I absolutely recommend Bobby to any dog parent. He is very knowledgeable and patient, and his expertise is clear from the moment you introduce him to your dog. He is extremely good at reading dogs’ personalities and signals. We first called Bobby about our older Goldendoodle when he was around 4 years old.Among several other issues that needed work, he had become increasingly aggressive around other dogs. Just walking in our neighborhood, he would pull, bark, lunge and growl. After just the first session, we started to see improvements in our dog’s demeanor and behaviors. Bobby provided clear instructions on how to train our pup as well as ourselves. With a little work, he became a very well socialized and well behaved dog.Until we brought home his sister… A year ago, we brought a Goldendoodle puppy home, and while he was very good with her, he seemed to forget much of his training. It was tough trying to train a puppy and keep him from reverting to his old habits, so we called Bobby in again.We now have one well behaved older dog and a little one that is getting better, but still needs work. Lol. We know what we have to do though, thanks to Bobby!

I wish I could give this facility and the owner tons and tons of stars!Boby and his facility is the place you are looking for boarding or training your fur baby! He is very friendly, trustworthy, smiling always, very knowledgable about all breeds! He knows what he does very well!My 2 dogs stayed with him for several weeks and I hade peace knowing that they are in good hands.I highly recommend him!Thank you Bobby for everything!

Bobby was truly amazing! We dropped off our rambunctious one year old Golden Retriever and Bobby sent him home three weeks later a completely different dog. Still the same loving personality, but with manners now! We are so grateful for Bobby and everything he taught our dog, Sully. He also gave us the knowledge and tools to continue Sullys good behavior at home. Highly recommend!

This review is long in coming but nevertheless just as relevant.Bobby is a fantastic trainer and a wonderful person.If I could give him 10 stars I would.He is kind, caring, patient and extremely knowledgeable.He trained my puppy so well.I never thought my puppy would become so sweet, affectionate, and obedient.This was all due to Bobbys training.I am so appreciative for all that he did.Bobby has such a kind and gentle manner and is so effective with his training. I highly recommend him as you couldnt find anyone better. He is the best!!!

We had an amazing experience with Bobby. He took our twin puppies and trained them so well! They’re still very young but he potty trained them, taught them to follow commands and they also learned a lot more! Cannot say enough how pleased we are with this training. They came back very obedient but still with the same sweet personalities. We received photos and videos while they were training, and he stayed in touch to keep us posted. When he brought them home, he stayed for quite some time to go over everything with us. Would highly recommend Bobby for his gentle but very effective approach.

I have used Bobby for over 10 years. He trained two of my older dogs in my home and I sent my youngest dog to him for a board and train experience that was incredible. The rates were so reasonable and my puppy came home a completely different dog (in a very good way). He no longer counter surfs, he listens to his commands, and he is a well behaved member of our household. They best part is he worked with every member of my family, even the kids, so the dog listens to us all and we know how to communicate with him. Now I send him to Bobby for boarding when we go away, and the peace of mind I have wnen he is there is well worth the it. Bobbys home is secure and my dog is engaged in play and reinforces his good habits when he is in Bobbys home. Finally, he is such an easy person to deal with. I highly recommend Bobbys services .

Bobby has truly transformed our stubborn, bold, and rowdy AussieDoodle into an obedient, calm and attentive pup.Prior to Bobby’s two-week “Boot Camp” our dog used to pull on the leash and bolt out the front door. We would have to tackle him to get him back in the house! We can now safely leave the front door open and he doesn’t even consider an escape. He also heels beautifully on the leash and walks are so much more pleasant. We can even bring our pup in the front yard and he will follow the stay and come commands even when other dogs walk by.He used to jump on people, even jump on tables! Now when guests arrive he goes to “his place”/his bed. Total game-changer!We loved getting photos and videos of our dog’s progress while he was away. And we felt confident from day 1 that Bobby would take great care of him.The follow-up lesson Bobby gave us as a family was also priceless. Bobby was patient and thorough with all of our questions.We are so grateful for this “new” pup! My family AND our dog are so much happier!

Amazing experience!!! We have a 8 year old dog that has never been introduced to a new dog before and he tries to attack any dog that comes near him or anyone who tries to enter our home. Bobby did an amazing job! He was so patient with us and our crazy dog. He taught us sooo many things that we are going to implement. He even let us bring out my parents new puppy and my brothers young dog. He even gave them pointers and tips for their dogs. And in the end my crazy dog ended up being able to socialize in the yard free range with the other 2 dogs! A miracle! All in just one session. We are going to work hard to keep working at our dog but we finally got a break through. Would recommend Bobby to everyone!

Bobby was absolutely amazing!! After just one session, my fiancé and I learned a tremendous amount, and so did our puppy! Bobby took the time to talk and answer all our questions in detail! We are so appreciative of his time & help - it was golden!

I had Bobby come to my home to introduce two dogs that couldnt get along. I thought the dogs would never be friends. Bobby came over and was polite and professional. He seemed kind and caring to both my dogs needs. As gentle as possible they were introduced. Within 30 minutes, there was a complete turnaround. By the end of the lesson, the dogs didnt even care about one another.(in a good way). I will use Bobby again if needed and recommend him 100% for any training needed!! Go to the best!!

Bobby is very professional and patient with us and our dog Rudy. Our seven month old Doberman was becoming more difficult for us to handle and we could barely take him on walks without him pulling us down the block and trying to chase anything thing that moves. After his training, Rudy has become more responsive to us and a pleasure to walk.We are so very grateful to Bobby for helping us with him, and giving us the tools that we needed to handle our dog and enjoy him as part of our family.

Bobby is the best. My family recently brought home our new 9 week old Havanese puppy. We called Bobby to help us with training. He spent a few hours with us going over all the basics. He spent time with my 9 year old son showing him how to walk the puppy to how to make him come and sit for him. He answered every question we had. You can tell he truly cares about what he does and has a great passion for it. If you are considering having a trainer I wouldn’t look any further. Besides adding a puppy to our family calling Bobby was the best decision we made !!!

We have raised puppies and adopted rescue dogs without any major problems. We have gone to obedience school and been successful raising disciplined pets. We recently added a cockalier to our family and she had some major behavior problems including guarding, aggression and biting. Bobby came to our home and met with us and our pets. He quickly diagnosed the problems and got to work. Our precious little addition has quickly broken the bad behavior and made a remarkable change. We had been to another trainer who told us we could reduce the instances but that she would always have aggressive tendencies. We are so glad we contacted Bobby and that he felt he could help us. He is an amazing trainer and works quickly.

Bobby came to my house to train my 4 month old chow chow today and was AMAZING! He went above and beyond expectations! He was recommended by a friend and I could not be happier with having him train our puppy! We feel confident that our chow will now grow up the way we want him to act! My 14 month German Shepherd spent a two week boot camp in Bobbys home getting intensive training. Ive had a pou perri of dog trainers in the past . Some better than others. Bobby is the gold standard!. The very best. Didnt have the usual cookie cutter approach to training. Utilizes some leash training and TONS of positive reinforcement. His love for every dog in his care is palpable. Wish I had a time machine and could have brought all my dogs to the Pooch Professor!

Our Bernie had recently joined our family when my wife broke her leg in an ice skating incident. Having to care for her and our 3 children I was concerned that Bernie wouldn’t be getting the proper amount of time needed to train and care for him. Prior to the incident, we were struggling with potty training and preventing nipping which was especially an issue with 3 young children. We had reached out to Bobby and explained our situation and he was happy to help. After 6 weeks of Bernie being in Bobby’s care we got him back a couple of days ago. We are absolutely amazed by the difference we see in our Bernie. Bobby helped establish a potty training routine that we have since followed and has worked great. Also, the nipping seems to be completely gone!!! The part that truly impressed my wife and I was that Bobby strongly suggested bringing Bernie back to us so he could show us everything that he had been working on with him. He took the time to explain to all of us ( including the children ) what to do in certain instances and answered all of our questions. He told us to call him anytime with any questions. To say I would highly recommend Pooch Professor would be an understatement!!! Bobby helped my family get through a very difficult time and train and care for our boy Bernie. We are extremely thankful.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Bobby was so helpful when I needed to train my corgi puppy. We had around 10 sessions and I am now thinking about a therapy dog certification. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who has a dog at any age or size. He has so much knowledge to teach and it was the best money we have ever spent!

Just had a lesson with Bobby for our cavachon puppy and 9 year old puggle. The whole family understood the commands and he taught us how to keep up the training on our own. Highly recommend the Pooch Professor, he taught our old dog new tricks!

Bobby did a great job with my 10m old mixed breed rescue. He taught my dog how to walk on a leash in just one session. I recommended him to all my friends and family.

We recently adopted a new Golden Retriever and Yellow Lab mix. We already had a Border Collie/ Jack Russell Terrier mix. While putting on one of their leashes a scuffle between the two dogs broke out in my home. I was hysterical and my husband was at work. We had an appt scheduled for Sat and this occurred on the Wed. before. I called Bobby because I was so overwrought with anxiety and left him a detailed message. HE CALLED BACK WITHIN 5 MINUTES, AND TALKED ME THROUGH WHAT HAPPENED. WE HADNT EVEN MET HIM YET!!!! Bobby is an amazing trainer! My husband and I have only had 1 session with him and already my confidence is better. GENUINELY CARES and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!!!! I am trying to house break my chihuahua and I decided to call for some advice. Figured he would quote me a price and we would go from there. Instead, he answered all of my questions at length free of charge!!! He genuinely cared about my dog and the issues I was having. He didnt rush me off the phone or say I would need x amount of training sessions. Very sincere and VERY knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone I know!!!!

Bob helped me work with my dog Dodger and gave me some things to work on at home with him. He explained things easily and demonstrated them clearly and helped me try them. He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable.

Bobby is a really nice guy and was great with our dog . I found him though google and very happy I did .

Although my 22 month old puppy was what I thought, pretty well trained, she still pulled my arm off when I walked her, bolted out the front door and ran around the neighborhood, and would steal my socks, towels, eyeglasses, and chew them up. Also, she would never come when we would say Luna come. A friend of mine recommended Bobby the pooch professor and I called some references and they all gave him a glowing report. I packed up my puppy and sent her to live with Bobby for 2 1/2 weeks. He would send me videos and pictures of Luna’s progress every day. Bobby delivered our pup to us and gave us a typed up command page with instructions so we could use them ourselves on our dog, Luna. I can testify that Luna is now the dog of our dreams. She walks on a loose leash, or with no leash right by us. Now she always comes when we call her. If she gets an urge to take one of my socks, I say Luna drop it and she drops it immediately. I wish I knew about Bobby, the Pooch professor, earlier. It would have saved us so much drama.
