Petco Grooming

Be very careful when the groomer takes your dog with that stupid, choke leash they put on the dog. The dogs choke on these and it made my dog gag. Management needs to be fully aware of this and must use a different leash. But they just dont care. Some of these groomers I think just dont care either. The good groomers have left.

Was very dissatisfied. Paid for nail clipping...okay. paid for buffing... no buffing done. They added on a materials fee. No materials needed!. Very short and rude manager.

Pumbley was injured during his grooming.He has a partially torn knee.Pumbley tumors on his feet that the groomer was aware of also burst. The amount of pain he is in Im beside myself.

Betsy was awesome with our fearful of strangers dog, Jasper. Very quick, and he was done & out in a flash! Highly recommend Petco.

Both of my dogs were well taken care of. They look fantastic and Kerry was very kind to my anxious boy.

I took my Shitzu to the groomer in Petco and after 20 minutes I was called back to pick her up and I was told by the groomer my dog was trying to bite her. My 15 pound tiny dog has never bite anyone. Then she said (the groomer) your dog may have a pink pinch like mark on her leg because of the level #10 hair cutter she used. And thats why my dog bit her. The groomer shaved her to close and hurt her. Never will I use their services again.

I took in 2 dogs, the groomed one dog, but not the other. They claimed that because of the dew claw on my other dog(that had grown to the point of touching his pad) they were concerned about infection if they put him into the bath water. They did do about $25 in service on him that they didnt charge me for. This dog has been groomed for years with his dew claw like that.

They know my dogs by name.

Our dog was happy after his appointment. He smelled good and his nails looked great. There were cute notes from the groomer about how Loki did in his appointment.

Dez was AMAZING with my very needy dog. Hes very scared of getting his nails cut, but she talked him through the whole process as she didnt want to force him and make his phobia worse. I will be doing my best to see Eva again and again in the future. Thanks, Eva!

April is fantastic with my dog Stella. She takes the time to make Stella comfy, and earn her trust. thank you for having such a great person to work with my dog.

Everything about our grooming experience was top notch. From the ease of scheduling, to our reminder notices, the groomer was on time. Rebecca (sp) was our groomer. My 4 mth old puppy had only had one other grooming and she made it very comfortable for all of us. She called early when our puppy was ready and check out was easy. Will definitely be back at Petco for grooming with Rebecca, she did an EXCELLENT job on our pup!!! We are extremely pleased.

Angelica always does such an amazing job with my dog. I trust her completely and she is always very welcoming. She is very skilled in grooming.

Nichole grooms both my dogs, a 12 year old toy poodle and a 2 year old Irish wolfhound. She is friendly, sweet and gentle with my dogs, knowledgeable and does an excellent job for every groom.

The groomer was so sweet and made sure my boy was calm. She was awesome my pup is usually a stress ball when it comes to grooming but he came out smiling

These ladies are neither polite or skilled...very poor service. Only take your dogs here if you dont care about them and want to waste your time!

The staff at this location was extremely helpful with our new furbaby.The spa girls were very professional,and Cameo helped with iur crate,treats,ect.

Challenging with acceptance of pet for servicing. Second attempt to have my 6 month old puppy groomed by PetCo. 1st attempt, they did not do much other than bathe him. Second attempt, face, feet and fanny trim, --- did not seem to have bathed him as oder returned shortly after picking up. just did an eye scoop and did not trim beard. did not trim ears - left long and scraggly, pads were shaved but feet not shaped. Still charged full bath/cut price.

Your groomer Angelika is very talented and compassionate to the needs of the dog. She is fantastic you should have 10 more like her.
