I’m sorry that I don’t remember who took care of Didi today, but I just want to say he looks amazing. We’ve been going to furry friends since 2020 and I’ve never been disappointed. I never ask for a specific groomer and he’s always come home looking great🩷

I have been taking my dog Daisy to Furry Friends for 9 years now! All I have to say is “who wants to go see Hannah?” And Daisy loses her mind! She loves going to the spa and I LOVE how they care for my dog !! I can’t ever imagine going anywhere else! Furry friends ROCKS!!!

Much more cozy and personal than the big chain pet stores and the cost is similar! Ive never been pressured or shamed into extra services and my sweet baboo always comes home clean and happy. Andrea is the bomb diggity!

I love this place. Everyone is always so friendly & welcoming. Hannah does such a phenomenal job on my older golden who can be very stubborn & isnt an easy groom Im sure. Thats all on me, as I should of taken Lucy in as a puppy to get used to being groomed. I didnt for the first few yrs as she had undiagnosed hypothyroidism when she was young & never shed much & she didnt seem to have much of an undercoat at all. Then she was diagnosed & put on life long meds & boy her coat came in so thick so fast it was hard to keep up with, so we said its time for a groomer. Hannah is so professional & does an awesome job with her. Im so glad we found this place!

Used this place for years. My shih tzus look amazing every time. Hannah is the best. Just had hannah do a lion cut on my new puppy. Absolutely the best place ever. Love kitties at the groomers, black kitty is spa and she is so sweet. I love snuggling her when i am there!

They do a nice job with our golden. They are even able to cut his nails which he is very sensitive about!

Great shop where they serve one dog per groomer. They are fast and efficient to make a less stressful experience. Toasty loves his girlfriend, Christina, who is the only one he lets cut his nails. He rates furry friends 3/3 paws 🐾

We are so pleased with the grooming Allison did with our elderly Shih Tzu,Jazbo. He looks so handsome. He walked out with a puffed chest like ge knew he looked good. You can tell the staff really cares about their furry friends. This will be Jazbos groomer for life. Highly recommend!

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAINHorrible experience I brought my two husky’s here to get groomed and they called me back within 20 mins saying they couldn’t do it because the dogs were too anxious. I get that husky’s might be more sensitive and dramatic at a place like this but you would think that if you were paying $200 to a grooming place who specializes in dealing with these kinds of situations on a daily basis they would be able to take care of it. Instead they told me I need to sedate my dogs and take them to the vet before coming back.. absolutely insane. To top it all off they lost one of my dogs brand new $80 Celesto flea collar and didn’t want to take responsibility for it. I saw the other one laying on the table across the room. They were extremely rude after all the inconvenience and added anxiety they gave me still charged me $30 for the nail clipping because that’s all they did… I wasted hours of my day driving and wasting time and money to top it off they told me to call them back if the collar wasn’t at the house “which I knew it wasn’t” both dogs had them on when we brought them there we never take them off. They said if I called after double checking they would Venmo me the money for the collar well… haven’t been able to get ahold of them will update afterUpdate: Had a nasty call reinforcing the review I already left, my dog is the nicest sweetest girl and would never try to nip at anyone we give her baths at home all the time she is literally an angel, btw i told them multiple times i just bought this “2nd flea collar” because the other one got stuck on something and ripped off clear they are overreacting by saying it’s the 3rd, never asked anyone to torture my dogs these are my baby’s and i would never allow that to happen at the end up the day they are handling this extremely unprofessionally just read their comment by stating something like i expect them to torture my dogs lol seriously? You don’t think there is other ways of calming a dog down besides force or sedation completely ridiculous ,as for the flea collar i just bought this literally a week ago they are acting like I’m accusing them of stealing it… could of simply just been misplaced either way I went home looked for 45 mins for the collar called back and told them I don’t even want the full amount just meet me in the middle they took my Venmo info and never sent the money a couple hours later. Instead i called back and they still want to avoid accountability so obviously this proves my point. Me as a business owner I would never treat a customer like this completely unprofessional and uncalled for but hey I guess $40 means more to them than a satisfied customer… sad. Couldn’t image being that disgusting of a person to argue with a customer over something so small what a shame.

I’ve been bringing my dogs here for years, and always had a good experience. My dogs were happy, beautifully cut, and never had any issues. Miranda really understood my rescued Bichon and was able to handle when he was “touchy” and acted out. I was so sad to hear that she was no longer with the business, and I also learned that Keagan left as well who was also great with reactive dogs. I’m not sure who the new groomer was but my dog’s ears were not taken care of - there’s a huge mat when his ear is flipped over. He is still full of scabs on his back from being knicked weeks ago and was having GI issues when he got home. It was obvious to me that he was not treated gently. I am not saying he was mistreated, but he needs a more experienced groomer because he is so sensitive and was abused before we rescued him. When I walked in I didn’t even recognize anyone there so it looked like they “cleaned house” and they are now closed on Saturday so I’m not sure how they will accommodate people who work during the week. I am still giving four stars because of years of wonderful service but sadly cannot return as my dog does not forget negative experiences due to his history and will get sick again. I do wish the business well but the decision to overhaul the staff was a poor one.

Nice place. All groomers are nice. But its hit or miss. Im going to have to remember the names of the groomers that do a good job on our dog. Because this last time she was supposed to get everything done (trim, de -shedding, shampoo & nail trim) like we always ask for. But she came back still shedding all over the place. Nails werent clipped either. Cut was uneven. Bald in some areas, too long in others. For over $100 with tip, shes still shedding all over the place & doesnt look that great esp to family members, who asked what happened? That was the first time she came away like this so hopefully I can get the past groomers.

Love this place! They are great for a walk-in nail trim with my little guy. He is always so scared to have his nails trimmed but they are quick and efficient while keeping him calm and happy! They have a wonderful selection of treats too.

Highly recommend! My cat wouldn’t let me brush his back end or tail and his fur was starting to become matted. I took him in just to get brushed out which was quick 1/2 hour apt. The results; he looks amazing and looks 10lbs thinner! 😁

They are so nice here and always do a great job with our dog. They can also usually accommodate you on short notice and get you on the schedule within a few days, which is helpful if you have a crazy schedule and forget to schedule an appointment in advance. Supporting our local businesses is important. Please go here for your grooming needs instead of a large corporate chain.

I took my 2 dogs to be groomed at Furry Friends and I was so happy I did. One of my dogs has a medical issue and is very scared of new situations, she has required a muzzle at the vets to get her nails cut in the past. The staff was so wonderful with her, she didnt have any problems and when I came to pick her up she looked beautiful and was happily wagging her tail feeling right at home there! Great place to take your pets!

My pup is normally very resistant to people trimming her nails. When I picked her up she was happy as can be. Upon further inspection they did a great job and she’s perfectly clean! They mentioned taking their time to make sure she’s comfortable since this was my pup’s first time here.Everyone is friendly, the price is great, and most importantly my dog is happy. This is where I’ll be going from now on. Happy dog dad.

Sarah the owner is kind, understanding and caring! She does an excellent job on my rescue dog and I know he is in good hands at Furry Friends. I dont have to worry about my dog being put in a cage for an extended amount of time or in a loud, stressful environment. So glad we have a great place like this in the area!

My dog had his first bath and hair but here. He was nervous to go in, but the workers were great with him! They were very welcoming and treated him as if he were one of their own. When I picked him up he looked so handsome! They did exactly what I asked, and more (he got a bandana)! Well worth it, and it was reasonably priced! 🤗🐕❤️

The staff is very friendly and accommodating! The groomers did an excellent job trimming our dog and cleaning her ears. Our dogs ears are very sensitive and they were able to clean them out which other groomers have had trouble doing. The groomers do an outstanding job and are able to have our dog groomed within about an hour. This is so important because other groomers have to put the dog in a crate for several hours, which is obviously not very fun for the dog. The staff is so loving toward our dog! Also, the prices are very reasonable. We are so pleased with the staff and how well they groom our dog that we highly recommend them to our family and friends!

We have been bringing our border collie / chow mix here for occasional groomings over the past four years. Upon entering the shop, the staff is always friendly and quick to help. Our dog is not friendly with new people, but Hannah is patient and always does a fantastic job with her! Although Im not positive, I suspect that each groomer works one dog from start to finish, as our dog is always done in a little over an hour (which says a lot with how fluffy she is!). I wont take our dog anywhere else!My only caution would be that, recently, there has been a cat (or two) freely roaming the shop. While its not an issue for us, it certainly could be for some dogs. Im sure the staff would confine the cat for your arrival/appointment if you simply call ahead.

Took both my pups in today for nail trimming. Took me in right away without an appointment, other places were booked for 2 months. So glad I found this place, didnt even know about and its a short ride from home. Staff was very friendly, and did a great job with the clippers! Recommend for sure.👍

My dog is really weird about people touching her paws. Weve tried taking her to a few different places, and Furry Friends is the only place she seems comfortable with! The employees are very friendly and are definitely well trained! Very quick and efficient!

This was my first time brining My Mini Golden Doodle in and I could not be more pleased !! I have had a hard time finding the right “fit” for my little love , she gets a bit anxious away from her mamma and getting groomed. When I picked her up she was happy and adorable. The girls working were so friendly and really made my little fur lovey feel at ease .We will definitely be back as regulars! I am so pleased to of found our new place.

Hannah has consistently groomed my VERY uncooperative cockapoo mix rescue. I have tried to take him somewhere closer but NOBODY has done as good a job as Hannah. She is AMAZING. She is so kind.

Furry Friends Holistic Spa is amazing. I love it and so do my dogs.The girls are great, always happy to see my dogs Shelby & Sadie.I take them there every other month for a pedicure and furminatorTreatment. They get pampered more than I do at the spa, they getA homemade treat and a special bow on their collar when we leave.Not to mention that they look great and smell amazing!! Furry Friends is the BEST!!! You can tell that the people here really LOVE the animals they take care for. They offer so many services and the prices are so reasonable. I started taking my Najah there on a recommendation of a friend and Im so happy with them. I would recommend them to anyone. The facility is VERY clean and welcoming. They even have their cats that welcome customers to the store. If you love your animal you cant go wrong using Furry Friends for their spa day!!!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about furry friends !!! My rough collie will not let anyone groom him except for Hannah !! He walks in a mess and walks out looking like a king !! Their hours are amazing and my dogs love going !!!! It feels wonderful to support a local business in our community whom are authentic and great people and it feels even better to the reap the rewards of their skills !! We love furry friends !!! ❤️

Working in the Pet Care Industry myself, I can assure you that you will not find better service for your dogs.Luna is a Siberian Husky so between her vocal-stylings and her double-coat Hannah has her hands full, yet Luna always leaves looking, smelling, and feeling wonderful.Luna is always happy and willing to greet Hannah when we come for appointments as well.I have no doubt she is in skilled and capable hands, and that she is being treated well.The facility is always clean and fresh-smelling and scheduling appointments is never an issue.

My dog hates having her feet touched and therefore had hair knots between her toes. Furry friends were very caring, efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing on the first time we went there. I will definitely go back. The employees were team players and worked together well. 😎

His groomer did a wonderful job with Prince Hetbert as she always did.Unfortunately my Prince 17 yrs old passed away last nite. She cut his nails Saturday. He was a beautiful cat. Thank you Furry Friends.

My dog has been too anxious to go to the groomer so for the past 8 years I have done him myself. When I was 8 months pregnant I decided I wanted to try again and furry friends was the perfect choice. Amanda F was so good with him and we continue to go back.

They love Finn there! My sons Golden Doodle. They are the only ones, he allows to groom him. Once hes groomed, you cant tell him nothing, hes to cute for himself.

My groomer of 6 years left the area and I was hesitant to try a new groomer. The girls at Furry Friends are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most important- sweet to my dogs Kokomo and Kaleila. I am so happy you moved into our area.

My little dog Zeu$ was pretty matted down, he really needed a shave and I told them to get right down to the skin. I picked him up and his fur was longer than expected! I was so happy! He looked fabulous. My pitbull they said was an angel, obviously, her name is trinity! I will be back! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS!

I dont know what they did to my dog. What ever they put on her gave him a terrible rash and believe me he is suffering. I would not go there EVER!

This was my dogs first time at this particular grooming salon (normally I groom her at home).The salon was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and they answered all of my questions. They also have dog friendly treats and organic catnip to purchase.It took the groomer, Sam, about an hour and a half to finish up my girl. She looks AMAZING! She smells great, her nails are practically non-existent and she doesnt have a hair out of place!Sam even decked her out with green bows and a bandana.Winter & I will see you in May! 💚

Absolutely loved this place. First time there brought my 2 cats for a bath. I got more than baths for a decent price. They had alot of animal merchandise to buy as well as Santa was there taking pics with animals! Awesome will definitely be returning. My cats smelled amazing!!!

Beautiful inside woth a lot of cool stuff for sale for dogs and cats. The employees are so nice and helpful and they make the dogs look great. They also are an offsite site for the SPCA to adopt cats. We got our little Alfredo from them and couldnt be happier.
