PetSmart Grooming

Came for a walk in appointment around 3pm today. The woman working was OBNOXIOUSLY RUDE to me. She asked what I needed to which I told her my dog needed a bath and his nails trimmed. She said I needed an appointment to which I told her on the sign outside. It says walk-ins welcome.She ignored that and then told me she’s too busy and I need to make an appointment. All people understand being busy and overwhelmed. But I asked her if I can make an appointment With her and she said I need to finish this dog she was currently grooming first.She again asked me what I needed and I told her again. She wouldn’t make Eye contact with me and the poor dog she was currently grooming didn’t seem to care too much for her either.After I explained to her what I needed (again) she said I needed an appointment still…despite the sign welcoming walk-ins (I would have been MORE than willing to wait if she was friendly to me.I just moved to the area and if I will gladly take my business elsewhere to anyone else local and friendly.
