Eileen & Labradoodle of Long Island are a pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t say enough nice things about her and how we first met and got our dog. It was a pleasure and we absolutely love our Chewie. He has become a member of our family and besides some allergies he is absolutely perfect. He is over 2 years old now and we went back to see his mom a year ago. Eileen was so nice and reunited mother and son for a quick meeting. It was a blast. I grew up with German shepherds my whole life and loved those dogs, but after getting a dog from Eileen I will always get labradoodles. Chewie is the best dog I have ever had.

We have to most perfect dog thanks to Eileen. We got our puppy and had very little problems training her into a terrific adult. The care she had from birth made all the difference. She is extremely smart, loving and very healthy. The other key here is the literature Eileen provided to give us the best advice to help our puppy grow. The website she runs helps you keep in touch with littermates and makes me smile on a weekly basis. I would recommend this breeder to anyone. Worth every Penny! Thank you.

We love our Daisy! She has the perfect temperament to be a therapy dog and that’s what I hope for her. Eileen and her team give great care to the puppies they raise. Lots of love at Labradoodles of LI. Someone recommended a breeder upstate, but I’m glad we stayed local because Eileen has been very helpful with us when we had questions and also taking time to give Daisy some extra attention when we needed it. We’re very happy without choice!

We got both of our sweet pups from Eileen at Labradoodles of Long Island. Eileen was very responsive and helpful during the whole process both times. We bought our red and white parti Labradoodle, Merry, 2 years ago from Eileen. We’ve had many dogs over the years and she is by far the most emotionally connected, smart, and interactive dog we’ve ever had! Eileen was a pleasure to work with and always answered any questions. Fabulous breeder. The dogs are well bred and have magnificent personalities and looks. Toper loves his beautiful line of puppies. Max is a beauty in his own right. The best around! The best! Our labradoodle is the calmest, chill guy, all around (he certainly doesn’t get that from me). He was quick to learn and has such a kind, loving demeanor. Always a clean bill of health and loves to swim and meet other dogs. Eileen answered all of our questions and we still find so much value in her current dog group - she also replies via email when we have a question about foods and such. I couldn’t recommend Labradoodles of Long Island more and look forward to getting another cutie soon!

I flew from California to New York, to pick up our puppy at Labradoodles of Long Island, and we couldnt be happier with the entire process that brought our little guy Jack into our lives.Our dealings with Eileen were highly professional. Ive owned 14 dogs in my lifetime which sounds like alot but I always have more than one. I purchased one of Eileens dogs almost 6 years ago.Her name is Finn. Finn is the sweetest, calmest, and HEALTHIEST dog I have owned. I wanted to post this because people always wonder how their dogs will be down the line. I can tell you from experience Labradoodles of LI takes breeding to a higher level. You will get a loving, easy to train ,healthy pup. Take a look at how many people get a second one which is what Im about to do! You might find a cheaper price in some on line but they will not be as CAREFULLY and THOUGHTFULLY breed as one from Labradoodles of Long Island.

My husband and I would highly recommend Eileen and Labradoodles of LI!!! We can’t tell you how many people have complimented us on how gorgeous Duke is and have inquired where we got him. We picked up our Duke almost 6 months ago and feel so lucky to have such an amazing puppy! He is so smart, has an amazing disposition and is the love of our family. We don’t know what we would do without him.The process was smooth and Eileen was so helpful in answering our questions and concerns during the process. Our family loves Labradoodles and invested a lot of time & energy into finding the right breeder. Eileen was amazing when we were getting our Labradoodle. My son is allergic to dogs and we visited her house a couple times with my son to make sure we would be able to have a dog. she made sure to pick out a dog for us that had a coat that would be better for a family with allergies. Couldnt be happier!!

Eileen is a wonderful breeder who matched our family with the most perfect labradoodle. She was sensitive to our families needs, having a family member with a dog allergy, wanting to make sure labradoodles were a hypoallergenic breed. She matched our busy family with four kids to a sweet puppy with an easy-going personality that fits well in our home. We got our Toby from Labradoodles of Long Island about 5 years ago and he’s the best dog ever. I hate to discuss the “quality” of dog he is, as we see him as a member of our family. I will say, however, that he has always been a healthy sturdy dog that was clearly well bred. His disposition is amazing and he is nothing but love. While I credit myself with some of that, I have to give credit to good breeding. Thank you Eileen.

Not sure what happened here but I placed a puppy on reserve with the $1000 deposit prior to the covid outbreak and then due to my circumstances in 2020 I couldnt pick up the puppy at the time. Fast forward to 2021, I contacted Eileen and asked her if I could still pick up a puppy or if I had to forfeit my deposit (which I understood I could since I didnt pick up the puppy in 2020), she said I could still pick one up. However, once the puppies were born she updated her website but never contacted me or responded to my requests about when I should be picking up a puppy. Should have just told me that my deposit was forfeited instead of the silent treatment.

Out mini labradoodle is almost 17 months old. She is the sweetest and smartest dog! She brings joy to our family. The you Eileen for being part of bringing the most amazingPuppy into our lives and thank you for all your support. We love the Facebook group too!

After extensive research on Australian labradoodles and breeders (in the Northeast) for over 2 years, we found Labradoodles of Long Island. Eileen was helpful and answered all our questions. Even as we went back and forth in our conversation, Eileen was patient and knowledgeable. It was an educational experience for our whole family. We were thrilled to bring our Mochi home in February.LOLI is not a one time transaction type place. Eileen continues to provide support and shares her wisdom when we call in a panic. She makes herself available at all times and is quick to return phone calls.Mochi is everything we had hoped for and so much more.

About Labradoodles of Long Island , I agree with some of the poor reviews with respect to the owner’s attitude towards the buyers. I have no issues with the dog I got, we love him a lot and all that is fine but she is not honest and straightforward is a given fact. She lied about our puppy’s birthdate for no good reason because other puppies in the same litter were told another date. Either ours wasn’t from the right litter or the date was given incorrectly, still lost on that 😇. Also We put an application for a male mini and the day we had the pick up also she said a male mini is waiting for us but when we went there she said if we want a male it will have to be medium no minis , no apologies, nothing just a curt no , that was weird. Anyway just because our puppy is a healthy one I gave a rating of 3 otherwise a 1 or 2 would have been enough !!!

Eileen has the biggest heart and pours every bit of it into providing her families with their perfectly matched fur-ever friend. My Lily and I are forever grateful to Eileen for bringing us together ❤️

If you want a real Labradoodle look elsewhere!!!! We had an absolutely horrible experience with Labradoodles of LI. Firstly the wait for our puppy was a nightmare.The Breeder forgot who we were every single time we spoke. When we sent our deposit, she told us we were getting a RED parti. But then when the photos went up, they were light beige and white. She then said that the red parits had been born, but they were all promised to other people!! Since there didnt seem to be another option, and the puppy was for our daughters Birthday, we went to pick up one of the light beige and white puppies. The Breeder gave us the day and time, and we drove 3 hours to get there. But guess what? when we got there she had completely forgot about the appointment!! After waiting outside she finally got home and ushered us in to the room where some of the puppies were. She then went through a door to the house. When the door opened about 6 older and overweight Labradoodles tore into the room. They were all poorly trained (wouldnt listen when she was telling them to get out) And they all had bangs - hair that grows directly down over their eyes (an unwanted trait for labradoodles). We immediately realized this was not a good breeder at all, but since we had given our deposit, and had our 7 year old daughter was eagerly awaiting a puppy, we could not back out. Then as if we hadnt been through enough, she informed us that the pup were getting was the runt of the littler and weighed half as much as the others!!! When she saw how upset we were, she suddenly said you know what I think I can get you one of the red and white ones that you wanted, theyre in the other room, Im just going to need to make a phone call It was sooo weird!!!! Then after 10 mins, she came back and said nope cant do it, theyre all taken. UNBELIEVABLE!!!So, long story short we paid over 5K for a dog who only grew to 15 inches even though we have him on the best quality food and vitamins. He has a very awkward shaped body (the Vet told us he didnt think he was a labradoodle). Oh and that reminds me, when I asked the breeder for his papers, she said um I dont give any papers LOL!!! Our other Labradoodle (from Denver) who cost the same amount, came with a 2 inch thick folder filled with all the info about his pedigree!Anyway.... of course we love our totally awkward, not very bright, very badly bred little guy (as we love all dogs) but the fact that we paid of 5K for him makes all our friends and neighbors laugh and laugh. Everyone says The so called breeder should have paid you, not the other way around.

I am writing this review after some time of cooling down, and also in support of the poor review posted recently. I purchased a puppy from Eileen back in early 2022. With the pick up date being end of May. Although I am very much in love and satisfied with the looks and health of my puppy (she is 6 months now) we had a terrible experience during the “waiting” period. Communication was absolutely horrible and I would have to call or email about 5 times before I received a response. I was put on the incorrect litter once. And my request for a female was overlooked as I almost ended up with a male, was then switched again to a new litter that had sufficient females. I wanted a female and was not going to take a male. The birth of the puppies was never announced and I was constantly stalking the website like a hawk because obviously I was excited and awaiting the birth of the litter. I finally checked and one day I was able to see that they were in fact born, naturally I was expecting an email regarding pick up dates or meet and greet dates. I work at a hospital and need to give sufficient time to request off. This was a priority to me and I spent many days calling with no response. Eventually I was told the days which unfortunately I was working and had to fight for the day off (thankfully I got it) only to find out she changed the date as it got closer. She would not let me see the puppies, gave me false hope and offered another two alternate dates with no response and last minute cancellation on her part. I was able to move my schedule around for the new date and met the puppies. The puppies were pre chosen which seemed a bit odd as I’ve heard of other breeders allowing you to see which puppy you mesh better with and which personality you prefer. Anywho, she gave us the pick up date, to my surprise it was a new date a week later than the one she had previously mentioned another work change I had to make. I had a pretty intense conversation over the phone with her about a week prior and did not want to sabotage my puppy at this point so I kept my mouth shut. During this whole process she did offer to return my deposit because she singled me out saying I am the only one having issues and unhappy with service. I refuse to believe that. I was fully invested in this puppy and had bought supplies already and very much excited for this moment. Pick up day comes around and some how some way we showed up to the wrong place. We went to the puppy meet and greet location, I can’t point fingers here but I do not remember being told it would be a different location. Also could have been overlooked on our part. Scared of being late, we called Eileen about 10x to let her know we are on our way and we did not forget. No response nothing. We got to the place and I did not want to leave the car since I had nothing nice to say. My fiancé was nice enough to handle the situation and get our puppy, she had a comment saying we were the last ones and she new we went to the wrong place- and if that is true why wouldn’t she answer the phone calls or ask where we are and what time we were coming. All in all I would never go through this stress again, there were several times that I was told by others to just get my money back but I really wanted my mini labradoodle. There was another breeder upstate we were looking at and her dedication to her dogs and her business is 5/5. Although a little pricier I would’ve paid the extra money and drove a farther distance for the better service and communication.

So glad we found Eileen and Labradoodles of Long Island! Our Casey girl will be turning a happy and healthy 9 years old next month! Thx Eileen for a great dog!

We purchased a wonderful Labradoodle as an addition to our family from Eileen, having been without a dog for 18 years. He is absolutely the most incredible dog we have ever had. Eileen is so wonderful to work with. She is a wonderful conscientious breeder, health testing every one of her breeding dogs so she can only breed the best. We were so enamored with our Figaro that 9 months afterwards we got a second Labradoodle puppy as a sister to him. Not only does she do an incredible job breeding these dogs but is also available for advice regarding food, allergies, grooming and many other issues with the dogs she has sold. I recommend Eileen very highly.

Our Bailey will be 5 this July. She has been the greatest addition to our family! Eileen did a great job pairing us with this little girl who has most definitely completed our family!!!! If my husband would let us bring another dog home, I would definitely go back to Eileen and get another little doodle!
