We have been bringing our dog to the K9 District for about four and a half months and it has been such a positive experience. Our dog is a rescue and we arent sure what his first few months were like, but in his time at K9 we have seen him become more confident and better mannered. He is always so happy to arrive at school every morning and greets all of the staff joyfully. We can tell he is well-treated there and loves to socialize with his other four-legged friends. In addition to the regular enrichment sessions each day, we have also used their spa services to bathe him and to have his nails done. The staff here are definitely the best Ive ever seen and I cant recommend them highly enough. Five stars!

I knew when I first brought my Aussie home that he was going to be super-energetic; especially his first few years. When I needed to return to the office full time in July 2021, I wanted to be sure to find a caring and engaging daycare. I toured multiple facilities in the area and found that other locations either kept the dogs in crates for most of the day or the dogs were uncrated but also unsupervised. The reason I chose (& love) The K-9 District is because the staff clearly care for all of their students. There is supervised play all day and the dogs are continually offered both mental and physical stimulation, resulting in happy and exhausted pups at the end of the day. People hear me talking about the activities (pj movie day, birthday parties, Halloween costume contests) and cant believe its a DOGGY daycare Im talking about. The staff works with me to train Guinness; reinforcing what Ive taught him at home and showing me how to teach him new ways to be well behaved. I send anyone who asks for daycare recommendations (and some who havent) to The K-9 District. It may cost a little more than some of the other options, but theres no comparison in the quality of care!

Amanda, Autumn, and Kassie are absolutely amazing!! They give all of the dogs so much love and attention. Each morning we bring our pup, she runs in jumping at whoever is there to greet her, so excited to go in. They post photos of the dogs on Facebook so you can check in each day, and they do different theme days around holidays. Their dedication to this place and to all of the dogs is so obvious. Our pup comes home so tired after daycare, and we always notice such a clear difference in her behavior when she goes versus when she has been home alone all day. If we ever have any concerns about our dog in any given day, they are always attentive and super responsive to any and all questions. We are so grateful to have found them!

We would be lost without this business. Our high energy dog, Cooper just needs time to let loose with other canine friends and that is exactly what the K9 district offers. Structured play time and training ensures a happy and tired pup by the end of his day at daycare and happy parents when they’ve had an especially long day. The owners of this business treat these dogs like they were their own and we couldn’t think of any other people we would trust our fur child with!

After attending k-9 a dozen times I was told that my dog was no longer welcome at the establishment. The reason why was that my dog tried to bite at the same staff member twice (Ive never seen her do this and she is extremely well socialized and used to large settings with other dogs). When I consulted my dog trainer he suggested that this particular staff member was likely mishandling her as he has also never seen these behaviors with her. I was assured a refund of the $150 10 day pass I just purchased yet the owners have ignored my emails after assuring Id get my money back. My dog also came down with a nasty stomach bug in the days following her last visit. By the way half these reviews are from employees. As somewhere that claims to be a training school its deeply upsetting that my dog learned nothing from here and was turned away for displaying behavioral issues that they claim to treat. Also only one staff member is an actual certified dog trainer - this place is a scam.

It’s not the worst I’ve been in I’ll start there. It’s like in a really wet area of the town and it is put together like with no real theme. They cram too many dogs into small building that looks like a truck repair shop Reviews were good so I checked it out. However upon further review, and I bring my dog a lot of places I decided not to. I have seen the inside. I have met with a young girl working but she was very pushy on services. And over priced. I’m not paying that much to put my dog in what looks like a home facility . It was over crowded and some just yelping their heads off to get out. It’s just too small and something about it made me uncomfortable. I saw no certified trainers when I research the company and advertising that, not cool. I don’t have a right to give one star bc I didn’t use use the service but went though a walk in meeting so wanted to be fair with two stars to not affect their overall rating only bc what if I’m wrong about first impressions I give the benefit of the doubt.

We send our two corgis to the K9 district and they always get so excited to go to “school”! I know they are loved when they are there and very well socialized. I love being able to use them for boarding as well. I feel like the girls here love my dogs the way that I do and it just makes me feel so much more comfortable when I have to leave them. They also come back soooo tired every day which is great for me!

We have been taking our young springer spaniel here for several months and have had nothing but the best experience! She absolutely loves the staff and interacting with the other dogs. The staff have been nothing short of absolute professionals and clearly know how to handle dogs. Theyre so welcoming and obviously love what they do. I dont know what we would do without this wonderful establishment that allows us to socialize our pup and let her get some energy out every week!

We dont trust many people with our babies but we trust these ladies and appreciate being able to drop our dachshund off and have peace of mind. More importantly, Hazel loves them and her time there. Thanks!
