Golden Hour Dog Training

Emily came to our Girl Scout meeting and did a presentation for the girls. They learned signs of a stressed dog and what resource guarding is. This will hopefully help them to not be bitten by a dog. She also explained to them how to become a dog trainer and the different places she could work as a trainer.They concluded with a fun game of Jeopardy and she even managed to get them all to talk, which isnt always easy with 9-12 year olds.Our troop highly recommends having Golden Hour out to do a presentation for your group/troop.

My daughter had the best time at the Golden Hour Dog Training dog safety class. Emily was fantastic with the kids, keeping them engaged while teaching them all the best pet practices. My daughter left and told everyone she knew all about approaching dogs safely because of this learning experience. Definitely consider taking your children to one of her classes, or reaching out for dog training needs!

My doggos have made significant progress in our training goals in just a few sessions and we are looking forward to continuing our learning with Golden Hour. My daughter took part in a Paws for Safety class, Emily did a great job creating a fun and successful learning experience. My kiddo learned tons of strategies she can recite and practice and she even now wants to be a dog trainer some day! Emily was very engaging and clearly loves what she does!

Emily offered a wonderful dog safety course for kids at our local library. Her presentation was informative, interactive, and very fun for the kids! They were proud to receive their certificates and really enjoyed their goodie bags!

Emily goes above and beyond for our dogs. They always get so excited when she comes. She has the most fun ways of training for us and our dogs. You can tell she truly has a passion for animals and it shows in her work

Emily has worked hard with her dog Ruby in order to share her love of dog training with the world & it shows. My bandit needed some serious leash work. Emily was able to not only show my pup the way, but me too. I had no idea I was doing anything wrong per say (idk how else to explain it) until Emily showed me a different way of doing something as simple as a walk. Not only did she work with me on that but she also helped me to teach my boy outdoor recall which is something we struggled with when other people are in the mix (at the mailboxes for instance) She taught me how to properly reward & when to reward and it was like I have a whole new dog!.. Thanks Emily & Ruby for showing me and my boy how to work together with patience & love & how to get it right! If you have any doubts on personal/group training - look no further! You will not regret it and also her rates are sooooo reasonable for the care & love she provides to you and your needs.
