I never leave reviews, but I absolutely had to with the amazing experience I had today. I have a 5 month old miniature poodle who needed a haircut badly! We went to one groomer before this and did not have a great experience. So, I wanted to make sure he was in the right hands and would be taken care of properly.I was told about M&M Pet Boutique through a friend and I just knew I had to go. Both Mildred and Manuel are so amazing and helpful. Once we walked in and met Mildred I knew we found the perfect place. Benji was groomed by Noe.The groomer Noe made sure to come out to meet me before I left Benji to discuss the style I would like for him. I felt so comfortable to leave him in their hands. Noe did an AMAZING job! Benji looks brand new and fresh I can’t believe it.Mildred and Manuel rewarded Benji with a pup cup after his appointment, and he was so happy. We also went on a little shopping spree in the boutique, they have everything you need there! We can’t wait to go back!If you are looking for a perfect grooming place you found it here, with such kind, loving people who truly treated Benji like he was their own.

Mildred and Manny are Amazing! They made me feel very comfortable and treated my boy Carter like he was one of their own! Carter is a bit shy of new people and he absolutely loved his experience! Today I took my 1 year old cavapoo in for a grooming. It has been a while since his last grooming so he was a bit matted. I had a bad experience with a prior groomers so I was a bit nervous to groom him again. When I came to M&M they gave me a great experience. From the start communication is clear and when I walked in they were very welcoming. You can tell they really care about the pets being brought in and giving the best care. It’s clear they also care about your time as well as the staffs time, very professional. The whole grooming didn’t take long & my puppy looks so cute! He got a treat in the end that made him so happy for his ride home. I feel happy to know I found a groomer I can trust & I will definitely be coming back again. We took our schnauzer “Chance” to get groomed yesterday and it was an amazing experience! Mildred was so kind and caring. Her and Manny were amazing with him and he was sent home with some treats. Nothing but a positive experience. Looking forward to continuing grooming with them and hopefully getting him set up in their doggy daycare! Thank you again.

Brought my long haired mini dachshunds for a much needed trim. Luna (white) and Chico (black) haven’t looked this good in a long time. Went from having long haired to short hair and I’m for it. Will definitely book again. The attention to detail and the little collars made me and my pups feel special and well taken care of.

We’re so impressed and happy with the service from M&M Pet Boutique! They were very thoughtful to call us halfway through the grooming to confirm our dog was doing good. They handled him very well and did a great job calming him down. He’s so happy and we’re so happy. He looks so cute and smells great! 🐶

Mildred and Manny are Unbelievably kind… My two year-old dog has PTSD from a previous Groomer and no one has been able to groom him properly in almost a year… My vet recommended M & M And I’m so thankful they did… they took so much time on the phone with me because I was so afraid of another Groomer causing trauma to my dog Manuel met my pup for the first time today and in the beginning my dog was unsure but as the time went on, he became more comfortable… I’m not saying it was easy because my pup is very apprehensive and scared when it comes to grooming, but they did a beautiful job on him…. I would definitely recommend M & M.

Yesterday we visited M & M for the first time. We were worried because our pup Milo is not used to grooming. We previously took him to Petco and they were unable to do much, Milo was too nervous and anxious. We knew we needed a place that could take their time with him. We even thought we would have to do it ourselves and bought a kit but were too scared of accidentally hurting him since we have no experience. M & M managed to fit us in for a same day appointment and we’re so welcoming and right away we could tell they would do their best. And that they did, Milo was looking rough, and now he looks so cute. We will definitely be back, and will put him on a schedule to get him used to it. Thank you M & M for your care to Milo.

Mildred and Manny are Amazing! They made me feel very comfortable and treated my Max like he was one of their own! Super nice woman running the store and she has a very great selection of both cat and dog items. I always have a hard time finding cat items locally and was pleasantly surprised to find this gem! Would 100% recommend and will be back.

My baby Toby is in love with this place. Manny and Mildred are truly amazing! I feel so lucky to find a grooming and boarding place I can trust 100% and have a huge peace of mind when I leave my baby there. Brought my Baby in For His First Spa day At M&M... I HAVE FOUND MY PERMANENT GROOMER... THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB AND THEY WHERE REASONABLY PRICED... I WOULD RECOMMEND M&M TO ANYONE LOOKING TO TAKE CARE OF THERE FUR BABIES.. THEY ALSO HAVE AN ARRAY OF OTHER SERVICES INCLUDING DOG SITTING, BOARDING, WALKING ETC.... Update:I’ve taken my Luna FOUR times and each time she came out looking great!! The second time around Luna had a lot of mats (she’s a crazy dog who loves the dog park) and they still managed to do an amazing job!!(Pictures of the the last 2 visits).

The owners have such great knowledge of dogs. I usually run in to people who are afraid of my dog 🐕 Oatmeal off his breed. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but the are amazing with his breed as well. They take care of my baby 👶 as of he is a part of their family.Their services and products are extremely affordable and you are not pressured into purchasing anything. I will def continue to go back and support this family owned small business.

I have a 1 year old Pomeranian and needed to groom him. A friend referred me over to M&M Pet Boutique and Supplies. Setting the time was really easy. The owners are extremely friendly and professional. My baby boy looks like a cutie pie now! Thank you guys! This is the best pet store and grooming place! I’m always satisfied after leaving my dogs with them to get groomed. They treat my babies like their own and my dogs love going there. They also have an awesome variety of food, toys and a lot of cute pet clothing at reasonable prices.

So far this is the best grooming which finally we find for our dog (toby)...usually after grooming somewhere else our dog came back stressful and like losing appetite, but at MM, my dog doesnt even wanna leave that place and he looks so happy, relax and smell so good, the result is so 👌 perfect...please keep the great work guys!! Gino had an amazing experience getting groomed yesterday. I was a little nervous about leaving him some place new, but Manny was so friendly and good with Gino he just walked away from me like it wasnt the first time being there which made me happy. The shop has a very nice and cozy atmosphere to it. I took my Samoyed to get groomed and was really happy with the results. Manny really knows what he’s doing.

What a great experience! I brought my golden retriever, Orange Juice, here. He was in desperate need of a full groom. Mildred was incredibly friendly and accommodating. You can tell that she really loves dogs and wants to make sure that the customer is happy with how the groom turns out. My dog seemed very happy from drop-off to pick-up! Very professional service with reasonable prices (even for NYC). I would definitely recommend and will be bringing my dog back when its time for another groom!

I brought Bully in today for a grooming and was much more anxious than he was. The Owner (Manny) kept me updated throughout the whole grooming process and provided reassurance that everything was going well. I am so grateful for having been referred here. Truly an amazing pet spot that offers grooming, doggie day care, boarding & an incredible selection of pet supplies! I am late to the game in finding this neighborhood gem! I brought our puppy to M&M to try out the daycare based on the recommendation of our dog trainer.They are a FAMILY OWNED business and the love of dogs that the ENTIRE family has is more than apparent. When we brought our pup in for the temperament check, we were given a full tour by Manny, Mildred, and their kids.They all played and interacted with our pup and she loved being there. Each member of the family told stories of the other dogs that go there, complete with personality traits about each dog & why they love them. They have a full front shop of products and food which make it such a time saver to pick up supplies/toys/treats when you drop off/pick up for daycare or grooming services.I know the pandemic has been detrimental to so many businesses but taking care of dogs is this family’s passion and I truly hope they survive! Check them out for your fur-baby!

Happy! My dog went in with lots of matting and lots of fear--the last groomer we had cut her and she was long overdue for a cut. M&M were kind, patient, and took such great care of her. This shop has that Mom and Pop feel. Its owners are warm and personable and really go the extra mile. Thank you!

This is the first and only pet spa I would take my puppy Kodak to. I highly recommend this place because the owners are genuine and they take their time to get your puppy comfortable.They also take their time on grooming and working on your pups beauty ! They also have puppy obedience training from levels 1-3 that we werent even considering on ever giving Kodak. It was such a great experience that we were excited to start a training class. They treated us as if they knew us for years and it felt great to feel comfortable. I couldn’t have asked to meet anyone more nice !

Manny was a king. They treated my pup like royalty and did an excellent job. They even spent extra time to help him get comfy before his grooming. Best experience I’ve ever had at a groomers!

The best groomers ever! They do such a great job every time. The place is immaculate and the groomers are super friendly and kind. They also have a mobile clinic every Saturday, and you can get shots for your pet that are extremely budget friendly. I love this place. I’d give more stars if I could.

Our puppy Freddie has used most of the services available at M&M Pet Boutique - doggy day care, pick up and drop off, dog walks, and grooming. The store is so clean and welcoming, and I know that Freddie is always in the safest hands with M&M. They really care about Freddie and treat him like a part of their own family. And he loves them so much that sometimes he doesn’t even want to leave the store at the end of the day! All the dogs get so much personalized love and attention from Manny, Mindy, and their gorgeous kids. They have even helped Freddie overcome his nerves in the car and called me after a vet visit to make sure that he was feeling better. We’re so grateful that Freddie has the M&M family in his life and highly recommend them!!

M&M is great! Our puppy Winnie has been there for doggy day care, grooming, and overnight boarding. Winnie loves going and its clear that they treat her so well. I was nervous to have her stay overnight for the first time, but they took amazing care of her and treated her like a family member. Its so lovely that they go above and beyond sending lots of photos and videos throughout the day - who wouldnt love that?! Their kids are also super cute and will often play with all the pups at the store after school, so I love that Winnie gets some one on one time to play with kids. Highly recommended them if you want your pup to receive lots of individual love and attention!

Absolutely love M&M Pet Boutique! We have been taking our fur baby there for almost a year now and are always extremely satisfied with the service. He always looks and smells great, and we know he’s being taken the best care of by the owners who are super genuine and you can just see their love for animals. A very comforting feeling when you are leaving your fur baby in someone else’s charge! They have grooming services, boarding services, walking services, and even a full playground for pooches that they are caring for. They host fun little events to bring doggos all together for some social fun. And they also have a wide supply of different pet needs like food, treats, clothes, and leashes. Awesome business. They were amazing with my dog they took a ton of time getting to know him and making us both comfortable. He is anxious and difficult, he resource guards and can be dog/leash aggressive. We were planning on boarding him but ultimately he wasnt getting along well with the owners dog and I was worried something would happen. The owners are absolutely amazing though, they give their all and really care.

I love to leave my fur babies with Mindy and Manny. I know they will be taken care of and not neglected like other places may do. The overnight boarding service is great and they love the doggy day care. They come home exhausted. I also get them groomed there and I just love to bring them there. Please if you want great service for your fur baby bring them here.

I called in to see if my dog was able to get her nails trimmed and was informed to provide the vaccinations. My dog is fully to update and the information was emailed to them. My brother gets to the salon and informs us that the papers that were given to us are not certificates and need more information. However the paper includes all the vaccinations, my pets ID, and everything needed. I called earlier informed that I can’t find the rabies shot information- however I called the vet I and they provided a picture of dog’s medical history which includes the rabies shot. The second I was given the phone to the groomer I was given immediately attitude and zero respect with her yelling on the phone trying to figure out the situation. I tried explaining the information and that this is the only thing I have given by the vet but before I can even say anything I was constantly rudely interrupted. I would of appreciate an email or a phone back saying that they couldn’t accept it and not until we got to the salon- or for them to even have a conversation and not yell on the other side of the phone.

This place is amazing! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I have one nervous dog and Manny is soooooo good and patient with him. My other dog loves Manny. I highly recommend this place for nail trims, baths, and any other pet needs like toys treats and food.

Mildred and Manny are the best! They really took good care of my baby. He had a really bad case of fleas and they made sure he was flea free by the time he left. They recommended me some great products to keep the fleas away and now my baby is officially flea free! The boutique also has the cutest clothes and accessories for dogs. I will definitely be going back for my baby’s grooming and clothes shopping.

Wonderful family owned business. Upon meeting the owners you will instantly see the love they have for animals. The shop is very clean & they have all the essentials for for pet care. They also find homes for pets, I got my Rocky from their store after their owners basically abandoned him. I was thrilled when I was chosen to give him a forever home. I highly recommend pet owners to take their pets for grooming & boarding as well. Personally Ive been to lots of pet stores but this one is absolutely the best of its kind in the area.

Have 2 teacup Yorkies. Came to this location after 3 other pet grooming places in the neighborhood. The other 3 locations left my puppies hair cut uneven. One thing I do suggest is to have all your puppies paperwork in order. May seem cumbersome at first but rather have a business that follows all the rules and don’t cut corners. Love the fact that they took their time and made sure the puppies were completely comfortable and had an easy going experience. They made sure everything was perfect when we picked them up. The owners are truly caring and patient with not only the dogs but the owners as well. I have found my go to groomers and they have a customer for life.

They organize fantastic and enriching community events, carry the best products, and are fun to boot! We stop by for their monthly drop-in vet services and weekly for quality wet food for our kittens and we always leave with a bundle of samples and big smiles. Thanks M&M!

The owner and his schnauzers are amazing and helpful. I picked up supplies for my new puppy and he was welcoming knowledgeable and friendly. This is a great shop to go to. No need for a petco when you get service like this. This will be where i take my puppy as he grows into a dog.

This is the ONLY place for me and my dog.Let me tell you guys about this place - I found it once I moved from Maspeth to Ridgewood, drawn by its cheery yellow awning and inviting storefront windows. I had just gotten my first ever dog, a two month old Shetland Sheepdog (hes almost two now). The first person I met when we entered was sweet owner Mindy. She kept calling my dog my baby which I found so FUNNY - but now I call him that too! The language she used as she took me around the shop regarding the dogs in her care, the food/products on the shelves, - it was CLEAR these were folks who truly care about the service they provide to families.THE CARE | I took a chance on their services and have never looked back. I started with their dog-walking service. Once Pippin was old enough and had all his shots (and healed from his pneumonia from the awful pace I got him) he joined their doggie day - care program. They gave me a tour of the entire space - the colorful basement with a ball pit, doggie slide, and space to run, and the large backyard, as well as the grooming area. I have seen with my own eyes how they handle dogs who nip during grooming services, or get a little rowdy during play in daycare. These are guys who obviously know their stuff about strategies to help dogs in those moments. They are gentle, kind, and treat these wonderful dogs like their own (they have five dogs!) They were so professional and were adamant about Pippin having his shots complete and up to date (thats what I would want of the other dogs!) They never take in dogs beyond their capacity/numbers.PRODUCTS | They have many holistic dog and cat foods (including balanced raw foods!) vitamins, supplements, kibble, accessories like dog shoes, jackets, pajamas, leashes, harnesses & collars. Our favorite products to buy are the K-9 Raw & gigantic natural bully sticks (as well as their dog peanut butter!) We regularly purchase the Prime goat milk & broth as well. Pippin loves the wall of toys by the entrance. They deliver too!CUSTOMER SERVICE | Sometimes I pop in after a long day at work caring for infants and toddlers, just to chat with them. These are the guys you want in your neighborhood - they are genuine people. Theyre professional - and they arent afraid to just be people.These guys know my whole family and Im the only one who has a dog! Its because theyre peoples people. I have seen their excitement when they introduce new, holistic products on the shelves, I know they use the food/vitamins/ointments they sell on their own dogs. I have seen them mourn the loss of dogs they cared for due to cancer or other chronic ailments. It is why I trust them with the care of my dog. They will direct me to quality vets in the neighborhood, or neutering services, or emergency care. They know every dog on the block and beyond!This is the only place I recommend for dog care! Well I must say I love coming here to M&M Pet Boutique & Supplies. My baby Oreo loves coming here for Grooming and Daycare plus there last snacks and food. The place is always spot less and smell awesome. The family is so friendly and great with my baby I recommend M&M to anyone looking for a safe and clean place for there baby.

Ive been coming to M&M Pet Boutique & Supplies since they have opend up. My baby name is lucky i groom her here and get all her treats and food here. There great with her and is a family owned business which is great. You can feel the love they have for animals when your around them and I would recommend them to anyone in the area. I am so unbelievably appalled at the lack of professionalism from the staff at this business. We had our mini labradoodle groomed here over a week ago. We were looking for a local groomer and read great reviews of this shop, therefore, decided to take our chances. Although our dog had some matting for which we expressed to groomer that we preferred she be shaved down to minimize pain, we were not informed upon pick up of the significant cuts to the tip of her right ear and the many abrasions we found upon inspecting her skin at home. Our dog was trembling for days and has not been herself since. I finally had a moment to call to inform the shop owner of what we found and express that although we can understand some abrasions may occur, it would be courteous of the groomer to notify customer of what occurred during the session at pick up, especially if our dog was injured during her grooming. When I tried expressing this to the male staff member over the phone, not once did he acknowledge or empathize with our experience and repeatedly spoke over me and insisted that there are numerous posters around the store about the injuries that can occur when a dog is matted and insinuated that the scab that formed to her right ear days after her grooming maybe have been an injury she sustained prior to her grooming. This has been the worst customer service Ive experienced in a very long time and this was the first and last time we will support this business. A poster should never replace the direct conversation that should take place when a dog is injured during a grooming and the physical and emotional trauma our dog and now we have experienced will remain with us for a long time.

Im from Pennsylvania and in NYC visiting my family and was looking for a pet boutique to get my baby Maltese a Grooming and some Zignature Dog food and they had just about everything you could need for your furry friends. I’m out here for a week so I needed to leave my baby in a safe and clean location for daycare and they also provided these services to and boarding. They gave me a great five day package for a real good price. They made me and my Maltese Venus feel right at home. M&M Pet Boutique & Supplies I would recommend to anyone that’s looking for a clean safe place for there baby.

I can’t say enough positive things about this place and the owners. If you need a groomer for your pet that actually gives you what you ask for then look no further. Having a miniature schnauzer most groomers just do what they think it should be but Manny is the man! He knows exactly how to trim schnauzer because he himself owns a few of them. He’s also very patient and in my eyes a dog whisperer like Ceasr Milan. His wife is a very sweet and intelligent businesswoman that knows her stuff. If you have any questions or concerns she will advise you without prejudice or wanting compensation. I wholeheartedly recommend this groomer for their great service to people , pets and the community.

Banks is always treated like a king when he goes to the shop. He hates baths at home and loves them at the shop which says alot about the owners and how they treat him.

This pet boutique is awesome..My english bulldog (Lola) loves this place. Once she walked in, she became instint family. The owners have taught me how to deal with my dog properly. They truly know what they are doing. Lola loves the doggy day care & pool thats there. Not to mention i think she made a little boyfriend too. Lol.

This shop is THE best. Great customer service. I needed dog supplies sent to my sitters in a pinch and they came through both of the times I ordered food, poop bags and toys. They even went as far as to review product options and prices over the phone without stress or annoyance! Seriously so thankful for them :)

Beware!! Not honest and sloppy. Had a very bad experience where they wanted to overcharge me and even mentioned the police right away as we were all thugs like they obviously are. Bad news for our peaceful neighborhood!

I took my baby boy Yoda a 5 month old French Bulldog for his first salon grooming I have to say the the owner is super friendly and made sure to take great care in my puppies grooming needs I will definitely be back

Manny and Mildred are such kind-hearted wonderful people, they take care of the dogs spectacularly and it’s easy to entrust the care of my puppy with them!

I do not know what happened to this business. They made it super hard to book an appointment and took a long time for them to respond.

This is my second time writing this review as my first was taken down. I feel like Consumers need to know what these people are capable of so let’s hope this one doesn’t conveniently get taken down as well.The owners threatened not to give me my dog back unless I paid a late pick up fee that I was not responsible for because they were calling the wrong number, which was later confirmed when they tried to show me their call log to prove that had called me. When I refused to pay they suggested I bring police to get my dog back, which I proceeded to do. While waiting for police to arrive they stated they would be closing and my dog would have to stay overnight despite my repeated reminders of authorities being on their way.The very Ill mannered and unprofessional female owner cussed at me even after it was established that they called the incorrect number. She continued to yell, cuss and be belligerent from beginning to end of the ordeal and never once apologized or took accountability. I told both owners that I would make sure everyone I knew heard about how poorly they treated me to which they responded “ that’s nothing, we are not worried about that”. A business is only as good as their customer service and if that’s poor you have nothing. Dismissing customer concerns and reviews as if they are meaningless speaks volumes. Please go somewhere else and do not invest in a company capable of dismissing concerns and making threats towards clients. They become aggressive when you defend yourself and point out their shortcomings. Most importantly they do not value customers as much as they claim if they aren’t worried about losing clients.

Super friendly staff... Really clean and I can find anything I need for my dog. They have a great variety of outfits. Not to mention they offer grooming and dog sitting. The best part is they are family owned. I highly recommend them.

M & M are the best pet store in the area and truly truly care so much about your pets. They go above and beyond to help out in any way they can and offer great advice. I am fostering a dog and they have be so integral to me taking care of her, with their knowledge and passion I have felt like Ive been giving her an excellent home. Dont go anywhere else!

Want to thank M&M for having such patience with my baby Luna she’s five months old and never been left with anyone or place but she loves Manuel & Mildred a lot daycare was the best thing I done for her. She’s always so tired when I come to pick her up. They also have all type of food and snacks and they have grooming and dog walking and boarding so i suggest this boutique to anyone looking for a great place for there baby.
