Camp Bow Wow

My pup loves it here. The staff is great and it’s nice to have the cameras to check up on our fur babies. We have been going here about a year and we have taken him to other places but this is our favorite. Highly recommend

Super friendly and accommodating staff who genuinely care about our fur babies. I feel comfortable leaving them here when we need to be away. I also love the “camper cams” that give me extra peace of mind and a dose of cuteness.

Love Camp Bow Wow!!! The team are always friendly and professional. My Oscar is excited to join them and sad to leave. I feel he is treated as their own pet. The faculty is also always clean and safe. I have and will continue to recommend to others. Thanks Camp Bow Wow !

I appreciate the initial screening and vaccine documentation requirements to ensure health and safety. The camper cams give me peace of mind. I can check in any time and see how my little guy is doing. I could see for myself that the dogs are under constant supervision. The counselors are good with the dogs, playing with them and cleaning up after them. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, making drop off and pick up very easy.

The knowledge and expertise of all the employees are incomparable! My Olde English Bulldog has so much fun and comes home ready to rest after a long day of play.

I had a last minute change in travel plans and Camp Bow wow was amazingly supportive and very welcoming to me and my pup Mango! I felt safe being able to log in and see him at play having the best time with his friends. Staff took excellent care of him and I’m so grateful for you all!! Highly recommend! This was his first time away from home and from me and we were both very nervous but camp bow wow made this experience so seem less and for that I am blessed. Thank you for loving him up for me while I was away.

This is a wonderful place. My dog, Yako, really enjoyed himself for his interview/first visit and stay at a doggie day camp facility. He especially like Matt, who was totally gentle with him and really made him (and all the other dogs) feel comfortable and safe. It is a big, clean doggie day care/boarding facility and they keep the dogs entertained all day long. When I brought Yako home, he drank some water and went to sleep. Perfect. I am very comfortable leaving my dog for boarding and it is easy to get to from Manhattan or the Bronx. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Rockland County, NY. A++

I tried several groomers in the past and they did a horrible job. Camp Bow Wow was great with my dog. She looks and smells great. I was very impressed!

We just moved from Georgia to NY and my lab was having play day withdrawal!! He knew where he was as soon as I pulled in and was excited. He spent most of the day and came home a very happy camper!! Thank you for helping us with a big moving hurdle!!

The staff is awesome. Murphy loves camp and gets excited as soon as we get close The staff are all patient and kind. You can tell they love animals They treat each pet as though they were their own. Dave and Josh have hired great people and run a safe, clean and friendly place. I have not encountered a grumpy or unfriendly staff member. Everyone always has a smile and are very informative. Murphy has been a happy camp member for a year now. It is nice to be able to watch him throughout the day. I would give them 10 stars I recommend camp bow wow to everyone I know

Great friendly staff who clearly care about the dogs. Oakley comes home smelling fresh and clean and his teeth and nails are always perfectly tendered to. Would recommend to all for grooming and stayovers.

I received good reviews about camp bow wow from a family member. I decided to take my dog here so i scheduled an assessment. Everything seemed to be going well. When I arrived to pick my dog up I was watching the cameras. The person bringing my dog grabbed my dog with one arm and dropped him. The person then yanked my dog by his collar and dragged him out.I followed up about this incident via email and was told my dog is no longer a fit for camp bow wow since that is their protocol.

I love I can watch my baby while Im going away took him to his dog interview he did great I will update after his first week of boarding. People seem nice and good but I will definitely be keeping my eyes on camera 😆 decent space but with a few dogs in a room seems to look a bit crowded and maybe overwhelming to a dog but my dog seem fine

I like the indoor web cam because I was able to check on my dog, ensuring connection and reassurance of dog’s status. It gives me a peace of mind to see my dog happy and thriving in the facility.

The staff at Camp Bow Wow is friendly and accommodating. I like that I dont have to make a reservation to drop her off at Doogy Day Care. And I like that I can see my dog on their cameras while she is there. When we pull up to Camp Bow Wow my dog is so excited. She is ready to jump out of the car and go see her friends! She loves it there!

We have been to a lot of day cares centers from SF to NYC to Seattle and back to NY state and this one is by far the best. They care for my baby but more importantly they create a pack atmosphere which is what dogs need. Not many do this and while others are great, this place is unique.

Wonderfully dedicated counselors that are well trained and innately care for our pets. They know our dogs on site, and great them by name. The counselors are great with the dogs throughout the day. I have never felt so comfortable with entrusting my dog as much as with the Rockland Camp Bow Wow staff.

Our doggo always always always enjoys his time at Camp Bow Wow. The staff are super friendly and professional. We appreciate their flexibility and willingness to accommodate us in our times of need. 6 stars!

I do not hesitate to leave my dog at Camp Bow Wow Nanuet. The facility is clean and well organized. My dog is a little shy so I like that I can look in on her and see that she’s doing fine. It’s also very easy to make an appointment, drop off and pick up.

Long time client, 3 months ago our four year old contracted kennel cough and still has it. We feel so bad for our guy. Must be the new strain that doesn’t go away. Hesitated to write this but felt like it needed to be said. Did inform owner three weeks into it.

A great place to board your dog for a day or overnight. Friendly staff and friendly dogs as well. They do a thorough job vetting to ensure the safety of your pets. The price is not bad and the facility is pretty clean.

Not speaking in reference to the dog day care this review is solely for the groomer. Very unprofessional and rude. Instead of cutting my dogs hair like I asked they shaved all the fur off. When I contacted them they said there was a knot in the hair on the stomach so they needed to shave the entire body (which makes no sense). Then I was threatened that he would contact his insurance company and let them know we neglect our dog. It was a Very bad experience. Please do research before selecting a groomer. Don’t let the good reviews for the day care fool you. Furever friends is right down the block don’t waste your time going here.

Camp bow wow is great. Extremely happy with the staff and facility. The place is clean, staff very helpful.I have two 10 month old golden retrievers and they love it !!!!Best part... can watch them during the day on their cameras that are situated in each play/ lounge area.

Micah absolutely loves this place! She comes home exhausted from running around with all her friends! We love being able to watch her on the cameras. The staff is super friendly, lobby smells great, hours of operation are very convenient for my work schedule and you can see everyone loves the dogs. We highly recommended this place to everyone! Weve placed our 7 year old shihtzu here for a week boarding. We get to see him on live cam with the other dogs every day. Although we dont see much interaction between the dogs & staff, they seem to be handling the dogs with care when necessary.

I love this place. Our dog used to be a regular day camp resident here. And we leave both of our dogs (a Great Dane and an Anatolian Shephard) overnight when we go to vacation. Even though our dogs are huge and sometimes pain in the butts, they always accommodate them with a smile. We also use their grooming service as well and they have reasonable prices. We love this place and they know our dogs by first name basis 🤗

Love Camp Bow Wow. Best Doggy daycare well organized. I love that I can sneak a peek on the camera app to see what my dog is doing. They pick up any messes rite away which is important to me. You can tell the staff has to go through training. You wont find any of them checking there phones or anything. To find employees that good nowadays. Price is very reasonable. Most important my dog loves it.

All of the services you provided for our doggie have been wonderful! The location is so convenient and dropping off and picking up is very easy and stress-free! It was great knowing that while we were at work all day our dog, Huck, was having a good time in a safe environment. The App with the live-feed cameras was great as well. It allowed us reassurance that he was having fun. We always wonder what hes up to when we are not around and it was nice to see him having fun! After his third day at camp, Huck also got a bath and nail trimming. He came home smelling and looking great. We are so happy that Camp Bow Wow is so close to us and that Huck seems to love it there already!

I love that the staff really allows the dogs to play. They are great at judging what is playful wrestling and when it should be stopped. I love that I can check in and see my pup having a great time through the web cams. I love how exhausted she is when she gets home because shes has so much fun.

Staff is fantastic. Even after a substantial hiatus, they remembered who my pups were & their habits. I trust them implicitly! Been bringing my pups there since opening day & have never seen any kind of change in care or service. Highly recommend!!

Our pup cant get enough of Camp Bow Wow! Its truly his favorite place. The live webcams are great. Its always fun to watch our guy play and romp around while we work from afar!

I love that they separate the dogs by size in the play areas. Also, the Camp Bow Wow app to see the livestream of your pup is amazing. So easy to use and gives a sense of relief, especially to first time camper parents.

I like that personal touch that comes with Camp Bow Wow... they take the time to know my dogs well and that you take care of them as if they were your own...more importantly they put up with my stress and silly instructions to make me feel at ease when I board them. Also it helps to be able to see them on your app on both my phone and IPad

I trust Camp Bow Wow Rockland with my fur baby, who arrives and leaves with a wagging tail. He happily is tuckered after playing with his human and fur friends.

The staff at Camp Bow Wow in Nanuet are the greatest !!They all greet Angel like she is their family :)The facility is clean and welcoming ... I am confident when I leave my Angel girl there for the day or longer (she has stayed a week while I vacationed) that she is well cared for, played with and loved ❣I wouldnt bring her anywhere else ... My dog is forcing me to write this:Excellent day care for dogs of any age or size. Our dog receives the best of care whenever we drop her off. The staff is friendly, helpful, courteous and funny. Even our dog thinks so - and she never laughs at our jokes.

I felt very comfortable that Calli had great care and that she was in good hands. She had a blast having supervised play with other dogs. It was very nice that we were able to check her out on the camcorders while we were traveling

I took my siberian husky there today and after he passed their evaluation he got 3 hrs of play time. The best part is if you are worried about your fur baby you can check on them through their web cameras. Simba who is my siberian husky took right away and came home really tired only after 3 hrs so I can not wait to see what 6 hrs does. Thanks camp bow wow

They do good job, but they need to be more attentive!Every time I take bow wow there they seem to lose his flea collar! This happened twice and they won’t reimburse you for the cost. Flea collars are expensive.They need to work on this problem.Thanks

Camp Bow Wow is like a 2nd Home for my little Buddy. The Staff is very caring and amazing. Dan, Brianna, Annie, Josh, Jemma and Beth-Ann always have a caring heart when they meet Buddy. They are responsive to any questions I may have and make sure Buddy is safe and happy. The Owner is also very cary and works to make sure Camp Bow Wow is run to the highest standard. Camp Bow Wow is great. The staff is really friendly and energetic, the facility is very clean and safe, and the prices are very reasonable. All the dogs are happy and having fun!

I love that the first time was free and issentially a study period for both my dogs behavior. My girls can always get some socializing done this way. They were so tired afterword they both passed out almost immediately lol. Great when my human family was tired as well and we needed to take care of diner and bed time w/o much fuss. Sometimes thats hard to quantify.

Everyone knows my puppys name when we show up and when they speak to me about her, it is clear theyve engaged with her and really taken care to see how she does with the other dogs. I never worry when I leave her there, and know shes well cared for.

Great place for dogs, whether its for day camp or boarding. They do a terrific job. Everyone is nice and most importantly, my dog(s) love going there.

Got my pup back from here and he had fleas. Will never go back. Staff is rude and treated my dog very poorly. I would strongly suggest staying away from this place

Ignored that my dog got sick while boarding with them for a week. Once I picked her up, she was immediately hospitalized. Stuff claimed, they didn’t see any change in her behavior, meanwhile my dog lost 5lb, was breathing hard and coughing…

My dogs love Camp Bow Wow. They greet my dogs by name at drop-off and staff are very accommodating. We do daycare, boarding, and grooming with them and highly recommend for all 3 services. Bonus - you can download their app and watch your dogs from afar.

We are so happy with Bow Wow! How do we know our Tanner is happy? When he wags his tail and tries to jump out of the car! We have been to other establishments where TANNER let us know he was not happy: tail between legs, whimpering, hiding behind us.. it’s so hard since they can’t communicate verbally!No worries at CBW (camp bow wow) - we can watch him on camera anytime!They also spoke of starting some basic training on certain days.. that would be great.Shout outs to: Josh/Matt/Beth Ann/Karen! Great service, great people! The process of checking my puppy in is always smooth and fast! The spa services are also really awesome! My puppy smelled so good and was so clean last time!

I leave my dog here and dont worry for a minute!!! She is loved and well taken care of, gets her exercise and socialization. My husband has bee hospitalized twice In the past year and Brooklyn has stayed overnight for the weeks he was there. It was a blessing to me that I didnt have to stress about her during this already stressful time.

Camp Bow Wow in nanuet is just awesome. I have a large puppy and i was scared to bring him to any place. The staff that met me put me at ease and i felt comfortable going off on my busy day. They have cameras to check in during the day. When i picked him up at the end of the day he was happy to see me but my boy did not act as if i have left him with strangers.I love this place. Used them again today. Great to know there is an awesome safe place for my puppy when my schedule is crazy

I needed to find somewhere to board my huskimo Zeus. A friend suggested Camp BowWow. Zeus and I went for the interview and it went so well for him that I let him enjoy the whole day with new friends. For peace of mind, I would occasionally view the cams via the app on my phone. And every time I did, I could observe Zeus happily playing with the other dogs. That was good enough for me. I feel confident knowing that Zeus will be in good hands next month when I leave him there for a couple of nights. Let me also mention that the camp counselors there were very pleasant and made me feel like Zeus would be in very capable hands.

I recommend Camp Bow Wow 100%. My black Labrador (age 10) and my golden retriever (6 months) had a great time playing and socializing.

They took great care of my dog and the staff are the best.
