Max and his team are fantastic! As a local dog trainer in the area, I have had many mutual clients over the years and all have said nothing but nice things about Max and his groomers. As a small business myself, I love supporting other small businesses. I love stopping by to see what new and unique products Max has in stock that you cant find in these big box stores. I highly recommend Max and his team!

I have had three dogs, our latest puppy, Harper our morkie, now 15months has been getting groomed regularly here. She always comes out looking adorable and well groomed and bathed. We have been really happy with the service and my recent visit I was inquiring about the products in the store…food and treats and got great recommendations!Max was very friendly, caring and helpful! I highly recommend this place!We will be back!

Max, MJ, and Sebastian are the best! Max really knows what product to suggest to your dogs with whatever issue they may be having, and he carries only the best products. MJ and Sebastian always do a wonderful job taking care of my dogs’ grooming and bathing needs. I know when I drop off my fur babies here, I am leaving them in good hands.

The most amazing pet store around! My dogs tail is always wagging walking through Max’s door! They have an amazing variety of food, treats, toys, and so much more!!! It’s rare that a dog leaves a groomer happy but that is the case every single time I pick up my dog! And he looks so handsome!!

I took my shepherd puppy here for her first grooming, since shes constantly rolling and playing in the dirt. She came back happy, clean & soft, smelling nice and dressed with a bandana, and owner Max gave her treats for her first visit. I definitely love this place

I am very pleased with the grooming that my Bernedoodle received. The service was excellent and the store is conveniently located for me. You take your pup downstairs and can see the grooming area and meet the groomer ( Veronica). She had to spend more time with him to do ear hair plucking, and Max showed me a photo of this. Yikes! Now I know what to watch for myself. So soup to nuts, it cost me about $145. Beautiful job...she did exactly what I asked for. They go by the amount of time the groomer spends which is understandable, not a flat rate like some other groomers charge and rush through the process. Max the owner is very nice and helpful and cares about our pets. .

Pets boutique Has taken care of my Shiba Inu for years now, and I will not take her anywhere else. Their grooming services are excellent. Support local businesses. The owner knows every dog by name, and you can tell he really cares.

Excellent service! Max is helpful and a wonderful resource. He made a recommendation for the perfect food for my dog and she has been extremely satisfied with it for the past 3 years! One day out the blue, she just refused to eat it. I returned to the pet store to ask if the suppliers formula had changed. Max informed me that it had not changed and asked that I bring the 20 lb bag of food back to the store and that he would replace it. With the replacement, my dog was once again happy. (Max figured that perhaps there was just something off with that particular bag and replaced it at no charge) This is excellent service! Pet Boutiques is my favorite pet food store! Thank you, Max!

Max was awesome. I came in without any agenda, ended up staying and chatting with Max for a while. He’s so well informed, guided me towards some new great treats for my mini golden doodle - and walked out with awesome collars for my dog and dog-niece. Thanks max!!!! See you soon !!!!!

The best grooming service around hands down Maxwell the owner is so courteous and is a great source of knowledge when it comes to dog food and or treats. Would highly recommend this pet store to anyone looking for the utmost pampered service for all most dogs needs and wants!!!

Max is amazing! Everything there is amazing! Max gave us treats for my dogs and toys and He and his family is amazing! 5 stars anyday! The food and treats there are 100% safe for pets and they dont have the disgusting not healthy stuff there. I would definitely recommend going here.

First time in store yesterday. Max was so helpful. He recommended treats for my puppy as well as gave me a sample food of the same brand I’m using for my puppy to try. With that customer service I am definitely returning to that store! Thank you!

Been taking my dog here since hes a puppy. The staff is always professional, and courtesy when I have a ton of questions. The store is always clean, and had an amazing assortment of treats, vitamins, toys, and food!

Max and the staff are truly such nice people. Max is very knowledgable on the products he sells. I love how most of the products are made in america. Many items he sells are hard to find in other pet stores. I also love his takented grooming staff. Nice, honest and friendly store! I love supporting a local business like this!

Great pet store and they have everything you need for ur dog, when it comes to Food, Toys, Treats, Vitamins, Collars and Leashes, and cleaners. I actually never been there or tried it for my dog but I had great conversations with the owner max and his family who I’m friendly with and I will buy products from them very soon. Otherwise great service. 🐶🐾

Maxwell and Vanessa are the only groomers I trust to groom my dog, Dodger. Other groomers are like assembly lines or the groomers are distracted while talking on their cell phones. My Dodger always looks hhandsome and most importantly, happy when I pick him up after his grooming.

Maxwell is the only groomer I trust my Francis with. You have to be careful with you choose there are some real butchers out there. There is also the most lovely selection of treats and collars, Im always getting something new.

BUYERS BEWARE! Cost me over $800 in vet bills. Once brought to their attention they could care less. My dogs are part of my family and I will NEVER put them at risk by doing business with someone so careless. My companions deserve better and I have learned a valuable lesson that nearly cost me the life of one of them. Even if you have to pay more elsewhere, avoid at all cost!

Recently found this gem and now I only come here for my dog treats! This store has items that other major pet stores don’t carry. The prices are great and it’s a plus that the owner, Max is super helpful.

Best snacks my dogs live for them

I stumbled upon this wonderful pet store today! Great selection of dog treats and stellar customer service!!

Made a order from them online. Shipped to me in Canada and delivery required an extra 50% payment for an undisclosed import charge. I have ordered the same bully sticks often from other US vendors and never had an import charge. I declined the package and had it sent back; however they are refusing to refund my money. Avoid.

Max takes great care of his customers and they are masters at grooming, highly recommend!

My dogs are always happy to go in and look great coming out. Always had a positive experience.

We regularly purchased food and chew toys from this store.We also had our dog bathed there on occasion.At the beginning of June, Max made an appointment with us for our dog to be groomed. Three days after making this appointment, Max called to say they are not taking new customers and cancelled the appointment. Since we were a regular customer, I was surprised by this and asked why he made the appointment just to cancel it. The response was simply sorry. Sadly, I dont believe we will be a customer going forward.

The owner Max is simply the best!! He will carry heavy bags with dog food for you to the car), if I have any questions about my dogs he is my first call!! Very friendly staff, best place for grooming in town!

This the quintessential mom & pop (basically pop)Pet store on the Northeast coast!

They are caring & careful groomers. They hand blow dry the dogs, no stationary blower attached to a cage. They were wonderful with my Westie, as they are now with my Havanese. When I first brought my Havanese puppy for his first grooming, they let him explore the grooming area to make him more comfortable. You can’t get better than that!!! Love them!!!
