It’s ok. Clean and community based. Had some nice trees to sit under. More like a small dog run. Has two sectioned off areas for small and big dogs. Very close to a loud highway. Not a lot of parking. Helpful if your dog needs some quick playtime and you’re in the area.
Small dog park. I visited early April. It’s loud… because it sits next to and right above the 287 highway.
Dont expect too much coming here. Would not recommend if your doggo is noise-sensitive.Cons:- Patchy grass, overall poorly maintained landscape- Dog business that others didnt bother to pick up (!!)- Loud highway soundsSome pros:- Parking spaces (3 spaces exactly)- Water fountain and fire hydrant- Separate areas for small and large dogs- Doggy bags were provided
I love this small park. It is always clean and safe. The perfect size fory dogs
It’s small, dirty, and no one was there. Probably because it could use a makeover. Wont be coming back.
Great little dog park with a small and big dog off-leash areas. I like the trees, grass and searing areas at the park to offer some variety. It’s even stocked with dog toys and a fire hydrant to entrain the pups. There are three parking spots that make this very convenient. Only negative is the extremely loud 287 highway adjacent to the park.
We stopped by with our two dogs and were a bit disappointed. The park only allowed three dogs and it had feces everywhere. It was also extremely small and saw a few rabbit holes which should be filled since both humans and dogs can really get hurt. And there is only 3 parking spots. The upside is it does have a double water fountain one for humans and one for dogs.We wanted to explore outside of our neighborhood and after visiting Ward Acres in New Rochelle for over 10 years, we hoped something similar.
I only give it four stars because it’s so close to my house. There are never any dogs there, and if there are they’re usually not friendly. However it is great if you want an open space to train a puppy or if you have a dog who isn’t the best around other animals. Despite being very small with only three parking spots it has two sections for large and small dogs and water/trash bins a picnic table and separate benches.
We were on the smaller side for small dogs. Our first time at this dog park. What I didnt like was people dont pick up the poop!
Very small dog park. Its somewhere between a three and a four out of five stars. I used to go to it a while ago and it was always really dirty and no one picked up at all but it seems much cleaner now. But its so small that it can really never be all that great
Deceiving small, but maintained
Only space for three cars to park, but they have a smaller space and a larger space for dogs with a water fountain and a few toys for dogs
I cool little dog park! Small but clean. My bishop loves it
It was a nice place for our puppy to run in. 2 month old Boots, a Bullsky Mastiff had a great time with this cutie!! This was Boots, 1st time at a dog park.
I will never take my dog back to visit this park!! People need to pick up after there dogs! Disgusting.. only one star because you cant comment without it.. 0 stars
Its a nice spot to have close when youre staying at one of the hotels nearby.
Very, very small with a couple of parking spaces in a curve. We visited today first time and last time too.
Its small, but the dogs have a blast!
Really nice ( small ) dog park. I never see any dogs when I go but I love taking my 2 dogs there for a nice space to run around in. Great space for big and small dogs 🐕
