Been using them to groom my dog for over 2 years. They do a great job and Frankie my dog absolutely loves the groomers. Highly recommend checking them out.

I cant imagine what bad experiences the other reviewers had to leave such bad reviews, but I guess people are more willing to complain about a bad experience than praise a good one. Dont judge Bark Bathe and Beyond based off of these few wet blankets. Ive been using them for years and Ive always been happy with the results. Ive had my dog groomed by two different groomers from Bark Bathe and Beyond, and every time they do a great job. I think I like the style and overall job the one girl does over the other, but I wouldnt really say I had any complaints on any occasion. Everyone has different opinions on what looks good, anyway. My dog does always smell good when hes done, they do a great job cleaning! A little pricey, but the convenience beats having to bring and then pick up my dog from a grooming salon. Its also more comfortable to have my dog groomed in my driveway rather than leave him somewhere for what could be hours, since they dont always get right to work at the salons. Theyre done in about an hour in their mobile grooming trucks. Rich (the owner) has always been nice when speaking on the phone to set up or reschedule appointments. Id say give them a try (if you can get an appointment, as Ive heard it could be difficult if youre a new customer) and make up your mind for yourself.Thanks BB&B, Charlie looks and smells great as always!

My dog (a lab, chow mix) was just groomed earlier this week. We only recently switched groomers and thought we would give this one a shot. We give her somewhat of a lion cut since we never shave her head due to the velvet texture of it, and we never shave her tail off either. Since it is the winter, we only wanted a partial buzz not all the way down to the skin. We also explicitly said not to shave her head or tail. When my dog came out of her grooming session, I was appalled. Her body was completely shaved all the way to her skin, and her entire head, including her ears, was shaved as well, leaving her looking like a completely different dog. We have not shaved her head in the 11 years of having her, the fur tends to grow back weirdly. I have never been so upset about something, she doesn’t even look like our dog anymore. I wish I could post photos to show the drastic difference in what she’s supposed to look like and what she looks like now. She honestly seems depressed with her appearance. Please do not go to this service, unless you want the worst grooming experience for your furry loved ones.

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE! I have a Labradoodle puppy and mistakenly used this service because I thought it would be convenient. What a MISTAKE!! I couldnt believe when I saw my dog!!! The woman shaved my dog around the years and his behind and legs!!! It looks awful but thats the least of of it! The woman Tiffany, also told my niece that the dog cried a little because it maybe hurt while I was shaving him!!! Please if you love your dog DO NOT EVER use this service!

I called up to discuss having my dog groomed and explained that previously, she had me there as the sidekick to the two other groomers we used bc she squirms and its way easier with two people. Before even asking details or suggesting using one of his own assistants, Rich said, I cant help you. I cant help you, sorry. Umm my dog moves, she doesnt bite or get aggressive. No clue what kind of dog groomer expects every dog to sit perfectly still or how this one makes money when he turns people down but it was pretty rude, and dumb. A weird interaction overall and I will be recommending people NOT use this company!!

It says westchester but he told me he doesn’t service Yonkers. I’m confused as to why you’re labeled westchester county if you don’t even go to locations in Yonkers which is part of Westchester county. A little misleading and disappointing.

I was very happy with how they groomed my toy poodle. Sprinkles and I will definitely be going back!

Website incorrectly states that staff still work here that have not for years.

My directions were completely ignored. My children and I couldn’t even tell that our dog’s hair was cut. It was uneven. We asked that she be shaved as short as possible to make her hair even. There was no change at all. And we were charged much more than the estimate given to us. Never use them!!!
