I cant believe this pet store is still open . Years ago I used to work here temporarily. They had dogs in the basement and poor dogs werent taken care of, much neglected , Very much abused. I hope it isnt like that anymore. Im going to try to see if they can be inspected.

Its ok they have a certain amount of animals there to purchase as well as pet needs like collars, food,clothes, toys, they dont have all kinds off animals like a pet smart although i perfer it i think its way cheaper but it will do if its the only place around. Employees are very helpful and friendly that i can say!

I went their a few times because I live close by but I never purchase anything because whenever I went to purchase fish they always ran out or they would need to reorder and also they have limited pets only a few or none. And thier pet stuff is way cheaper. I give it a 3 star for the customer service and the low price.

Went there to get kitty supplies and I walked in, the associates looked at me and continued on with their conversation. The place was dark and dingy smelling. I walked around for a bit and then asked one of the sales associate if they had kitten supplies. She said that they were sold out and continued her conversation she had on the phone (multitasking) I kind of expect this service in the Rockaways tho and that’s unfortunate. Idk why there are so many good reviews, that place is horrible.

This post is from a former customer (2 yrs.). The owner and wife is condescending. The owner will schedule an appointment and not show up. He shaved off the hair of my puppys tail and stated you did not tell me not too. He should know better after two years of services. The shop needs a good cleaning and a make over.

This quaint little corner business in Far Rockaway, is a fantasy forest of plants and animals. Victor, wife Naomi, and their daughter provide the kind of service only a family owned business can offer. They are pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely kind to both pets and their owners. Our normally nervous little Chihuahua, was butter in Victors hands, as he trimmed his claws and cleaned his ears. Apparently, he is an animal whisperer. I highly recommend Purrfect Pets.

Very friendly nd welcome, knowledgeable about my pet needs. The groomer is excellent. And if you are a plant lover like myself they have a beautiful selection of plants.

Dont buy ANYTHING from this place. I bought a hamster and he died 4 days later. I bought everything from here. He was sick from the first day. The people who work here are incompetent, cant tell you anything about the animals theyre around all day, and have no clue how to handle sensitive situations. I highly doubt theyre going to explain to my 3 year old how a hamster we just bought died. Ive heard rumors that this place sold sick animals but I wish Id listened. The health inspector needs to investigate. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. The staff said we can get another (possibly sick or dying) hamster or store credit but no refund. Why would I want ANYTHING from a store that sold me a dying animal? Trust me, make the longer drive now so you dont have to later.

Trash the groomer told me he would be in today and he was a no show and I called last week I don’t like places to give me the run around

Cozy Pet Shop. Has excellent dog food thats made in the USA. Definitely recommend it especially if your dog is having a skin reaction to big brand dog food. Now I get Ancestry Brand & my dog is doing well on it. Its just a few bucks more than Eukanuba but worth it.Hope your pet is healthy & happy. Cheers.

Im giving this place a three star because the worker was very nice and helpful but they dont have a variety of things I really want to support local businesses but I had to go to crewy.com for what I needed for my puppy
