Groovy Groomer, Natalie did not disappoint! From the online communication, answered questions, clean and beautiful shop (that smells like a beautiful lux spa) friendly service and kind smile we are filled with gratitude. We were told Meekah was a perfect 1st time pup and had no fuss when it came to the paws.. figures 😅 Just a huge shout out and thanks for a wonderful all around experience. Just under one year of business and your booming, we totally understand why!

Natalie did an awesome job on trimming my dogs nails. Dixie is usually quite the handful for any attempt to touch her paws; for a 17 lb 13 yr old beagle mix she can be quite feisty! Groomers can be taught their skills, but not all have the ability to read a dog. Natalie has that ability. Dixie found a new friend today and l found a great groomer. Win-win. Highly recommend. Paws up🐕 !

Be very careful bringing your fur baby here. She takes her dislike for western NY on them

This groomer is a new startup and she is amazing. Takes time with owner and the pet, goes over expectations and does a great job. Highly recommend.

Does not tell you you can prepay, overbooks and cancels after sitting in hallway for an hour and after I go home messages asking if I even had shot records she never asked for but had them anyways. Be upfront, honest and learn not to overbook.

I took my dog to her and she did an absolutely amazing job. Never been more happy with a grooming in my life. Thank u so much
