I just left Town & Country Grooming after getting my dog’s nails done. I was so blown away! The two women who worked on Sadie were so gentle, kind and caring with her. Sadie is terrified of getting her nails done, so they were patient and spent the whole time reassuring her and calming her while she got them done. They were even able to grind them, which she normally freaks out about. I’m very grateful for how great they were with her. She came away very happy! I would recommend this place to anyone, but especially to people with nervous pups!(Pictured: Sadie enjoying a pup cup after doing a great job getting her nails done!)

We took our 3 labs there and we all love it !!!! Our dogs got a chance to see all the farm animals as well and the owners made us feel welcome and at ease!!!! Our babies now look and smell delicious and their coats are so soft and shiny 🙌🙌🙌. When you drop your pets off you want them to feel safe and we absolutely do !!! Thank you ladies !!!

Emma and Kay were wonderful. We called in for our cane corso to be washed & they told us we could bring her in, in 30 minutes. They were so friendly, very knowledgeable & did the job greatly. Our dog not only looks clean, but smells so refreshing. They only use high quality products & you can tell how genuine they are with the care they put into the dogs here. Definitely returning.

I am so happy I found these girls on a google search for a new groomer. I called needing a short notice cut due to certain circumstances and the girl was so accommodating and got me in the next day. I was greeted by sweet horses, goats and cats which was a total bonus! So incredibly sweet, affordable prices and more than a pleasure to deal with. My dog looked great! I can’t wait to go back and tell eveyone about them.

I can’t say enough good things about the ladies here and the quality of work. The second we pull into their driveway our dog Myla gets so happy! This has been about our 20th visit ? I’ve lost count and I’ve always found it to be a loving, efficient and clean environment. Thank you so much 😊

We have used several dog groomers in the past, and without a doubt Emma and Kay at Town and Country Grooming are the best! Their grooming skills are fabulous and their attention to detail is unmatched. They are also wonderful people just to speak to about our dog. We highly recommend them!

My 1st impression of this business was made when I made a phone call to inquire about having my dogs groomed. I had such a wonderful conversation with the owner and I made an appointment shortly thereafter. When I arrived at the location I was so impressed because it is a sanctuary and it just was so amazing. They did a great job Grooming my dogs and I will definitely go back. I absolutely loved loved loved my interaction with them and the care they took in grooming my dogs. Go there you will not be disappointed.

Took my doberman today and was totally at ease leaving her with Emma as she did a fantastic job with my anxious girl! Love this place and would highly recommend. My dog has never settled with other groomers but the welcome and fuss she gets puts her at ease. Awarding ten stars!fuss she gets

I really appreciated how gentle Emma was about meeting our timid Snowy for the first time. She took a few minutes to get to know her outside, and then walked with me to the front door. She was very caring and sweet with our pet, and knew how to handle her. It seemed that Snowy could quickly tell that she could trust Emma.Emma took time to answer my questions and talk with me about her care afterwards as well.It felt very peaceful there and that our dog was getting her own attention; some groomers are so crowded and busy. You can often feel like just a number.It was a timely appointment too! And, her nails came out wonderfully!Finally, they are very good at communicating.

Had Cody groomed at Town and Country Pet Grooming today and were very happy with his cut. This was his first time with a new groomer in years and Kay and Emma took the time to get to know him and ask me questions that really put me at ease! Thanks Kay and Emma…we’ll be back :-)

Kay and Emma took really great care of my senior chowchow! By far the best deshedding my dog has ever gotten- great pricing too for the quality work thats done. Looking forward to returning for her next grooming in a few months!

This is a wonderful place to bring your pets. I have no idea what the other reviewer meant on the gunshots. Perhaps they were there during hunting season, this is a rural area. I have brought my Border Collie twice now and, though she is a shy dog, she immediately took to Kay and greeted her with lots of tail wagging. The appointment was on time both for the drop off as well as the pick up. She looked gorgeous both times, all the mats from her tail removed and she smelled amazing! Kay treats the animals with such kindness its no wonder my dog had no issue being left there and wagged her tail going in and coming out. She went in bedraggled and came out stunning! This is a clean, well run facility that truly cares about animals.

Hello, I brought my dog here for a full groom. In return i got a dog who only got a hair wash and a cut underneath his eye on top of it was charged 65 dollars for absolutely nothing. Teddy, a relatively calm sweet 9 year old dog, was dropped off at 11am. Its 5:30 pm and he was just brought back. He had an accident in the cage he was left in God knows how long, and ended up being talked rude about by staff. Not only that the owner was extremely rude, yelling and saying rude and nasty things over text and voicemailYOU JUST WANT THE LAST WORD DONT YOU. Grow up. If I could rate this place a 0 I would.

Very pleased, was able to get a quick appointment. Kay did a great job, also taught us about our golden doodle Bruno. Our prior groomer (big box store) did not trim his ears and they were very matted and thick.

She was so good to my dog. He’s isn’t really the type to let just anyone cut or groom him and when I picked him up he was so happy. She did such a great job. Definitely coming back next time!

The owner Kay is an awesome woman who rescues animals all the time. She took great care of my cats and gave them both expert trimmings. I will certainly go back to her in the future.

They are so friendly and my dog clearly loves them. He runs right to them when we arrive. They explain everything they do and the prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend using them!
