & Bill as their other family where there are plenty of dogfriends to play with. Recommend with no reservations.

Vicki and Bill at golden paws have been amazing friends, caregivers for my pets, and even employers at one point! We live out of town now but it feels so good to know when we come back to Buffalo we have a safe, clean, loving place to bring our pup to! Honestly I couldn’t imagine bringing my pets anywhere else! I’ve had a horrible incident with a previous doggy daycare and golden paws reassured me that none of those incidents would happen. For the last year they always had mine and my dogs best interest at heart and have always communicated with me if needed. Truly the best daycare for your dogs and wouldn’t recommend any other place!! We love Golden Paws! The staff is friendly, helpful and dedicated to all of their pups. It is clean, organized and has very competitive prices. Most importantly, they are wonderful to our Jax!! Our Remmie absolutely loved his stays at Golden Paws! He got to socialize and have fun, so it always felt like he was on vacation while we were on vacation. He always came home with good manners, too! I liked that, because it made a nice easy transition home (versus just having a free for all and coming home to a crazy-wild dog)! Vicki even sent us videos, which was above and beyond (as are all things that Vicki does)! I highly recommend this doggie dogcare!

We have taken our Golden Retriever to Golden Paws for the past 2 years. We have utilized both daycare and boarding facilities. I can unconditionally recommend both services. The facilities are clean and safe with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our dog loves going in ; fact sometimes he can’t decide if he wants to leave his dog friends.Victoria monitors his health and has contacted me when she has had concerns. Communication is excellent. We had to leave him for an extended time period and there was not a day that went by without a video or a text letting us know how he was doing.Golden Paws will always be our go to place for our dog. The new facilities are awesome.

Absolutely Amazing! The owners treat your animals and you like family! This was the first time we boarded our girls and the experience wonderful! They kept us updated daily and made sure our girls were happy and content! The facility is super clean and well organized. My 2 year old baby loves Golden Paws. She loves going there and the staff is top notch! We love that all outside play is on artificial turf so no need to worry about muddy paws. The facility is ALWAYS so clean and the staff is so welcoming. We highly recommend them🐾🐾

We have been taking our Maggie Mae to Golden Paws for almost four years. She was a pup when we started, so she grew up with the owners, Bill and Vicki. Maggie Mae is a rescue whose mom was an Australian Cattle Dog and dad was unknown. She has so much energy there is no way we could keep her satisfied and engaged all on our own. We also both work and didn’t want her spending so much time alone. Then we found Golden Paws. We read their info and knew this was just what Maggie Mae needed! We are a single pet household, so right from the start, she got to socialize with the other pups and learn how to play nice. There are also so many activities year round! Holiday parties, sweet treat Wednesdays, pool parties, nature walks. I could go on and on, but let’s just say they are always coming up with something new and fun for the pups to do. More importantly, we trust them with our fur baby. Vicki has Veterinary training and they are the only facility in this area that requires their staff to complete professional animal care courses. We wouldn’t leave our Maggie Mae with just anyone! She comes home happy and tired every time. Can’t thank Bill and Vicki enough and we heartily recommend Golden Paws to anyone looking for a safe and happy place to take their pups!

We boarded our pets, Jack and Danielle at Golden Paws and are extremely happy with the care that they received!! Golden Paws is very clean, the atmosphere is very welcoming and the rates are great I loved that we were able to monitor our pets when we were out of town too. I find Golden Paws Pet Hotel and Daycare Services to be a very friendly and great place for dog care. The animals seem to be happy and the dogs people are happy too. I would highly recommend Golden Paws to everyone looking for great care of their pets if they should have to leave them for any reason weather it be daily for work or a week or two for a vacation. Vicky and Bill go out of their way to make sure your pets have the best experiences possible. They are the best around.

We love Golden Paws. You can tell the entire staff loves the animals that are there and receive the proper attention. Our Piper loves it there and while she is happy to come home, she is also sad to leave. I love the cleanliness, the happiness and the security of knowing she is in great hands while we are out of town. I highly recommend to anyone needing reliable, affordable boarding or daycare!

We have been taking our dog, Roxy, to Golden Paws for two years now and we absolutely love it. The staff is amazing, we love how happy our pup is when we drop her off and pick her up from day care. We have also put her in a suite there when we have gone out of town and I feel so comfortable knowing she is safe and in great hands!

We met Victoria several years ago when she just opened Golden Paws. My husband & I were looking forward to getting a puppy when the time was right and then bringing him to her place. Valentine just loves it - the owners are fabulous. Its the perfect place for our puppy to socialize and make new friends.

We are so grateful that we found Golden Paws for our boy Knox! A few larger facilities in the area werent able to take him because he is a tiny little guy so we continued searching and stumbled upon Golden Paws, and are so SO glad we did! We truly believe attending Golden Paws has made a huge difference in his development and socialization.You can tell he loves his daycare days, once he realizes where we are going, he will be jumping around in the car, tail wagging in anticipation! It makes us feel good to know that he gets to spend the day somewhere he is happy and loved!And bonus - he comes home to us tired out and extra snuggly!

Regardless of the breed and personality type, Vickie’s experience and knowledge allows her to know how to integrate your dog in the pack to ensure a fun, safe and playful experience. I have also boarded my dog with Golden Paws for a number of days while out of town. Having the ability to see my pup while away with their latest technology put me at ease knowing he was in good hands – and I can enjoy my time away without worry. In addition to using Golden Paws for dog daycare and dog boarding, I also board my horse at their stables. Living on site, I know that if an emergency were to arise, she would know exactly what to do to handle the situation and most importantly, my horse is very well taken care 24/7 under their care. Another perk of Golden Paws is the advice Vickie can give related to dogs, horses and other livestock. She’s the person I turn to when I need assistance in any nature with my big guys! Vickie and Bill take pride in what they do and it shows through their service and facility. Vickie is a natural when it comes to animals and you can rest assured knowing your dog/horse is in great care at Golden Paws.

Chloes first time @ Golden Paws and definitely wont be her last. Really tough leaving her since its been ten months since the last time we boarded her and this was someplace new. For some reason neither my husband or myself worried about her because we both agreed that we were 100% comfortable with the owners and the surroundings.Have no qualms about boarding her again in the near future and looking forward to her enjoying daycare soon!

Bill and Vicky are awesome with our pups! And they love being there!! It is great knowing that someone is taking such great care of them! We go a couple times a week for daycare and it is exciting to hear all about them with the friends they have made.

I have a pup who is a year and 9 months old and has never been boarded. To say the least I was nervous. I did the meet and greet and upon walking into Golden Paws I was put at ease right away. The facility is clean and well kept and Vicki greeted us as if we were family. She gave us a tour of the facility and discussed any of my concerns.The day I dropped Maggie off for her vacation I could not of felt more comfortable. Vicki introduced Maggie to her new friends and they hit it off immediately. While on vacation Vicki even sent me pictures of Maggie and gave me updates on how she was doing! I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing Maggie was in great care. I had a bath package done upon picking up Maggie and Vicki even washed her bedding. This is above and beyond great service....Thanks Vicki....we will certainly be back!

I have a female ACD, Emma, who I love to take with me everywhere I can. But every so often when I am going to have an especially long day at work or have to be out of town, I trust my furry best friend with Victoria at Golden Paws. Victoria is so welcoming, caring and professional, and she always treats Emma as if she were her own. She even sends me pictures and videos of Emma to keep me updated on how shes doing! The facilities here are very clean with plenty of space, not to mention the very fair prices. Ill never hesitate to bring Emma to stay with Victoria, I always know shes is very good hands!

Our dog, Joules, loves to go here for her yearly vacation. She gets great care and love. This year she went on the nature hike around the farm and loved it. We got great pictures sent to us. Couldn’t recommend Golden Paws more.

We just used Golden Paws for the first time (for boarding), and we will always use them going forward!! It is not only a great facility, but the staff is wonderful, the system they have set up is great, everyone if very professional ... and our dog, Charity, seemed to have a great time! We already booked a hotel reservation with them for the next trip we have to go on. I cannot say enough good things about Golden Paws!

Peace of mind is what you get here. Vickie and Bill are fabulous with the dogs. They run a very efficient business. The dogs safety and well being is their highest priority. Highly recommend.

We took the advice of our behavioralist, and looked into taking Our puppy who was attacked by another dog to a doggie day care to start to get him socialized with strangers and other dogs. When this first happened, Victoria Anne , who saw my post on a site I was on, reached out and offered us support right away. I reached out to her last week and she gave us a tour of her facility. She was so understanding of our situation and Sarge’s fear of strangers. We decided to book a day care day and board over night. I can’t thank Victoria and Bill enough for being so good to Sarge. Their facility is amazing. They both took time out of their busy schedule to get Sarge comfortable with them and then slowly introduce dogs to him, starting with their own personal dog. She sent me updates all day and night, knowing this was a huge step for me to bring him. I can’t thank them enough! I would highly recommend them!

By far my favorite place I have ever taken my dogs!!! VERY CLEAN! which is very important to us, they have a fun daycare. My dogs never get excited to go anywhere but they do enjoy going there. They come home happy and I know they were treated with love and care. Thank you so much for loving our dogs as much as we do❤🐶👍

The name Golden Paws is very fitting, as they will treat your furbabies like the little princes/princesses that they are! Its a wonderful facility, very clean & well-maintained, they also have cameras so you can see how your baby is doing. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to make sure their pet is in great hands!

We have boarded our beloved dogs at Golden Paws for a few years now. Theyre kind, professional, and clearly care about the animals. When we leave town, we feel confident that our furry family members are in great hands!

Our three dogs were taken care of beautifully while our family was on vacation. The kennels are clean. Our 9 month old puppy loved the daily day care.I would like to see the facility get more web-cams so we can check on our and animals when away, but great place.....Would recommend to anyone

This place is amazing, and I refuse to board my pet anywhere else. Not only are they priced competitively, they are also clean and go above and beyond for the animals in their care. They have so many options to choose from and never seem bothered when someone calls to check in on their pup. It’s no wonder they have expanded so much in the last few years, if you need to leave your pet, these are the people you want to look after them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have a 4 yr old Chorkey (who has never been away from me his entire life) and recently adopted a little girl Yorkie. A month after I adopted my little girl, my entire family had to make an expected trip out of town leaving no one to care for my fur-babies. I asked around and did my research for a reputable doggy care service (I couldnt just leave my babies with anyone) and was referred to Victoria of Golden Paws Pet Care Services. After explaining to Victoria my concern about my 4 yr old (the baby would go to anyone LOL - if you have doggy snacks shes in!) she quickly put my mind at ease and assured me everything would be fine. Victoria worked with me and my schedule and was so helpful, patient and kind as Im sure I was a little bit more than neurotic. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional, but more than that she understood my concern and put me at ease. Each day I was away, I received updates and videos that showed my babies playing and having a great time (not missing their mom one bit). As my litl ones are very small (5 lbs and 2 lbs at the time) they had their own play time on the playground, away from the big guys, their own social hour LOL, where they socialized with other pets their size and they loved every minute. They were safe and happy and thats all we really want for our fur-babies when we do have those unexpected things in life when it is impossible to take them with us. Should I ever be in need of doggy care again, or if I think the kids need some socializing, Golden Paws is my place! A few months later I still contact Victoria with my questions or concerns and she always take the time to speak with me. I also wanted to mention she does so much good work with Mitzis Mission (a large breed dog rescue) and recently a rescue for horses. This woman is phenomenal! Her love of all animals is truly heartwarming and I strongly recommend Victoria and Golden Paws for your fur-babies.

I would highly recommend Golden Paws to anyone. Vickie is a very loving and kind person with genuine concern for the animals in her care. One of our girls ended up with Happy Tail and as soon as Vickie saw it she immediately put medication on it and bandaged it so our girl could do NO more damage to her poor tail.

My sister and I use to like this place but they have gotten really greedy over the last couple years are they keep hiking there prices like crazy. They say you have to go a minimal of one day a week so they just want to make sure they are getting money from you, weakly. It’s not worth it. Also my girlfriend dropped her dog off and they called us saying they can’t take her cuz she’s barking, ya know what dogs do. The guy was very rude about it. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They have a hard 6 o’clock pick up to which is crazy to me since I don’t get out till 5:30 so I’d have to rush to get there or they charge you more. God forbid I got traffic or something. ohh and they all the sudden closed on Friday. There’s a nice lady, Nancy who we go to now for 20$ a day and she’s great, no hard pickup times either. If I could give this place 10 stars I absolutely would! Or puppy came back today from his first day pooped and with a smile on his face. He had SO much fun playing all day with his new friends. They sent me pictures of him while he was there playing with his pals. Its reassuring and puts your mind at ease to know that these two will take care of your little fur baby. Thank you guys so much and we look forward to coming twice a week! :)

Ive only ever used one other day care for Rocky ad with not such good results, so to say I was leery about ths is an understatement. After two visit Rocky and I were both in love with the facility and staff. He goes twice a week and comes home wet ( loves the pool) and tired. Vicky and the team are simply the best-- always taking time to answer questions and give helpful advice. Rocky recently had an overnight stay and Im not sure if he even knew we were gone. If your looking for quality care and love for your pet this is the place.

Ive taken my dog to Golden paws 3-4 times now. They are a local family run pet car service and you can tell they care about the pets in their care. In the past I have tried a couple other pet hotels in the area but none of them are as nice as Golden Paws. Thanks for taking such good care of my dog!

Victoria is the most loyal, loving compassionate and caring person I know! Her business, family and her love for animals is her biggest passion. He businesses have thrived do to her dedication and passion!

I found Golden Paws through a search for home visits for my moms min pin.... Vicki was very accommodating, professional and friendly...she did our dog a couple times and then passed on home grooming to Melanie who still comes to our house to do our dog....to say I am pleased with her services is an understatement, she runs a wonderful facility and will continue to use her and her business now and in the future.

We boarded our dog for 5 days while we were vacationing. We got daily text message updates with pictures of how much she was enjoying her staycation. Thanks for taking such great care of our bully Mia!

*If you are looking for the best place for your pooch and are interested in golden paws-please read before you make your decision*I was super intrigued with them and wanted my dog to board for a weekend stay under their care. So badly that I had been planning weeks in advance-running around to the vet numerous times getting all my stuff in order. Two weeks in the making just to get her through the doors!! I had what I thought was an apt for June 9th, only to find out on the 8th at 9:00 on the dot through a phone call from them that I had the wrong day. I told the guy on the phone that I could have sworn her said the 9th, to which he super arrogantly replied that I was wrong because they don’t even have evaluation days on Wednesday. I asked him if there was anyway he could squeeze in her 15 min...let me repeat that...15 MIN evaluation till later that day and he said no there was nothing he could. I literally begged him!! It was quit humiliating actually LOL but after a few awkward mins on the phone he then said he could fit me in at 3:45 that day!! YES I told him thank you and hung up the phone.Only to later get a phone call at noon that lasted 2 rings before she hung up. I called her back two seconds later with no response. Then a voicemail came in saying that the man I spoke to doesn’t have anything to do with scheduling and he shouldn’t have booked me. The spot he gave me was already taken and been booked for weeks. I then called back FIVE times and left a voicemail asking to be called back. Nothing. She ghosted me. I then saw my deposit i put down for her boarding back in my bank account, which let me know she just was going to handle me the way she saw fit and it didn’t matter what I thought of her actions as the owner because she doesn’t need my business. I only had that day to do an evaluation before I left town so basically my weekend was completely screwed over.The bottom line is this - she made me feel like she didn’t need to call me back or get on the same page or even have me feel reassured that it was completely their fault due to double booking me. The least they could have done was fit in my 15 min apt that day. Nope, because she doesn’t need my business. That’s why she didn’t feel the need to follow up with me. It was horrible costumer service and I know it sounds cliché but...she’s just not getting my business. To have me walk away feeling like my money isn’t needed so I can be unhappy and my issue be unresolved is really REALLY bad costumer service.Take it for what it’s worth, I’m sure they take great care of dogs but after the way I was treated, I waltzed right down the street to Creature Comfort Pets and got the best treatment. Me and my dog were greeted at the door, the guy (Daniel) was really patient with her because she was nervous but most of all he treated me like he wanted my business!!If you’ve lasted this long in the story, bring your business to CCP you won’t be disappointed!!

The care my beloved newfie receives at Golden Paws, both in daycare and boarding, is exceptional. Its clear that this is a passion for the owners and Im so thankful to have this gem so close to home.

The staff is friendly and very efficient. The owners have a number of their own pets and treat your pets like they are their own pets. I would highly recommend Golden Paws and we will be back with our pets!

Great service and clean enviroment. Staff is kind and my dog loves going there to jump all over them. They also get the job done and my pet shows no signs of fear or not wanting to go back. Way better service than pets smart; this place takes a long as they need to finish the work where pets smart gives up.

My pups love daycare there, as does my grandpup....The staff are so nice and know how to take care of all who arrive and either board or play. Very professional yet down to earth with all the pets. Great job!

Golden Paws is the best. Daisy always runs in enthusiastically to see her friends. When we pick her up, she is always exhausted from all the exercise and fun.

We have been taking Parker for boarding and daycare for about 5 years now. He loves going to play with his friends! The staff are always so kind and caring and always have the best in their hearts for my fur baby!

The facility was clean, the runs were spacious, there were plenty of personnel on hand and the staff was friendly.

She is a complete animal lover. she even helped me re-home a dog that was homeless in our dog shelter and helped with its matted coat

This is a great place. The staff took very good care of my three dogs. I know my dogs were nervous and the staff gave them comfort and TLC.

I’ve been bringing my dog to Golden Paws since she was 4 months old for peace of mind that she’s not in a crate all day when I’m at work. She is shy and reserved but absolutely loves going to see Bill, Vicki, and Brooke every week. I’m so happy that I made the choice to send her to daycare there. The facility is also incredibly clean and I like that their yards are turfed so there’s no dealing with muddy paws afterwards. We’ve had nothing but a great experience from the beginning. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Cannot say enough great things about this business. The owner and staff are so kind and loving to the animals. We have tried several daycares in the past and none compared to Golden Paws. The adorable pics and reassurance that my baby was in great hands were phenomenal. Owners also have rescue ties and understand the personality quirks that can come with both age and personality from previous life experience in dogs. I wouldnt go anywhere else now that weve found the best daycare. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive loving environment for your pup to enjoy some time away from home.

A place that really cares about your pets just as much as you do. We are in the process of moving out of state. Golden Paws has been very accommodating to us and getting a plan together. They have been so wonderful to my 3 guys the last 6 years. I am hoping to find just as compassionate and caring facility in the new state. Not sure anyone will be able to compare. You will not regret having Golden Paws take care of your fur babies.

This is the only place I will ever take my dog! The moment my dog met Vicki he happily jumped in her lap. He never does that to anyone. She has always been accommodating and helpful in anyway she can. The facility is beautiful and the service is top notch

Have had my Springer Spaniel PUTTER there 2 times and they have been very clean, courteous and friendly and when I asked my dog PUTTER he says it is a great time, so I scheduled him again to enjoy Easter
