Excellent place to bring your pups. My dogs have burned Off so much energy it’s a wonderful place. Lots of great dogs that they play with and my guys are small but they go in with the big ones and they all have a good time together. It’s nice. Also the people that are there are so wonderful. You have a nice group that you get to make friends with. My Dogs get very excited when we pull into the park and they start whining. They know where they’re going and they can’t wait. Try it. You’ll like the park.

Very nicely done dog park.It was very busy when I got there... The group of people formed seemed to get along nicely.I didnt get my dog onto the field as hes a young intact malinois and there were about 10 dogs on the field.

This is a very beautiful park, awesome for the dogs, to come and play with others and very friendly people for the most part. I must say if it wasn’t for the so called committee I’d have given 5 stars. I have only been coming here a few weeks and I’m sure I have not met all, but the ones I have are petty two face weasels. I come to socialize my dog, not listen to gossip and watch you bicker with each other. Have a nice day.

The best free dog park I have been to. People are friendly and watch their dogs. Room for dogs to run if they want. Two areas so smaller dogs can be in their own space.

I will NEVER, ever take my dogs here again. Not after the experience we had today. We (my two dogs and I) visited Como Lake Bark Park earlier today. This was the first time my younger girl had been to this or ANY dog park, and I was hoping it would be a positive and fun new experience for her. I clipped on their double leash, and we approached the gate. Three dogs who were already inside ran to the gate, barking at my dogs. There were three or four people inside the fence, and I made eye contact with each of them, hoping that whoever the owner(s) were would call their dogs over so that my girls could walk through the gate. After a moment, a woman said, Theyre not going to stop. Just walk in. I explained to her that my younger dog had never been to a dog park before, and continued to wait. Instead of calling her dogs away, her response was to condescendingly say to me, You cant have them on a leash in here. You have to take the leash off. I know that, I replied. But I need to get them inside the gate first. Understanding now that she was not going to be courteous and call her dogs away, I slowly began to open the gate. Her dogs ran toward mine, and they started sniffing each other. Before I could move my dogs forward through the gate, this woman approached, grabbed hold of the gate and flung it fully open, ripping it out of my grasp, and snapped at me, Come ON. You have to OPEN the gate! At that moment, I decided we were leaving. As I began to turn away with my dogs, I said to this woman, You do not have to speak to me like Im an idiot. Well, if you are, you are! she retorted. As we walked away, I heard a man yell after me, Nice attitude!I am so deeply saddened and taken aback by this. I had always had positive experiences with this dog park. Everyone was kind, respectful, and in control of their dogs... Until today.I no longer feel welcome here. We will not come back, ever - I cant risk my dogs being hurt or getting into a confrontation with this woman. Sucks, because the park itself is nice, and my dogs are now deprived of what could have been a fun and enriching experience for them. This is supposed to be a place for everyone. My advice? Find another dog park where people arent so ignorant and rude.

My wife and I like going here for weekend afternoon picnics during the summer. There are usually plenty of open shelters, it’s a very nice park to walk around in, there are some playgrounds for the kids and even a few small hiking trails that are nice. Overall, it’s one of my favorite places to go. Oh yeah, most of the shelters also have grills at them which worked just fine for hotdogs and hamburgers and even chicken. while you do not absolutely need to make a reservation for a shelter, if you are planning on having a party with seven or more people at it, you should probably contact the parks department and reserve a shelter. I have no idea how much that costs.

Always a great spot for the pups. Closes for winter and a bit in the spring for maintenance, they really take care of the grounds. All dogs welcome, with a less than 30lb area, as well as a much larger, heavier than 30lb area. Toys, easy to use dog watering station as well as a hose for if they get muddy!

We absolutely LOVE this dog park! Its huge, and they offer ample water and toys. Theres sometimes irresponsible owners who dont clean up after their dogs but ive always witnessed another dog parent clean it up. The dogs get to make friends and so do we!
