Joyful Havanese Puppies

I picked up my Rosie from Joyful just one year ago. She’s such a joy and Marybeth was so great to work with…. I highly recommend Joyful Havanese Puppies!

It truly has been a joy working with Marybeth and we are absolutely in love with Charlie...He is the best addition to our family!

November 4th 2024 - she is about 7 months old1) new discoveries: she gently nibbles our hand to massage us and cupping our hands harder means she is hungry2) if she likes to walk longer, she pulls the leash with her mouth and we walk her to the community center3) we brush her hair daily and clean her teeth - just gently open her mouth and release pressure, if she needs a rest & continue4) doggie massages are great for her thigh muscles - she enjoys itSeptember 19th 2024 - now about 5+months old:1) she is right handed front paw - when she needs water to drink in the car, she will tap her paw on the Poland Spring bottle2) when she needs to go poop or pee - she barks - 98% potty trained now -3) she follows me in the grassy fields - in every directions - loves to play catch me if you can also excellent vision & hearing4) she replaced her baby teeth with some permanent teeth5) she loves other dogs and people - a Velcro Silk Havanese doggie6) everyone in the family adores her - very loving and trusting7) she loves to be hand fed like a baby8) she is a fast learner & very intelligent - we run every day.9) she had her first grooming - the public loves so much - we made over 100 new friendsAfter a long search for an excellent Havanese breeder, avoiding puppy mills or pet stores, Joyful Havanese Puppies was the best. I placed a deposit to be on the waiting list, during the wait time Marybeth the private breeder updated every concern I had from the beginning to end, we had over 40 emails together. On the day of the delivery, Marybeths puppies were in a clean and organized environment. What a positive memorable experience. After the pickup, Marybeth still offers recommendations on the care of my puppy. After acclimation, the puppy was a fast learner and started potty training within a week. A playpen, crate and potty tray was the secret to contain the soilage and frequent walking the puppy outdoors temporarily. We picked up Oliver in April of 22 from Joyful Havanese and he has definitely been just that these past 16 months. A true adventurer who loves hikes, truck and boat rides, a seasoned camper and everyday he makes us laugh! From our initial conversation with Mary Beth to subsequent emails and video to the day we picked Oliver up, everything went smoothly and were so thankful we found Joyful Havanese!

I bought my Darla last August from Marybeth. Took me 6 hrs to get there. Beautiful country; welcoming breeder; excellent care and well bred Havanese. Only breeder I know that gives a 2 year health guarantee. Pups have beautiful temperaments and are very intelligent. Marybeth always available to take questions and give advice to new owners. I highly recommend this AKC registered breeder. I plan to get another pup from Mary Beth.

I met one of the fur loves of my life at Joyful Havanese! Mary Beth Powley provided multiple videos prior to my decision and was very helpful . I drove 14 hours round trip but it was worth it! My Mocha Bandit is truly a marvelous, loving Havanese- the epitome of the Havanese personality! She is also doing well in the show ring and moves beautifully! I would go to Joyful Havanese again to get another from this wonderful breeder! Highly recommended!
