It was good but I showed a woman how to get there, and the people was talking to me as if I was the owner, I never met the dog and in my opinion the dog was in bad shape from the fur not being cut. They should have followed up and made sure she took it to a vet, because the condition I believe is abuse, instead they called her and told her to never take the dog back there.
