This was the best place I ever took Herb to be groomed! Everyone was warm and welcoming, the dogs were able to run around and play together, and Herb couldnt wait to go in when we pulled into their driveway. He always looked adorable when I picked him up. Theres nothing like this where I live now!

Just picked up Chloe and she looks AWESOME, coming here many years with many more to come. Extremely good care. Great people who really love what they do

Just came back from Barks & Bubbles, and couldn’t be happier! More importantly, my fur babies ( yes, they are my kids) are happy, clean and beautiful. I have 2 senior dogs, one who is both blind and deaf. He is always nervous when he’s away from home. The care that the staff give him at B&B goes above and beyond simply grooming your dog. They also are pet owners, so they know pets aren’t just a business for them , they are family. I will never take my dogs anywhere else. Thank you Barks & Bubbles 👍

I have owned dogs all my life and they are dogs that have to be groomed on a 4-6 week basis. Barks and Bubbles was recommended to me by a close friend and I love it!.I own 2 West Highland Terriers and they know what they are doing. Most groomers make a Westie look like a Schnauzer or give your dog a cut that will embarrass them.Karen and her sisters are the BEST. I give them a 10. No more expensive than any other qualified professional that you would trust your best friends with.The facility is spotless and your pet will receive wonderful personal attention. Just like a spa for humans.

I have owned many dogs and have used many different groomers but none compare to Karen and the crew at Barks & Bubbles. If you are looking for personal care for your dog this is the place to go. I now have a hyper nervous 20 lb pooch that would fight anyone who tried to clip her nails.. .usually took 2 or 3 people to do her nails but Karen and the girls have been able to cut my dogs nails now alone! This only happened because of the care at B&B. The patience they showed is remarkable and my dog is treated like she is their dog everytime she goes. This is the difference in this grooming salon. I HIGHLY recommend B&B!

They did an absolutely amazing job grooming my 2 goldendoodles. Chester is 86lbs and Cami is 66lbs and they handled both my high energy puppies just wonderfully!Both dogs looked and snelled wonderful when I picked them up. And they were tired out for the whole night from playing with all their new doggy friends.I highly recommend Barks and Bubbles!

I waited to leave this review as I wanted to give the business the benefit of a doubt and a chance to explain themselves.I last brought my one year old dog there two months ago. I live far enough away that it rarely makes sense to drive home after dropping him off and so I would go get coffee or run some errands nearby while my dog was being groomed.I was waiting in the parking lot for a call that my dog was ready when I saw my dog on the end of a leash with a groomer outside. I let him in the car, asked the groomer if anything was wrong (“no it was just busy and he seemed to be nervous” I was told), and went in to pay and rebook my next appointment.Afterwards I wanted to give him a quick walk in case he had some business to do and we did a quick once around the block. While we were were walking I noticed his collar looked off. It’s a simple buckle closure but it didn’t look right. We beelined to the car and once he was inside and secure I inspected the collar and saw it was not buckled or secured in anyway, just one side pulled through. I was absolutely shocked that they would put a dog in such a dangerous scenario and drove straight home to collect my thoughts.I sent a message on Facebook to the business, outlining that, plus some grooming concerns (his nails weren’t done, the long hair around his paw pads hadn’t been addressed, I found at least 3 mats immediately upon coming home, and his sanitary clip was a literal bloody mess) and hoping there was an explanation as to what I had just paid almost $100 for.Last night, which would have been the night prior to his next appointment, the owner tells me she has canceled his appointment since I was unsatisfied and hopes I find a groomer that fits my needs. I pressed for an explanation, she got downright rude.TLDR: An employee put my dog in an unsafe position, owner acts indignant when asked for an explanation.

Once again Barks and Bubbles in Honeoye Falls, NY has gone above and beyond grooming and caring for my beloved dog, Keeno. Today, Valentines Day he received a lovely red collar wrap (dont know what else to call it) very pretty on his white fur. Many thanks to everyone at Barks and Bubbles.

Team Barks and Bubbles are dog lovers from the heart! My Scout always got the best care and came home shiny clean, soft, dry and happy. 🐾❤️

Over-priced bad hair cut. Missed one ear and one paw didnt get clipped on an 6 month, 7 pound puppy, 75$$!

VERY RUDE! The best advice I can possibly give is to go somewhere else. We brought our dog here for a year before finding another groomer. The difference is night and day. Barks and Bubbles pricing is WAY more expensive than our new groomer and Barks and Bubbles attitudes were terrible. Out of respect I wont mention names but suffice it to say the owner made us feel like she was doing us a huge favor for grooming our dog. Foolish me, I thought that was her business. Dont waste your time here and call one of the other great groomers who will actually appreciate your business. Our dog now gets a fantastic cut for 35% less than we were paying the rude folks at Barks and Bubbles.

Kate and the ladies at Barks and Bubbles always do a great job on our boys. Weve been using Karen for over 16 years for our dogs!
