We couldnt be more thrilled with our experience with On the Bluff Labradors and our beautiful black lab, Cassie! She has been an incredible addition to our family and has brought so much joy and love into our home. From day one, Cassie has been a sweet, well-mannered puppy who immediately bonded with her big (little) brother, Chase, our Toy Fox Terrier. They are the best of friends, and its heartwarming to see their unique bond.Jess, the trainer at On the Bluff Labradors, did an amazing job getting Cassie started with her training. She came to us already knowing sit, stay, and touch, and she LOVES her crate, which made the transition to our home so smooth. Cassie has since learned to use bells or a button to let us know when she needs to go outside and has mastered giving her paw. She walks beautifully on a leash, and her gentle demeanor has made her a favorite with everyone she meets.Cassie has truly exceeded all our expectations. Her temperament is perfect—calm, affectionate, and eager to please. Whether shes playing with Chase or cuddling with the family, she brings endless smiles to our faces. We cannot recommend On The Bluff Labradors enough. They were truly wonderful to work with in getting to know our family and guiding us through the process as first time dog owners. We were educated and prepared their trainer Kyle to give our girl the best start. They have a phenomenal training program! So grateful to find them through a friend and so grateful for our baby girl who is the light of our life.

Wonderful place to get a puppy. The training that the dogs have is amazing. They are very helpful when purchasing puppies, they answer all your questions even off hours. There head trainer Jess is great with the dogs.

We have had 3 On the Bluff Labradors! They are great dogs with unique personalities! Beautiful and loyal very affectionate and playful. On the Bluff Labradors are without a doubt 5-Star breeders!

My husband who has been a diabetic for 50+ years has an issue with our yellow lab that we acquired from On The Bluff Labradors. Every time he is around her, his sugar levels rise because she is too SWEET!!!! All kidding aside, our Oakley is very well mannered, has a wonderful disposition, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to acquire our pup through On The Bluff Labradors.

We love our Tara! She is the best and very well behaved. We got pre trained pup and Kyle was great to work with. We have had several labs throughout the years and Tara is far the best in terms of looks, behavior and character. Would not hesitate getting another one from them. Highly recommend!

Over the years we have had many wonderful dogs however none have compared to Buddy our 8 year old English Labrador from OTB. He has the gentlest personality - loving all dogs, people and life in general. Our walks last for hours because everyone that we pass has become his friend and comes over to him. When they do he looks at me with pride on the rare occasion that they don’t stop he looks heartbroken.He is even tempered and has never shown any sign of aggression. He does however have an insatiable appetite.I spent many hours reviewing breeders before choosing OTB. I spoke with Carla and was very impressed with her philosophy of breeding and raising the labs. My one concern was that I couldn’t choose a puppy from the litter, rather one would be chosen for me based on my lifestyleand family situation. Looking back it makes sense and we got the perfect puppy.When I had questions during the first few weeks Carla was available to talk with me and help me work through them. I would never consider another breeder than On The Bluff.

Carla and her staff were very informative during the 6 weeks or so that we were awaiting our new arrival. The time she took to go over feeding and vaccines was very appreciated. We love our little black lab! We also love the community we are now involved with on social media. We loved being in touch with our pups’ sister and watching the girls grow!

We had always had a lab. With young children they were the perfect choice. After losing our 15 year old Lab we were devasted. It took us a year to decide to get another one. I started researching breeders in our area and came Carla and Walter. I loved how they were all natural breeders and knew they were the ones. I was a little shocked when she told me they would choose the puppy for us. We went and visited her and told her if our previous land and the fact that our elderly parents lived with us and we needed a Lab that would fit all of us. A couple of months later we arrived to pick up our pup. Logan was truly a dream come true. He is perfect. Logan is now ten. But two years later we went back and got Lola! Our labs are the best dogs ever! Everyone always asks us where we got them and I happily point them in the direction of on the bluff. They are family! Always willing to answer questions and help. They are a top notch team.

We welcomed our newest family member George in December 2020, after a couple of short months on a wait list, during which time OTB shared lots of great information with us about nutrition, sleep, disease prevention, behavior, training, socialization, and more. They have put together some wonderful videos which all our family members were able to watch. The pick up process was seamless, even during the pandemic - they were well organized and professional, and yet also warm and welcoming. I have recommended OTB to several friends winces and they have all received gorgeous healthy puppies. The dogs are perfection, wrapped up in sharp little teeth and endless lab appetite. We cannot imagine life without George and his huge heart. When we are ready for a sibling for him, we know where to go.

The dogs are beautiful; we are thrilled with our yellow lab Taffy. But the owners/staff leave a lot to be desired. I guess Im naive having always had rescues, but I expected SOME follow-up to see how Taffy was doing. Not a word. I felt like we had bought a car--great service during the purchase but once we were off the lot, radio silence. I expected more. And their views toward vets and vaccinations are completely dangerous-for example, they frown on wellness visits because a dog will tell you when its sick. Ridiculous. And dangerous. Again, they breed beautiful dogs, but theyre a business....and nothing more.

We couldn’t be happier. Nala is the best dog we have ever had. She loves to snuggle! She is very gentle with little ones! Couldn’t ask for a better dog. We were skeptical when we filled out the application about what kind of lab we were looking for, but I have to say they nailed it! She fits into our lives wonderfully. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a lab.When Nala wasn’t feeling well I called them and spoke with Carla. She was so very helpful giving a nervous Mom advice.

So beyond in love with our Labrador from On the Bluff! He is an amazing dog so gentle and lovable!

My gorgeous girl is a daughter of Twains and we couldnt be happier! Shes well-behaved, smart, soft, kind, gentle yet goofy! Very healthy and athletic.

Can’t recommend OTBL enough! I have so many people ask where I got my pup from and when I do, I truly hope they take the time to look them up and get their next lab from them. They have an amazing ethic for dog breeding and I’m so fortunate to have found them!!

We have the absolute sweetest chocolate Labrador from OTB! These are the healthiest and most loving pups! We love our breeder!

I have owned many dogs over the years but NOT ONE has been as magnificent as the 2 adorable labs i have from On the Bluffs!!!! If it werent a bit crazy to have 3 dogs I would get another in a NY minute!

Absolutely the best! Would never even consider getting a Lab from anyone else. They breed the most beautiful, well tempered, smartest English Labs in the whole country. They are also the most vigilant, caring, and responsible breeders around. We personally have 2 Labs from On The Bluff
