Loving and Care Pet Grooming

I took my dog in to be groomed and he came back with fear aggression. He is afraid and traumatized. I suspect my dog was abused. He also came back with some sort of wound on his tail. The groomer claimed it was due to fleas. I don’t believe that. I believe my dog was abused in this establishment. Be careful when you take your dog here.

Complaint on a grooming business. The date was on 9/23/2023. We called the groomer Roseria Santana (master groomer) to schedule an appointment for the next day. When I went in she wasnt there and it was her son. I showed her son a picture of what I wanted for my 3 dogs. Rogeria’s daughter called me to ask me what dogs did I drop off? I verify my 3 dogs names because how dont you know who are the owners of the dogs that are there? Unprofessional! number #1 Then I get a second call from the Rogeria’s daughter again asking when was the last time I was there so I told her I would check and call her back. When I called back and my dogs had been there for about an hour or so the mother Rogeria answered the call raising the price again. We had a previous conversation with Rogeria raising the price from $55 since we had multiple dogs to $65 but Rogeria always waits for her to be done with the grooming to raise the price since you have no other choice but to pay to get your dogs back. So when I made the appointment this time I already knew it was $65 since the last conversation. Now after they had my dogs for about and hour Rogeria raises the price again, now to $75 per dog. I said no enough is enough! I went to get my dogs which they already started grooming. I As well as her son called the cops and the cops told them they had to finish my dogs and for the $65 per dog. I left the son called me back to get my dogs within about 20-25 mins later to pick up my dogs. Diamond my senior dog had a cut down her back. They never cut their paws, nails or face and left patches of hair all over my 3 dogs on purpose. All 3 of my dogs looked horrible. They dont give receipts or accept credit cards only cash payments.🤔 My dog Treasure was attacked by another dog at the grooming salon in front of me on another occasion. She cut my senior dog Diamond (14) on the paw on a different occasion. She doesnt ask for shot records, or rabies shots, which all grooming salons ask for, I could imagine how many sick dogs are all playing with each other! I also have picture which this review doesnt have the option to post. Anyone can contact me, I dont mind I will provide the pictures. I rate no stars but I had to put one to leave the review. I left a review on the FB page. She took it down and blocked me. She said we threatened them not true were the ones who called the cops. She replied but then blocked me so I couldnt respond. SHE IS A BIG, unprofessional NO NO-ASKING SHOT RECORDS FAKE!

Staff is so amazing and sweet. Very professional they made sure my baby was comfortable since it was his first time. my dog looks so cute and adorable and smells so good thank you so much !! You gained a new costumer ! Ro is loving his new look and we’re looking forward to seeing you guys again !

Absolutely amazing care and grooming skills. I felt confident leaving my Chloe there and she looked absolutely beautiful. They know their stuff here and the groomers are very experienced well over 10 years of experience.

I wanted a teddy cut so Lola was left very fluffy and smelling great.

She hurt my boss dog’s eye and when I try to talk to her, the owner just screamed. I will take her to the vet because besides her left eye does not open she has some red spots close to it. We try to figure it out what happened and she screamed all the time saying that Kenzie (who is very friendly) does not have manners. I am sad that I can’t put -5 stars.

This place was a God send at a time when I was looking for a better grooming option than PetSmart. The groomer here does a great job and is good with caring for dogs.

As a former employee and a customer of her for many years I absolutely love her job and work ! She is funny and kind and absolutely slays at her job she does it with dignity love and attention and her grooms come out amazing if your looking for a great dog groomer with a friendly demeanor I recommend her service 100%

If I could I would give a zero rating . She is very unprofessional and not considerate of anyone’s time. I would not trust any irresponsible person with my beloved dog. As a business owner there is no excuse for back to back cancellations. I drove all the way from Brooklyn and her shop was closed when we had a scheduled appt. for the third time. This is clearly someone who does not value others time. I am not surprised others complained of her lack of responsibility when harming a dog in her care. This speaks to her character as a person and lack of professionalism.

They do a fantastic job with my husky. Huskies are year round shedders but during the fall and spring sessions they blow their coats and by the end of it, you will have vacuumed up enough hair to amount to a full sized German Shepard (its wild). Every time I bring my husky here, she gets the best grooming treatments. She is usually shed free for the next few months which is amazing!

Yes they service is horrible the groomer is very disrespectful they left my dogs looking horrible the cut I ask for my dogs did not receive at all and then they get mad when I told them that’s not what I ask for I will post the pictures of how they had my dogs looking I will not return back there at all and I went yesterday which was September 23,2023 No1 refused to pay you up your price every time it’s time to pick them up and the service I paid for I didn’t get my dogs came back a horrible job at the pictures show which the groomer didn’t do as I ask where is the grooming at no work was done on my dogs at all you and your workers are bad for business and a waste of space for people who really cares for animals.. and trust I willNever bring my dogs bad there

Absolutely loved this place, my dog is one of those that don’t really go with the first person they see but when I got there they were really sweet and my dog didn’t even bark. Perfect for the holidays and they were able to take me in last minute. Love it. They gave her some ear things too. She was so cute.

Horrible service. They are very racist and I was shocked that I heard they called the cops on another African American male. I would never support or give them my money. And my dog was not done how I asked at the time. Horrible place horrible people. I am still emotional scared from the experience. It is sad that they can’t be held accountable for there actions but at the time I had to prove my innocence.

I usually go to petco and have to wait about 5 hours for my dog to be finished so I tried this place out and my dog was all finished in a matter of only 2 hours! When I went to pick her up she was roaming around doing her thing, she was clean, happy and pretty. I am very pleased with the service I got from this groomer. Will definitely be back!

Well brought my dog to get groomed Saturday after getting home I noticed my dogs left eye won’t stay open and it’s swollen obviously this lady doesn’t take her time and just rushes and hurts the dogs. I will be sending her the vet bill

Have been bringing my dog to Rogeria for about a year now about twice a month. I’ve never had complaints. She deff knows how to get dogs to love and trust her. Poofy still growls at me till this day when I try to bathe her myself. Her work is quick and excellent. Best in westchester county!

This is the only groomers I take my dog too. They are very professional and always call to give me updates while my dog is getting groomed.

I brought my dog to get a cut and she came out beautiful. It was fast and done with love and care. Hence the name lol. The prices aren’t bad and better then the competitors. I recommend to everyone

When I picked my dog up from the groomer his left eye couldn’t open and was swollen with red spots around. I called back to ask what happened and the woman screamed at me and denied the fact that she did this to my dog. I sent a copy of the vet bill and asked for a refund. My dog went there for 1 year and I never had a problem until now. Very unprofessional !!!!!

I am so happy i found this place ! My puppy Milo was so anxious for any groomer to touch him so many turned him away . And here they were able to calm him down and groom him I’m so happy

Worse groomer ever .. don’t ever bring your dog here. To expensive and they tried to charge me $25 extra for every hour after your dog is ready( was told it’s a new policy after my dog was ready) .. called the cops and lied about me having a gun because I refuse to pay for a policy that never existed until it was time for me to pick up my dog up. no signs on the wall nothing making me aware of this so called policy .. nasty customer service smh wish I could give -1 stars

Ridiculous Unbelievable. One of the worst in America.. dont even think about it ! Your basically risking your dogs life when you deal with these people. Find a better town or place
