Phenomenal service! This is our second time using Lauras and it has been fantastic each time. Rachel had gone above and beyond for our two dogs and cat while we were away. Each time Rachel has done an amazing job for our animals. She is the one to ask for if you need a caring and attentive person to take care of your pets and be worry free while away!

Laura’s Critter Care did a fantastic job looking after my 3 year old Cockapoo while I was away to attend to a medical issue. They even took my dog to his doctor and back for laser treatment.They were completely professional and responsible during thus time. One lady waited till 11 PM to see him safely in bed before she left.I am so very grateful that they were there and I will definitely use them for any situation that takes me away.I recommend them without reservation.Lee Amherst NY.

I have been using Laura’s Critter care for over five years now. I always know my babies are well cared for while I’m away. I love the quick communication from the staff, and the sweet pictures of my kitties and senior dog. Dana is my main sitter, and I feel like she really loves my pets like family. All of the other sitters that fill in when she is unavailable are equally as efficient and loving. Thank you guys for all that you do for me and my babies!

I recently started having Lauras Critter Care take care of my fur babies while Im at work. The sitter comes for 45 minutes a couple days a week. Our sitter sends me pictures of my babies with every visit and all I see is happy smiles. I highly recommend using their service. I know my babies are fed, lots of hugs and pets.

Laura’s critter care exceeded my expectations, what a wonderful company. My family and I were able to fully enjoy our vacation without worrying about our kitties one. Laura’s critter care is amazing! My mother in law recommended them for my wedding. My dog has never been to boarding before and we needed someone to stay over night with him and I was so glad they offer this service!I met with the dog sitter before hand to go over everything and meet before the wedding.Rachel drove my dog to the venue so he could be a part of the ceremony and drove him back home :) She took him for plenty of walks and sent pictures to us and even scooped the cat litter!Couldn’t be more thankful for Laura’s critter care for their services and wedding package!-Alyssa :)

One of my cats is diabetic and requires insulin shots twice a day, 12 hours apart, one of which is very early in the morning. When I’ve needed a weekend away, Laura’s Critter Care has been great with working me into their schedule. They also allow for “meet and greets” where I’m able to go over administering the shot with the sitters. I’m always kept in the loop on how the visits have gone and I always feel like my cats are in good hands.

We have used Lauras Critter Care for several years. They go beyond taking care of our pets when we are away. They give them love & attention, play with them and talk to them. I highly recommend using them for any length of time. We have used their service when we are away for a few days, and when we are away for 3 months. Lauras staff, Sheri & Kristin, are a wonderful team and gave our 4 cats excellent care while we were away for a week. We have two 17 year old cats who have to be fed three times a day, and all the cats had various diets and needs. They handled it beautifully and sent me lovely pictures of them engaged in their daily routines. Lauras Critter Care came highly recommended to me, and I pass that on, adding my own esteem and appreciation for their compassionate work.

We have been using Lauras Critter Care for several years now and they have always provided exceptional service. Knowing that we have a trained pet sitter visiting our dog while we are away lets us relax and enjoy ourselves. We look forward to receiving the texts/emails with a report and photo of our Franco after every visit. We also like the peace of mind knowing that mail is being brought in, drapes are being opened and closed, and lights are being turned on and off. They also have come to our rescue when our flights have been delayed, arranging for additional pet visits when, for example, I have been frantically texting from Hartsfield airport at 11:00 p.m. on a Sunday. Laura’s Critter Care is a professional service of very high quality. Dana, our pet sitter from LCC, allows for worry free travel. Her time with our pets clearly involve the interaction required for both their care and well being. This is evident by her continued insights on various aspects of each pets personalities and needs. She also is thoughtful and dependable in the care of our home while we are gone. Over the years she questioned and notified us about things such as a low battery alarm as well as persons seen at our house.

We have been really happy with the services received from Lauras Critter Care, our dog loves getting his walks and I always appreciate the excellent communication.We also just had a sitter sleep over while we were out of town and we felt confident that any packages would be brought inside, garbage cans etc. and that our pooch was well taken care of.Highly recommend!

We found Lauras Critter Care and needed help with our two pups during football season. It has been a wonderful experience for our pups and for us. Finding someone so caring as Chris has been fantastic. We love the photos while we are gone and the instant updates.We knew Chris was going to be perfect when she shook our hands for the first time then dove to the floor to say hello to our fur babies. Only a dog person will do that. Before finding Lauras Critter Care we didnt have very many options. We will continue to use Lauras Critter Care because the service is awesome!!

Im in a long-distance relationship and I usually go out of town once a month for a couple of days. Since I live alone, Im thrilled to have LCCs sitters taking care of my cat and dog (or sometimes just my cat, on occasions when my dog comes on the trip with me). The website is easy to use for scheduling/requesting visits. And I love getting the text updates and photos after each visit. Carrie is my usual sitter, and I can tell by the photos that my shy cat loves seeing her. Carrie (and the other sitters) are also diligent about following all the care instructions, and quick to contact me if there are any questions or unexpected issues. I always have peace of mind that my pets are in the best care when Im away.

Our sitter Amanda was great! She far exceeded our expectations and did everything that we asked of her for her visits to our three kitties! We highly recommend this service and we will surely be using them and Amanda again next summer sometime.

We just recently moved to the WNY-area with our two dogs. Relying mostly on the two of us to care for them, and kenneling not being an option for us, we were searching for an alternative to have our dogs cared for while we are unable to do so. We found Laura`s Critter Care and are so grateful that we found this excellent option for our furry kids. Never being kenneled before nor cared for by a “stranger”, Michelle and Melissa took great care of our two boys while we are away. Even our rather shy boy is gaining trust and increasingly seeks contact to them while they come to our home to take care of them. I could not be any happier with the level of care this company gives to your pets. I want to give a very heartwarming thank you specifically to Rachel for going above and beyond to take care of our fur babies. This was her first time watching them, and our first time leaving them alone like this. She gave so many updates and took exceptional care of our babies. Lauras Critter Care has gone above and beyond to get me dog walkers when I have needed them. Usually, I need them last minute due to injury or illness. They are reliable and prompt.

We have used Laura’s Critter Care multiple times this year, even leaving our dogs for them to care for over a holiday week for 8 days. Our dogs are comfortable at home and in great hands with our Sitter. They really enjoy her visits while we are away and I enjoy the updates and pictures I get at each of her visits with our dogs. We previously boarded our dogs in a kennel which was more expensive, more stressful for them and my smaller dog always came home with digestive upset for days after. All of those issues are non existent with Laura’s. We appreciate this service!

We’ve used Laura’s Critter Care for a year or two now for our 2 pups and we couldn’t be happier!! Julie is our main caretaker but we’ve had several and all are great. I feel comfortable knowing my babies are well cared for by them. They send photos and a report card two after each visit!! Highly recommend!

My family and I can not recommend Lauras services fast enough! Every employee loves and cares for your fur babies as if they were their own. When weve been out of town for a couple days or a week they watch and care for our Lilly and home with such love and care. The gold standard care that they provide is worth every penny.Sheri and Rhonda from Laura’s Critter Care have been taking care of my mother-in-law’s elderly cat for the past two years. They come every day to feed, water, medicate, and scoop the litter box. Sheri and Rhonda have been highly dependable, extremely caring, and have been flexible and accommodating as we adjusted the kitty’s medications and tried to get her to eat specific foods. They send me daily texts with photos and updates on how the kitty is doing, and let me know when food, medications, or supplies are running low.Laura’s Critter Care is also extremely organized. A schedule listing which pet sitter is coming on which day is sent out in advance. My texts automatically go to both pet sitters and the office. When I make changes to the pet care instructions in the portal, the pet sitters are notified.I could not be happier with every aspect of my interactions with Laura’s Critter Care.

I was nervous at first with all the texting. But I cant even tell you how unbelievable working with Lauras critter Care is. I originally went on a vacation and they watched my children for a few days Rachel was amazing. I came back they were happy and a little fuller in the belly than when I left.Recently I unfortunately was in the emergency room and there was discussion of having to stay overnight. I contacted Lauras critter Care through their texting service and they said if I had to stay that they would be out there to take care of my children AKA my dogs. Theyre amazing.

Laura’s Critter Care is a great company to trust with your pets. I have two Shiloh Shepherds that I wanted to get used to a pet sitter and Laura sent me a sitter with shepherd experience and my dogs love her. This is a very trustworthy pet care company where you will have piece of mind knowing your pets are being well loved and cared for.

Marilyn did a great job with Buddy. He enjoyed her company and the treats she gave him..she left me a thank card and gift! So sweet. Ill be using Marilyn again!

Lauras Critter care was such a life saver for me and my dogs! They take personal care of your pets, as if, they were their own. Whatever you want them to do, as far as, walking, feeding, spending time with them. Also, you will receive a picture and write up of how things went! Doesnt get any better than that! UPDATE as of 10/2024: Still amazing. Ive moved to a different area and worked with a few more sitters. Still consistently just great: attentive, professional, flexible, and knowledgeable. I have an older, rather particular dog and never worry at all when theyre taking care of her.Simply incredible--they have been there for us so many times over the last couple years. I dont have to worry about my pets when I need to be out of town. My only concern is that our dog might like our sitter more than she does us at this point. :)

Laura’s critter care was awesome! Very quick response when we initially reached out and made everything very easy to set up. Lauren was our sitter who was amazing! Our cat loved her who is usually very shy with new people, we got many pics each visit and great updates. We will definitely be using Laura’s critter care again in the future!

We had a great experience with Lauras Critter Care. They are very accommodating and professional. They provide more than pet care, they are willing to water plants and bring in mail and take out trash, all if which provides a level of security in that it appears as if you are home. The house doesnt look empty. The care given to our cat, Willow, was amazing. We received daily pictures and updates. If we wanted to stay longer, we could easily have added more visits all online. Very happy with Lauras Critter Care and would not use anyone else.

We’ve been using Laura’s Critter Care for almost a decade now and we will be using them for another! When we decided to use Laura’s Critter Care it because our cat was diabetic and going out of town was a little more complicated then having someone come clean litter boxes. He needed his insulin and a certain feeding schedule. Not only did Laura’s Critter Care do a fantastic job but they kept us in the loop on all their visits. Leaving him was always stressful but we never worried about his care or health. Now we have two new cats and worry just as much, but we know they’re in safe hands. They look forward to their pet sitter Olivia visiting and we look forward to being away stress free. Laura’s Critter Care is a phenomenal pet sitting service. Our cat sitters Rebecca and Marie go above and beyond to take care of our cats and our home, even when our cats are being a little difficult, or when our house doors froze shut during an ice storm! Each visit they send you photos of your pets and have a detailed checklist of everything that was done. They take away all our stress about leaving the cats at home knowing they will be looked after by very caring sitters. If you are considering using them you won’t be disappointed.

Laura’s Critter Care is the best! They have cared for several of my pets over the years, and provided housesitting services while we’ve been away. Aside from being fabulous with my “critters”, they have a variety of procedures that put me at ease: lots of communication and pet photos from each visit, the same long term sitter(s) assigned over the years, and consistent oversight of schedules and visit times by the owner. Weve been so happy to find Lauras Critter Care after moving to Buffalo! We have both cats and dogs, and it can be a lot for petsitters, but we are super happy with the petsitters from Lauras! Theyre very responsive, responsible, and have been able to step in when we had a last minute trip, which we really, really appreciated. Its such a relief to have a team you trust to take care of your pets when youre on the road.

Would highly recommend Laura’s Critter Care. Initially I needed to find someone to take care of my dogs as I needed to travel out of state for family. My dogs have never been boarded and I did not want to start now as they are 8 1/2 and 9 yrs old. So I preferred in-home care. I discovered Laura’s through inquiries at my vet office. What a great service Laura’s Critter Care is! While away, I felt completely comfortable knowing that my babies were being well taken care of and pampered by Laura with little disruption to their daily routine. Each visit Laura provided an update and photos of my dogs that put me at ease. Scheduling couldn’t have been easier to plot out dates and times. Communication is excellent (verbal updates are given as needed) and continues right until your arrival at home! I have had great experiences with Laura’s Critter Care since I’ve been using the services for watching my dogs. The communication between staff and myself had always been efficient and prompt. They met the needs of both my dogs regarding food, daily activities, and playtime. I really appreciate the photos and report card that they text me with each visit. If there is anything g extra I ask of them, they always make sure my requests are being attended to. I look forward to using the services they provide in the near future. My Aussi has some separation anxiety but she has been so comfortable being able to be at home while I was away and enjoyed the visits from each staff member.

We have 3 cats but only take the two civilized ones on motorhome trips with us. Lauras Critter Care expert Michele fills in for the one who stays home, or all of them if we arent in the motorhome. Lulav is superb at hiding and generally driving most sitters (and us) a bit crazy. Michele keeps at it, making sure his litter box stays clean and food/water are kept up. We assure each other that if there are deposits in the litter box and food disappears, our furry troublemaker is doing fine! Lauras Critter Care is a superb service and we dont hesitate to recommend to all.

I would recommend Lauras Critter Care to anyone that is looking for a pet sitter. I use them every time that I need to travel for work or vacation. The service is always great and booking appointments through their app is really convenient. Also, the updates and photos letting you know how they are doing is great. I like that my dog Chino gets to stay home where he is comfortable and he is there when I get back home. Joe, Alyce & Lisa, are all great with him, I know that he is getting plenty of treats, attention, play time and walks while Im away.

We had such a good experience with Lauras! We were out of town for about a week and our two kitties needed some caretaking. Melissa was fantastic from the start. She was prompt, attentive, and we really appreciated the daily mini reports she gave us. We asked her to stop by 2x/day as one of our cats needed a daily medication and it went by without a hitch! We came home to everything in order, with our mail and packages neatly arranged waiting for us. We travel fairly frequently and will absolutely utilize Lauras team again for our next trip. I have older cats and needed to know that someone would be here at a regular time and do all the little things that my cats need. I love that the agency has all that set up in their files and that if something happens they will be able to take action and get my loves the proper care. Beyond worth every penny (which isnt actually any different from what the Rover listings are going for). I am SO glad I made the switch to this professional service!!

First time we used this service, Kathleen stayed at our house and took excellent care of our 4 cats and 14 year old Chihuahua. It was the first time in a long time that we were able to go on vacation with no worries. She was sweet and caring to our animals kept us updated on everything. The pet sitters I have used at Lauras critter care have all been wonderful. They are punctual, thorough and very passionate about doing a good job. They come ahead of time to meet my pets and send pictures and texts from each visit.

We wouldn’t trust our dog with anyone else, the professional pet sitters at Laura’s Critter Care are wonderful! Our most recent experience was this past Thanksgiving, we had our sitter come and visit with our dog three times a day while we were away. Our sitter was so wonderful with Ellie, she took her for walks, fed her according to her very picky requirements and always spent time giving extra love and attention. We would get updates and pictures at every visit, so we really felt at ease knowing that she was being well cared for. Any sitter we have had has always gone above and beyond, taking in the garbage cans, getting the mail, offering to water our plants. Never at all expected but was such a nice extra! It’s important to us to have someone who is experienced and loves our animals as much as we do and that is just what you can expect!

I was very apprehensive about leaving my 2 cats because one of them has bad arthritis so his appetite is not great. If I am not around its even worse because he is so attached to me & not really great with strangers. Alex was our sitter & she was great with them. She sent us texts after every visit along with photos of our fur babies. Ceasar took a couple of days to warm up but seemed to do very well overall. Alex also brought our mail & packages in for us while we were away. We will definitely be using Lauras critter care for our next vacation.

I have been using Laura’s critter care for the past 3 months for weekly ‘drop in visits’ for my cane corso.. I can’t say enough great things! has exceeded my expectations! Sam is my drop in sitter and she’s wonderful.. brings my mail & packages in.. always gives me a detailed message on her visit! Has bought my dog a birthday present and treats ‘just because’It’s hard finding someone reliable.. let alone someone who can love your dog as much as you do.. but I know Sam loves loden and it puts my mind at ease while I’m at work! I reached out to Lauras Critter Care to help with my sisters dog when she was hospitalized and gravely ill. There is no way to accurately describe the amazing help and comfort they provided!! Every interaction was prompt and caring. Within hours of contacting them I was so reassured that my sisters dog was going to receive wonderful care. Every person was wonderful and each of them made a sad and difficult experience so much easier. We used to always take our two dogs to a pet store to have their nails cut, but with the pandemic going on we decided to look into a service that would come to our house to trim our dogs nails. A neighbor recommended Lauras so I called and was able to set up an appointment easily and quickly. Michelle came out to our house to cut both dogs nails. Shes very friendly and has an air of calmness about her which definitely made my two nervous dogs MUCH less nervous. Michelle has come out twice now and were so very pleased with what a great job shes done. I would recommend Lauras Critter Care (and Michelle) to anyone -- Im so happy to have found them.

Lauras Critter Care is simply the BEST. All the professional walkers that have cared for my dog have been super nice and extremely thoughtful. I am a particularly anxious dog mom and theyve always handled my questions with ease and sent adorable pics of my girl every session. The little touches like special treats on holidays and a birthday treat (complete with adorable outfit and photo sesh) shows that everyone who works here really loves animals. I especially love the client portal, which makes everything super easy including scheduling services, paying invoices, and communicating with your walker or the management. I highly recommend this service to any WNY pet parents!

We left our three dogs home for about 5 days and I can’t thank Denise and Katelyn enough for taking care of our pups while we were away to get hitched! Three dogs is a lot and it was our first time leaving them home. Denise even brought treats for our pups! Our flight was also cancelled on our way back and Katelyn was free for an unexpected check in. Very grateful for them! Great and friendly service. Updates were detailed and filled with pictures. I’ve been with Laura’s critter care for a few years now. Prior to Laura, I had a neighbor dropping food in the dish while I was away . While I appreciated it , I didn’t like that he was lonely with no interaction. Driving one day I passed Laura’s car with the business logo and thought hmm maybe I should try a professional pet sitter and was a bit hesitant at first .I loved that we had a meet and greet with the sitter to show her around and see how she interacted with my cats. That eliminated stress . I’m not a computer guru so I appreciated how simple it is to book requests , invoices , messages . All super easy with the app . They are very flexible with time slots early mornings to late nights. My cat is higher maintanence and the sitter is accommodating to his usual routines .she also scooped litter, washed his dishes and provided meaningful play .I enjoy seeing the pics sent with every visit : seeing him him greet her at the door is precious, seeing pics of him eating , playing and walking with that tail straight up assures me that he is happy and well taken care of. ! It was also easy to add on request for flight delay and then having to return much later than expected just press the request button for additional visit ! By the way I referred Laura’s to a friend . While she was away the sitter happened to find a leak in the basement. the sitter was able to contact my friend who contacted a service . That could have been a disaster . Sitters also have notifications to where your main water valve shut off is and things like that .I know this is a long review but I have to add that all these sitters were recently , because of a storm , getting to their houses almost impossible to reach and trudging through 4 ft drifts of snow to get to all these pets , very commendable ! And don’t worry unlike a neighbor Laura always has back ups . They are all wonderful . Ours has mainly be Sheri . I’ve also had Tori and Michelle . I would give them 10 stars ! Animals are family give them the best .I know it was a long review but I like to include everything I can for anyone with any question . Thanks Laura snd team !

Ive used Lauras several times over the past few years. Always ask for Dana. She sends me pictures of my cat along with cute comments. She clearly loves animals and I trust my cats care to her completely.

They took such gentle care of my (blind and deaf) senior baby. Administratively, they were organized, prompt, efficient. I really appreciated that the care team sent text updates and cute pictures while I was away. And they did all this on short notice when my pet sitter fell-through four days before my trip! Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend - We have used Lauras numerous times, but this was the first time we had them (Melissa and Sheri) stay in our home for a week. The attention and love they gave our pets was superb. Our home seemed to be cleaner than when we left! Having 2 Huskies and 2 cats isnt easy to keep up with but they did an exceptional job!

I highly recommend Laura’s Critter Care. We have been using them for years to look after our cats. The sitters are loving and caring, and the office staff is highly professional. When you first sign up, you can request a sitter from their list (some who have specialized skills such as givings pills or injections) or have one assigned. When your sitter is first assigned, if you like they will pay a visit to your house, without charge, to meet your pet and learn about its care.Whenver you request service, they will try to assign the same person if they are available, so you will get someone who is familiar with your pet and its routine. In addition to looking after your pet, the sitters may do small chores such as bringing in the mail and watering the plants. After their visit, the sitter will text and email you a report on what they did, including pictures. The sitters will often go beyond the written scope of their duties. During the last blizzard, when our street was impassable, our sitter trudged a block through chest high snow to make sure our cat was looked after.Animals can be be very good judges of people. We were jealous to hear that our newest cat, Meiriona, on her first visit with her sitter Lauren, jumped up on Lauren’s lap and spent some quality time on the couch bonding.The office staff is very well organized. Whenever I send them a message they usually respond within minutes.We used to have our friends and neigbors look after our pets when we were away, but you can’t always rely on them. With Laura’s Critter Care, you have someone you can rely on.

If I could give a ZERO rating, I would! I would absolutely NOT recommend Lauras Critter Care! One of the many incidents we had with them is that our primary pet sitter, the one that should have been more available to us, was not available to care for our puppy for 3 weeks in a row. The backup sitter was available to cover for some of the occasions during that period, but at much different times than what we had requested. So our only option was either to accept that time, or to not have any care for our puppy for those days. The first week it happened, I assumed it was because I had to wait to get my sons work schedule before I could set a schedule with them, but, that had always been the case that I couldnt request the care until my son had received his work schedule. So, after this continued on for 3 weeks, I was starting to see a pattern of not having consistant care available for our puppy from our PRIMARY sitter, the one that should have been available to us. I messaged the company after this continued on for 3 weeks, and asked Laura why is it that we havent been able to get care from our primary pet sitter for 3 weeks now. Shortly afterwards, the primary pet sitter messaged me to say that due to her having a scheduled surgery back in February, her availability had since changed. Dont you think the company would have had plenty of notice to make other arrangements & assign a different primary pet sitter to us? Nope! It took until my asking, after seeing a consistent pattern of three weeks of their negligence before we could get a new primary pet sitter, & only after I brought it to their attention. We were only then assigned a different new primary pet sitter (making it then a 3rd key I had to provide). Then one day, shortly after this replacement sitter had started with us, I did not receive the daily report from him as the sitters send out at the conclusion of each visit, and noticed that almost 1 1/2 hours had past from the time he was supposed to be there, I again messaged the company to ask if he had been there yet because I had yet to receive the report for that day from him indicating that the visit had been concluded. The only answer they offered me was that he was delayed. When I came right out to ask exactly why was he delayed in getting to our home to let our puppy out, Laura, the owner, told me that he was looking at the wrong day. Looking at the wrong day? Really?? So, it was clear to me that had I not messaged the company to see why he had not been to our home yet, he would not have come at all. So, unless you can eat your words and never point out any shortcomings that you have with the pet sitter or the company, I would definitely not recommend them! Following my stating my concern over this last incident, the owner messaged me ending their relationship with us because they do not want complaints. (I still have the email to prove it.) The action of terminating services in order to avoid complaints displays a priority to avoiding accountability and criticism over their delivering of reliable customer service. They chose to terminate us an clients rather than addressing and correcting the issue because they dont want complaints. Lauras Critter Care is unreliable, unprofessional, & only practice a HUGE lack of any accountability!The negligence that we experienced with Lauras Critter Care all happened in only four months of us being with the company, from 2/2022 - 6/2022. You really shouldnt play Russian Roulette with your pets care and risk the chance of your experience to be like the one we had, or possibly even worse! Our puppy is our baby & is a part of our family, & means much too much to us to stay with a company that repeatedly displayed negligence, unaccountability, & extremely poor customer service! You wouldnt trust a babysitter for your child with a track record like that, so dont chance it with you pet!In addition, never was I a no-show! Laura completely lied about that! The keys? I was working all day and was told he was coming over. I had no time to get a key made.

I was in a bit of a bind over the weekend as I was in Mississippi and needed someone to step in for me to take care of my Cat, Chleo and Dog, Buddy. It was extremely short notice and I was panicked, I have never used any type of sitter or daycare of any type. Not only did Michelle get back to me almost right away, she managed to reach a sitter, Rachel, who not only treated my babies like family but changed her own schedule around to accommodate us. They are extremely courteous and professional. Not only did I get updates on my little loves I received pictures as well. Even after the services were completed they made sure I was home safe. I cant say enough about Lauras Critter Care and I cant thank Michelle, Rachel and Laura enough. You guys are exceptional!!

The office staff and pet sitters from Lauras are wonderfully responsive and take great care of our cats when we are away (even if they rarely SEE the cats). Its great knowing that theyre well-looked-after when we travel.

Our lab was left alone at home for the first time while were away for a week. Katie and Dana came to our home daily to take care of our girl and taxi her to daycare. She was loved each day, all day! We received updates after each visit with pics too! They went way beyond my expectations!! Would highly recommend this service for your pets home care.

I dont see any other lilocation to comment or write review but here it is- Since I got my pup my BIGGEST concern was how am I going to manage when I get mack to work and then I found out about Lauras critter. They met Milo when he was a few months old and since then they have helped me so much and has been nothing but extremely kind to my paw buddy.Specially during this storm when I am stuck with my family due to an medical emergency and unable to get back home Lauras Critter Care, LLC critter has gone above and beyond having the animal care their first priory and took care of Milo. Noone could have helped otherwise. I am so grateful to their service.

Katie was AMAZING! She made sure to get to my house during the ice storm we had! I was in Curacao and had full faith my house and cats were well taken care of! I loved getting reports everyday and pics! Sooo appreciative to have an amazing service available!

Several times now, LCC has taken care of our 2 cats while we are away on vacation. They have always provided excellent care. We were worried that one of our cats would not come around when LCC came in for their visits, but nope - she comes running to greet them when she hears them at the door! They not only feed the cats and scoop the litter boxes, they provide TLC by playing with them and giving them pets and attention. We love the photos and visit reports that we get. LCC also brings in our papers and mail, which we likewise appreciate. Whenever we go away and need someone to take care of our cats, LCC is our first choice!

I have been using them for years for our multiple pet family for day trip assistance to covering 10 day vacations. I was watching TV and saw a commercial for Lauras Critter Care on Saturday. I needed help with my pets claws being clipped. With the recent news that animals can be effected with Covid-19, I didnt want to take any chances about bringing him outside and transporting him to a clinic.I contacted Laura via the website and within an hour she was in contact and an appointment was set up for today.I was nervous about having a stranger come into my house. However, Caitlyn my animals service provider came in with a mask and we followed all safety precautions.Caitlyn was professional, caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. She actually gave me some solid advice and offered some possible answers, to help with a recent scratching issues.I am so glad I called, and look forward to using more services and pet sitting services in the future, with this companyI was on the fence about calling, so if thats you. Just call, you wont regret it. Laura and her entire team are very professional. I love that the services are done right in my home. This helped to decrease the stress on my animal. They were absolutely amazing. It was our first time having to use a service and we were so happy with the services. Amber and Lauren were so great from meeting the first time all throughout the time the dogs were with them. They took photos, left explicit details of the visit and I knew they were in good hands. Being in another country caused a lot of anxiety at first but once I got the first message all my stress was taken away. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet services.

The absolute best pet sitters. My dog, Sasha, is a 13 month old 90# bundle of energy. She loves to meet people and other animals and can get very excited. She will run full speed to greet you and, on several occasions, has ended up in your lap. Lisa does a great job of handling her and knows how to tire her out with fun playtime and loving. Sasha loves it when he gets a visit from Lisa and I will come home to a very happy and tired dog at the end of the day.When I dont schedule a visit with Lisa I frequently come home to a very bored and curious puppy and the mess of what she got into.The company is always very responsive to my requests, even when it is only a day or two notice. These ladies are amazing! Forgot to leave a review but was talking about them recently and remembered! We went away in September and I had no idea what we were going to do with our 3 kitties. One is 22 and very set in his old man ways and the other two were rescues and are very nervous and skittish so a kennel situation would not be ideal for us. Found these ladies on google and contacted them. They go above and beyond, far less expensive than boarding and your pets get to be in the comfortof their own home. They contacted me every visit and even sent me pictures every day when they were there with an update on how my pets were. I cannot day enough good things about my experience with Laura’s critter care and will definitely be using their services anytime I am away! Thanks again ladies!

They make traveling super easy and we can let our cat stay home when we go. It’s so great to not have to think about mail, garbage, etc and they send the best pet photos for updates!

Michelle was phenomenal! So patient, gentle and kind! I was in quite a bind with my 12 year old German shepherds nails due to covid-19. Aside from his ailing hips, his super long nails were adding to his trouble walking. He doesnt like his feet touched lol but Michelle was able to get the job done quickly and he had instant relief. She also sent me some great pictures from his bathtime which was such a nice added touch for this type service!

In short: this business terminates services if you have any complaints about their shortcomings/poor custom service. Rude and unprofessional.I would not recommend this business. After our dogs pet-sitter forgot to come let our dog out and watch him for the day we paid for their services, my mom asks if we will be refunded for this day (they never hesitated charging -us- if we were ever a minute late scheduling their services.) They replied well we said sorry several times..Laura then messages my mother rudely explaining that theyre terminating services to avoid receiving any more complaints, speaking to my mom with attitude and unprofessionalism just because she, a customer, politely complained. Stay away from this business and the attitude of Laura. I would not trust these people in my home. They are not in it for their customers.

The folks at Laura’s critter care are wonderful! We normally take our dogs to the kennel overnight when we aren’t going to be home for the whole day but they were full! We had heard about Laura’s services and we called and they were so accommodating. They were able to get someone (plus a backup), both actually from our neighborhood, to come meet “the boys” that week. Jennifer and Autumn are our assigned sitters and they are amazing! We have used Jennifer 3 times so far and she gives our boys the same care and love we would give them. Plus the dogs didn’t need to stay anywhere overnight. Win-win for them! Jennifer kept us updated on her visits thru our assigned group number and sent pics each time she came. Our one dog is anxious around new people and he did so well when Jennifer came to the house. The scheduling and paying is all done online and it works perfectly. We will definitely be using them again!

When we first inquired about using services with Laura’s Critter Care I was so impressed with how quickly I received a response, it was almost immediate. The initial process of gathering information and scheduling services was very organized and thorough. Laura made it so easy. Kathleen was assigned to us to walk our dog and we were so happy with the care our dog received. Kathleen was so kind and you could tell she really cared for our dog! Our, sometimes shy, dog grew quite fond of her quickly as well. We even received little updates about our cat. The daily check-ins and pictures we received gave us peace of mind while on vacation. They are the only people I would trust with our pets. Each visit is documented with notes and pictures. When our elderly dog was very sick they were incredible with the care they provided to her while we were out of town. I have used this company 2 times. They are prompt, kind, clean. Cannot say anything negative. They are the best.

We love Lauras Critter Care. Any time we take a trip we schedule with Lauras to coordinate care for our two cats. Before our first trip our sitter came to our house to review everything and familiarize themselves with our pets, where everything is, etc. Every time they provide care they text multiple pictures of our cats, a checklist of what was done, and a few sentences about the visit. They will bring in mail, packages, open curtains, etc. as long as you discuss this with them. It can be nerve wracking leaving our kitties, but I always feel better knowing that I can count on my sitter from Lauras Critter Care to take amazing care of my cats and house.

We have been using LCC for years and have been satisfied with their service until this last visit. We always leave detailed instructions regarding what to do in case of an emergency. Unfortunately, an emergency situation occurred at home. No action was taken by LCC to remedy the situation. We were not even contacted. We just kept receiving messages that all was well. Fortunately, we have wonderful neighbors who stepped in to help. Otherwise, we would have come home to a disaster. I am still not sure why LCC did nothing to help.

Weve used this service every time weve had to go out of town or know we were going to have a late evening and needed someone to come check on our cat. Our cat also requires medicine multiple times a day and Kristin has no issue administering them. We get picture and video updates too which is always nice as we miss our little furball when we are gone. We do feel like our cat is in good hands with Lauras Critter Care!
