Surprised to see some 1 star reviews. Brought my Poochon here for the first time. Called and they accommodated getting him in on very short notice. Did a great job, offered tips, good communication. Not sure what some others are expecting, but my experience was very smooth.

We really love this groomers. We have been bringing our skittish Irish Wolfhound-Great Pyrenees pup here for over a year. He seems very happy and at ease when we drop him off. They always do a great job on our big guy. Id recommend this groomers to anyone in the area.

Cheri is so kind, happy and treats the pups like her own. She does a beautiful job on my mom s Maltese. Good person, good soul, great atmosphere. You fur babies are well cared for here!!!

Dont take your dogs or waste your time, she never answer her phone, she lied to me to bring your dogs on Friday, When i went there with my dogs she starting arguing and telling me she texted me which she nevered, her behavior is totally a fighting mode always, i would not recoend this place for anybody, dont get trick of all those 4 big d9gs that she own and you think its people dog,If you dont agree with my comments, try her

If you are in the local area, this is the best grooming place you will find. I have a Cockapoo and have tried few places but this is the Best! The boarding facility is amazing, very personalized treatment. My Cockapoo doesnt eat her dry food until you add little bit wet food or fruits and They figured it out themselves without me telling them. Affordable service, accommodating hours and personable treatment. Support this local business!

Please be careful who you trust to leave your pet with. Always check and get a tour of the facilities, look and see where your dog will have to go potty. THERE IS WALL FOR A REASON. Ask for a tour, not just once, go a couple times, make sure that you know who will be caring for your animals.

Sherri is excellent at grooming our dogs. She’s always very helpful and accommodates our schedule.

This place is amazing!! Cheri fit me in even at the last minute, and gave me super advice about my pup. She is kind, knowledgeable, and great with dogs - I will be going back for sure!! Highly recommend.

First time client, will definately return and recommend to others. Did have payment with me and Sherri was very understanding and told me to drop off payment when in area.

Weve brought our pup here since 2018 and she always gets us in and out and does a great job. Reasonably priced as well.

I want to thank the owner Sherry for taking care of my poodle today- and last minute! Knowing it would set her back a bit, she still took him on. This is what sets a hard working small business apart from the chains who said they might have an opening in 10 days. Even when I explained there was a real need for my old pup who was having some issues. Thanks again, Benny is feeling and looking great!

I brought my pup there to get groomed After talking to her on the phome I thought she would do a good job it seemed like she knew what I wamted. When I got there to pick him up I should of said something but the hair was already gone. His feet are messed up he looks like mr dainty paws when she said she was going to trim them thats what I thought she would do and his face part of his personality was the hair sticking up all over I told her that my husband didnt want a lot off his face. He has been upset since he came home crying a lot I guess he doesnt like his hair cut either and to pay 85 dollars for that just doesnt sit right with my husband and I hopefully his hair grows back fast I will figure out how to do it myself from now on We were really disappointed and very unhappy with how he looks

What can I say... I was going to leave a detailed review, but no need. This place has so many 1 star reviews already. Ditto to their comments. Shame on me for EVER bringing my pup here. Best of luck to you... well, if youre still in business after all this! It couldve been a simple convo as to why I hadnt been there in a year. Great groomers, they let the dogs be dogs and I love that!

Wife scheduled our cat to be groomed today, (called last week and set appointment for today). Went to drop the cat off and the place was in utter chaos. Owner was screaming at the other employees, and I guess there was a new dog there that seemed unmanageable. My wife explained she was dropping the cat off to be groomed with a lion type cut, (this was already discussed the prior week during scheduling), and the lady let’s out a long sigh and says, “ well, I’ll see what we can do.” Um no, you’ll do what was discussed or you shouldn’t have made the appointment!! Anyways , my wife told her she was taking the cat somewhere else and left. Never again will we go there, unprofessional and rude. You’ve been warned
