I can never saw enough about how truly wonderful Paw Pals is! From the dog walking service, to the daycare, to the overnight home stays and the boarding, we have done it all and each time has been wonderful. They truly treat your pet like their own. Our dog is now 10 and has always been a nervous type. The team at Paw Pals is always so patient and kind and loving with him. I always love getting the reports with how sweet he was with them too!I have and will continue to recommend Paw Pals to all of my friends and family. It is the only place when we leave our pup, we never have to think twice! Paw Pals has helped us for our wedding, birth of our kids, vacations and everything in between. Could not have been happier with my dogs stay at Paw Pals. It was Jerry’s first time and we were all a little nervous. The daily report cards absolutely helped. We were able to see what a great time he was having. The staff were also extremely helpful and very friendly. We would absolutely recommend Paw Pals!!!

Paw Pals provided excellent care for Nala while I was away! Given that shes a working line German Shepherd, I was worried about meeting her mental and physical activity needs during boarding. However, Paw Pals kept her active, engaged, and stimulated with walks, puzzles, and playtime. Brittanie was incredibly responsive and reassuring when I checked in, even sending extra photos for my peace of mind. They continuously refine and improve their practices to be inclusive of all types of dogs, from their daycare program and individual enrichment activities to on-site training and even micro groups for selective dogs. To say Paw Pals is an amazing day care/boarding facility would be an understatement. I have trusted Brittanie and her team with my fur baby since 2021. The Paw Pals team have loved on and cared for my baby as if he is truly apart of their family. I can not thank the Paw Pals team enough. We got our puppy in the middle of winter, so it was challenging to find ways to help him socialize with other dogs and people. I am so happy we found Paw Pals! Jet was nervous the first time he walked in, but after that, he always walked in with a smile and a wagging tail! They are very accommodating when we send him (3-4 times a month). We don’t send him often, but the few times he has attended daycare shows that it helped him feel comfortable around new dogs and people. We feel at ease knowing he is with kind professionals, exercising and socializing, and the pictures they send us make our day. I can tell the owner is diligent with whom she hires and is a kind and caring professional. Their website is straightforward and easy to navigate. We are going on a few vacations over the summer and plan on sending him here with complete trust that he will be happy and on vacation, too! Thank you Paw Pals!!

The Paw Pals team has been excellent taking care of my pup as I transition back to working in the office! This is our first time leaving our fur baby Axel anywhere other than staying home with a nanny. So this was a big deal for my husband and I to leave him at a boarding kennel place, but we are so happy we did because it gave us much more freedom to enjoy our time away and not constantly check on him through our cameras that we have at home. Paige and Julia helped us feel at ease every step of the way, every single day. They sent Photos updates on Axel, they took care of him like he was their own pet. We really felt comfortable leaving him there with them.They were super sweet when we first met them. Very welcoming. Understood all Axle’s needs while staying with them. He had lots of fun, which we can see on his face while boarding with them :) We highly recommend PawPals and will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.We want to thank the staff for taking care of our Axel so well and we look forward to visiting PawPals in the near future. My two dogs totally enjoy their time spent at Paw Pals. They love coming and can’t get inside fast enough to play with staff and friends. Staff is super friendly and always make me feel as though my guys are welcome there. It’s the best doggy day care I have ever used.

Paw Pals is the best - our dogs love to go there. The last time we boarded them, Paw Pals literally saved our summer vacation - one of our dogs needed a visit to the vet while we were away (non serious but needed to go) and the owner took her for us so we didn’t have to disappoint our kids and cut our trip short. They always take great care of our babies and go above and beyond.

My Puppy loves going to paw pals! Paw pals has helped her develop socially while having fun. She safely burns off her puppy energy and gets positive reinforcement with lots of affection and most importantly I get daily photos of my puppy Trixie!! 🐾Trixie also gets groomed at PawPals and Stephanie! Is awesome with Trixie ❤️ The other day I was pleasantly surprised, giving Trixie a bath at home. She was so well behaved in the bathtub and it was stress free for both me and my puppy ❤️🐾❤️

Our dog is a challenging dog....highly anxious and sometimes downright nasty! We were concerned when we had to board her due to an illness in our family, but Paw Pals did an outstanding job of taking care of her. The facility is new and clean. The staff are friendly, helpful, and all lovers of the dogs. We will use Paw Pals again when we have the need, and we are very grateful for the service they supplied, especially the daily report card emails.

Stephanie always does a great job grooming my Australian Shepherd and he comes home happy with an amazing coat. He has also boarded there too this past summer. We were pleased with his care and enjoyed the photos and communication they sent during his stay.

Paw pals exceeded our expectations! This was our first experience boarding our extremely nervous dog and the entire staff took such good care of our dog and our family! They sent two report cards a day with a written and picture update and made us feel so at ease while we were away on our vacation. I am so happy to have found Paw Pals. They loved my dog, she loved them. She stayed there for a week, and I was able to rest easily knowing that Lexi was safe and sound. I got daily updates and photos. The place is safe, clean and loving, what more could you ask for?

I can’t possibly say enough about Paw Pals!! It’s truly the best thing that ever happened to our dog!! We’ve been sending our deaf dog Ghost to daycare at Paw Pals 2-4x/week since December 2020 and he absolutely LOVES IT. The staff at Paw Pals are the absolute best, they make you and your dog feel so well taken care of and so valued, sending pictures daily of Ghost playing and practicing tricks with them. They all love him so much and we couldn’t ask for better people to be taking care of our babe! I recommend Paw Pals to EVERYONE in Rockland County!!

I am no longer a client up until several months ago, but I was for several years. Paw Pals provided years of dog walking services for Foxy, a few times day care and several in home visits for both my furry feline Jinxy and my furry canine Foxy. Everyone that has worked here; that I have had the chance to meet while coming to my home to walk Foxy have all been friendly, attentive and just overall great people to have taken care of our fur babies. If I ever move back to this location I wont hesitate calling you for services for my fur babies as I know they will be in good hands with Paw Pals!!!!

Our two golden retrievers have been receiving daily and overnight walks from PAW PALS dogwalkers for the last two years. What makes PAW PALS extraordinary is, of course, the exceptional care the company provides to our pets, but also the communication between the team and the animal families. Dog walkers email the families pictures and updates with every visit occurring. The opportunity to provide feedback, even if a family wants something tweaked (extra treats, no treats, etc.), is received well and administered immediately. Brittanie and her team are committed to the excellence PAW PALS provides, she continues to implement technology where necessary and is constantly updating the services provided. If only there were a greater than five star rating!

I can’t say enough good things about Paw Pals!! My dog Oreo is very skittish and shy, and the whole team has worked with us to make sure she’s happy and comfortable. We have been sending Oreo to daycare for over 2 years now and Paw Pals is the only place we’d trust to send her to. I completely recommend Paw Pals. Here’s a beautiful picture taken there. Paw Pals takes sick great care of our dogs! They are happy in the doggy day care and even when groomed. The facilities are welcoming and each dog care giver tends to the needs of your pet. I am a Paw Pal fan!

The staff at Paw Pals love my furbaby and have ALL been incredibly patient, caring, helpful and flexible. The variety of services has made this my one stop for grooming, day care and for boarding. The pick up and drop off option makes them an unbeatable deal for a working family like ours. There are multiple play areas and they have webcams going all the time so you can check on your furbaby anytime. They also do holiday activities just like a childrens daycare! We have a valentine with pawprint from our puppy, which is a cute addition.

We found out about Paw Pals a few years ago when looking for pet sitter service so we wouldnt have to board our cats when we traveled. It is very easy to book services with the website and all new sitters come to the house for a meet and greet. Our cat Skippy is VERY people shy and within three visits the sitters had him meeting them at the door. We absolutley love getting the email update after each visit, including photos. I highly recommend them!

My dog has been going to paw pals since she was a little puppy and she had her first boarding stay over the weekend. Her room was very spacious and clean and she had such a good time with the staff and other dog pals.

Everything went great. Cookie can be difficult as she cannot always hold her urine or bowels. She is also on a lot of medication, pills plus eye drops. They took good care of her and made sure that she got all of her meds, took her out frequently and cleaned her up when she had accidents.She was in good spirits when I picked her up. She was happy to be home though.

PayPals did a great job taking care of my baby girl Haven. They provided me with updates everyday and answered my questions and made me feel comfortable leaving Haven with them. They gave her a bath and brought her back to me looking and smelling fresh.

Clean comfortable safe pet boarding. Pet techs are kind and loving. Our dog was very happy. They take photos of pet and send u report card - It is so cute and puts the owner at ease. Just perfect.We had another wonderful experience at Paw Pals. Thk u so much.

Paw Pals has been the absolute best. My dog Korra is super high energy. The girls that walk her take such good care of her. They always leave me the detailed updates/ report cards about their visits with her. The portal is super easy to use in case I need to adjust something with Korras schedule too. In the event that I have to call, Amanda always makes sure that Korra is taken care of. Shes always so patient, no matter how many times I call lol. Im extremely grateful to everyone there because I know Korra is in great hands.

Paw Pals has been an integral part of our family. As a working dog-mom, having a great team of dog walkers has made a huge difference in our lives. The team of Paw Pals walkers are punctual, professional and very caring. They give us daily updates as to the puppies adventures and are sure show our dogs lots of love and affection when we can’t. We have also boarded our pets during a one week vacation, where we get plenty of updates and pics. From the looks of it, our dogs had a great time exploring their new ‘digs’ while we were away. We absolutely love leaving our 13 year old RatChi Thor at Paw Pals. We love that we can customize our boarding package to add anything from a pupachino, extra one and one time to a bubble bath before they go home. The team at paw pals is very kind, compassionate, & caring. I went on vacation for a few days and they would send me pictures of my Ellie having a good time with other pups, bed time photos in her room, and bath time photos. It gave me real peace of mind knowing Ellie was having fun. The groomer Stephanie is so good with Ellie when I mention her name to Ellie she gets all excited to come see her and get bath and nails done! Nice clean facility, they answers the phone, emails, and text messages for all your concerns. I highly recommend them.

Paw Pals is a friendly, clean and a wonderful place to have your pet stay. I am fortunate enough to have meet many of their staff, especially Amanda who is the manager. Amanda goes over and above to a sure me that my pet will be taken well care of. I have a dog that is not to social with other dogs, but loves people. The staff makes sure that my dog has plenty of play time one on one. Everyone at PawPals takes wonderful care of her when she is boarded. I highly recommend this facility and would not put my dog in anyone else’s care.

We can not stress enough how happy we are with the boarding services from Paw Pals. It was so easy to book an interview for my dog and from start to finish the communication was amazing and fast. Not only did they understand that my little buddy is a senior dog that is less active, the interactions with him were documented and texted to me via their app. They answered all of our questions and I was able to be updated and feel calm knowing our dog was being well taken care of. The facility it self is new, beautiful, clean, and modern. The staff is AMAZING. I recommend with out reservation to anyone who is looking for pet boarding. Love Paw Pals! We always feel comfortable dropping our pup off whether it’s to be groomed or having to board. My little guy gets very anxious when he is left and he does amazing with the team there. Stephanie does a great job with grooming him as well. We can’t say enough good things about them. Theo loves Paw Pals!!

They take the extra step to set up a meet and greet- so your pet (and humans) can meet your dog walker ahead of time so they are familiar with them when it comes time for a visit! We love Paw Pals! We mainly use them for dog walking from our house. The walkers are all so sweet, obviously care about our dog, and send super cute updates after the walk. The app is easy to use, scheduling is always a breeze, and they are always helpful on the phone.

Paw Pals is amazing. My dog absolutely loves it here (and thats saying a lot as my dog is a pain). Stephanie is an amazing groomer and does wonders for my Yorkie. He is a handful and a bit difficult. We love paw pals! Paw pals is more than just a space for dogs to run around. It’s 1:1 attention, small group play, activities and walks that are a given in their everyday. It was really that 1:1 attention that sold me on paw pals to begin with. I also love getting that email that says I have a message in the portal with pictures of my dog having the best time!My dog is an 80 pound high energy dog and never lets me dress her up but she let the people at paw pals put wings on her for 4th of July which really shows me how much she trusts the workers that she will sit still long enough for them. She also gives everyone a hard time with eating, but she has always had her breakfast with them, which also shows me how much she loves and trusts the people there. I can’t say enough good things!

We have been extremely happy with Stephanie as our groomer for Ollie. She greets us when we arrive, he is happy to go with her and she is always on time and texts when he’ll be ready for pick up. It has been a great experience since we started bringing him to Paw Pals! ❤️🐶

We have been using Paw Pals for years now. They are the best! They only hire the best walkers who our pups always love. When our 16 year old dog passed away they were so thoughtful and caring amd send a beautiful wind chim Im Havens honor. Scotti waits by the door for His walker to come. We have even went away for a week and Paw Pals took such great care of our pups. Just one more note, their walkers take the best pictures!

Paw Pals takes wonderful care of our elderly dog! They keep us informed with daily pictures, administer meds, have a great digital system for reservations and payment, and are always very responsive. They now my dog and ask all the right questions. They treat their guests like their own family pets!

My dog, Moses, absolutely LOVES going to Paw Pals! The staff is exceptional, the facility is clean and cheery and there is a feeling of love and caring whenever you enter. Moses has learned social skills and is much better adjusted with other dogs than before he began doggie daycare each week for 1 or 2 days, depending on my schedule. The staff is always very flexible with my schedule which can be tricky because of the nature of my job. I appreciate their willingness to work with me and especially with Moses. Exceptional place and I have total peace of mind leaving my baby there.

I recently made an appointment for a meet-and greet at Paw Pals, and let me tell you, I was impressed. The staff is great, friendly, and professional, and my nervous dog liked it. We used another place until recently, but it was farther away, Paw Pal is a couple of blocks from us. I gonna be using them during our next vacation.

We have used Paw Pals twice now for holiday vacations, and we are thrilled to have found this wonderful local service! Everyone is nice and lovely to work with. I absolutely LOVE Paw Pals! They recently expanded their dog walking services to Orange County which is a huge help to me and my boyfriend. We have two dogs and we both work an hour away. It is such a relief to know that our dogs are in good hands when we are at work. I recently bought a new dog during the quarantine and with everything shut down it was a while before she was groomed, when it was time I searched and searched for a grooming place and based on the reviews I decided to go with Paw Pals it was the best decision I ever made. I made the call and I was greeted with kindness and professionalism when I got of the phone I felt confident and comfortable. I took my puppy for her appointment and we were met by the groomer she was very sweet and reassuring. When Bailey (my dog) came out she looked phenomenal we couldnt have asked for a better job, we were extremely satisfied. We will be using paw pals forever and we recently started looking into their doggie daycare. Ill let you know how that goes.

My dog feels more comfortable in small groups. He enjoys Paw Pals. They were very patient with him until he got used to the environment. Now he goes there happily.

I’ve been using Paw Pals for boarding, grooming by Stephanie and daycare since they opened their original location in Garnerville. Brittanie and the staff are so accommodating and responsive. When we have to leave our two golden retrievers for boarding I know they are well taken care of and I love getting the updates throughout the day. I won’t leave them anywhere else.

Love paw pals! Consistent and positive communication from staff, always. My dog Finn loves it there! Hes always a happy boy in the pictures we get! And I appreciate being able to see him on their cameras! And the drop off, pick up service is something I never knew I needed!

I cannot say enough good things about Paw Pals!! I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a daycare or other services. We leave Leo for daycare and have been doing so for the last few months at least once a week. Leo loves these lovely ladies and his pals there. He’s well taken care of and gets not only dog attention but people attention constantly. There is ALWAYS someone watching him and keeping him busy. They also work on obedience training with him so we don’t have to worry about our training being lost while he’s at daycare. Also, they follow your special instructions for pick up and drop instructions so well and even feed Leo at drop off in case we can’t make it home on time. They keep their space extremely clean for the dogs, have webcams so you can check in on your pup and they do provide training treats to the dogs which are really great quality as well. Their prices are reasonable and actually cheaper than some other places. I haven’t tried any of their other services yet as I haven’t needed them, but based on the quality of service they provide for daycare I wouldn’t expect any less for their other services. My husband and I love Paw Pals! ♥️

Paw Pals is beyond exceptions. Weve had them walking our large dog for over a year and theyve been professional, engaged, clear on payments, and excellent at accommodating our requests. Every walker weve had has been timely, professional, experienced, and attentive to details about our princess. Weve tried other services and Paw Pals is world class. My dogs get so much mental stimulation here! They dont just sniff butts all day - they do puzzles and receive loving attention from the staff all day. The owner, Brittanie, is extremely personable, friendly, and quick to respond.

My family and I wanted to take a vacation, but we could not rely on too many friends/family for various reasons to pet sit our cat. We came across Paw Pals through research, did our due diligence and had a great meet and greet. I felt assured that they would do a good job when we met with them. Sure enough they came through and did a great job while on vacation. Im so grateful for Paw Pals. My almost 2 year old Weim absolutely loves Paw Pals daycare. We are new to the area and both work full-time so we had to find care for our boy. He did daycare before and we thought it was great but Paw Pals has gone above and beyond anything we have experienced in the past. Otis comes home happy, tired, and it’s obvious he has been well cared for. We get daily updates with pictures and have access to a live feed camera if we want to tune in and see him during the day. The best part is he gets nap time and has structured play all day so he’s not just running wild! The staff is very accommodating and kind. I am very impressed and so thankful we found such a lovely place for our precious boy!

My husband and I do not have children. We have three dogs and to say they are spoiled, is an understatement. They’ve never been left alone over night and Any time we go away, my mom (who lives close by comes to stay with them). When friends offered us a long weekend at their beach house after being Quarantined for four months on a weekend that didn’t work with my moms schedule, we didn’t know what we were going to do. We needed the break, but the dogs have been used to us being around 24/7 now more than ever and they get nervous around new people.Paw Pals and Emily to the rescue!! I felt immediately reassured when Emily came to the house to meet the pups and get he run down of their routine. She totally got all three of them, their personalities and their nervousness.We were able to go away with little hesitation. ALL reluctance of leaving them was completely washed away after she updated us on her first visit. We receive a detailed description of her visit with them and the most adorable pictures of them playing AND cuddling with her!! I think pet photography should be a side gig for her ;)The pups loved her and it was so nice to know they were well taken care of.Thank you Paw Pals! We’re so relieved to have the freedom to go away when we need a break and the piece of mind to know our babies are not only safe and sound, but also happy and loved!

I absolutely love this place. We have a very hectic schedule and pawpals have been extremely accommodating. I often miss a deadline and have to call them in order for Sparkle to be walked. They have always been able to send someone out and work with my crazy dog. Sparkle is nervous when she first meets people and tends to gravitate towards women rather than men and I love that pawpals takes it into consideration when they schedule her and sends female walkers. We have also done doggy daycare once and Sparkle loved being there but did not like being transported. So she now is on the dog walking service but if I had the time to take her to the daycare just so she can socialize with other dogs and not sit at home I would. As it is, she is happy to be walked when needed.

Paw Pals is such a great service! I especially love seeing each pets picture each day on their Instagram/Facebook & seeing what they are up to. Its comforting knowing how attentive and loving each member of Paw Pals is and that they provide care to not only dogs, but all furry friends!

Our sitter Monique comes to the house plays with the pups (German Shep & Chocolate Lab) feeds them, gives medicine, changes the water and posts it all on the portal with pictures and email link, each time/every time she comes.The dogs love her and its a huge relief to know I can count on Paw Pals and Monique to take care of my dogs when I am away. The price of multiple daily visits is still half of what I use to pay for a dog kennel for both dogs. Thank you Monique and Paw Pals for giving me peace of mind knowing my dogs are looked after when I can not be there.Monique has a great sense of humor, she has the dogs shake or lay by the Christmas tree so she can take their picture and then she sends it to me. Too funny!

We were new to pet sitting idea and were very nurvous leaving our two dogs home alone with basically, stangers. We found this company and made a call. The owner was very friendly and understanding. Your new pet sitters come to your home to meet your pets and listen to your requests. I was able to show them how everything had to be done. Both staff were very friendly and receptive. I could tell they were good with dogs and had experience. From than on i got updates and pictures of my furry kids three times a day. Staff are able to tell you what they did during the visit: bathrooms use, walks, water change, meals, snacks, etc. Our pet sitters brought in our mail and even guided us on dropping temps and turned on the heat on for our pups. In the 4 months we have had our Rescue , she has grown so much and is becoming more comfortable with herself. She loves going to daycare and running around with her friends and I dont have to feel guilty while Im at work. They keep you up to date with the daily activities with photos. She is super professional, communicates promptly, has great rates, and most importantly, is great with our three cats and dog. They loved her as soon as she walked in to meet them. My puppy had been attending daycare/training since his was 12 weeks and we were looking for a place close to home. During intake, I was promised my dog would be given love, attention and exercise in accordance to their daily “activity schedule”. They have WebCams available for family to tune in and because my dog has been attending the same daycare and training center since he was 12 weeks old, I had his trainers, family and friends tune in for their opinion.My dog had “passed” the evaluation, but the manager had explained his recall was poor when he was playing with dogs which was a given being that he is a puppy. During the three days he attended, I was disappointed as I watched him be separated frequently and given excessive “break” times. On the third day, he got picked up at 8:30, and did not arrive on the play floor until 11:45. He had been put back in the crate for 12 pm nap time, and then out from 2 until 2:15 before being put back in the crate. I received a call about his play style and him getting very excited during play, showing his teeth. I was told there was absolutely no aggression and that it was not a problem, they would just be monitoring. I continued to watch and noticed he was excessively being kept in the crate away from all of the dogs. I had reached out to inquire about this as I was not paying for my dog to be put in a crate for 75% of the day and I was wondering if this was a good fit. This was when I was told I should not be sending my dog to daycare. We, including his trainers, were shocked. The following day I received a call from the manager, Dillon, so he can explain what prompted this decision and I can explain my frustration. He explained that my dog was “overstimulated” and gets too excited around dogs, and is unable to notice when he needs a break. Pertaining to my dog, I have several videos of him on the side laying with two or three dogs, letting himself have a break unlike I had been told, as well as seeing dogs with the EXACT same play style, never being separated despite antogonizing other dogs. I have screenshots of video clips from their own webcams of what was seen by us:- staff members consistently on their phones- staff members showing minimal attention, a random pet once in a while- staff members having their backs to the dogs- staff members randomly tuning in and paying attention, and separating an innocent dog not aggravating the situation- staff getting angry after a dog would messily drink water, as they had to mop it, and they would remove the water (sent message about this and they stopped removing water)- absolutely no activity schedule besides play inside or outside- five minutes of one on one time, where staff barely had any interaction with the dog- not even a toy on the play floors, as they show in their social media posts- saw on my ring camera my dog being dropped off and being taken out of the trunk without a leash, being held by the collar as he jumped out (I live on a main route)When on the phone with Dillon, he gave me some “behind the scene” information, Stating he had only been with the company for a month and a half and was in the process of trying to get the staff trained as he understood not all of them knew how to handle dogs properly. He had clearly understood that staff would improperly separate and exclude certain dogs rather than the aggravators. I will say Dillon had been very helpful and honest throughout this process. He seems to know what he is doing, But made a Point to let me know he was working on finding an afternoon manager who can handle the business as well as he did in the morning. Unfortunately, They do not have enough staff to properly handle the amount of dogs they get in. Most of the time there was only one staff on the floor with several dogs. If you are seeking a daycare and have a high energy dog or puppy, and are looking for your dog to be given the love and attention you would give if you were with them, I suggest finding another establishment as they are not staffed or trained adequately.

It had been a while, and frankly, we were getting desperate as he is big and has a double coat and was getting really matted. It felt like we were getting to a point of no return. Stephanie is absolutely amazing! My dogs are not overly friendly to nonfamily members and she was a pro handling them at the first meet and greet. She is so attentive and responsive to them, she treats them as if they were her own dogs. Paw Pals prices are extremely reasonable and I really appreciate that they provide overnight services. I feel terrible putting my pups into the kennel for a night or two on the rare occasion Im gone so it is a great option to have Stephanie stay with them at home instead. I highly recommend!

Paw Pals is great! My dog loves going to their daycare, and gets excited at the sound of their name. They always take great care of him while hes there, and I can check on him via their cameras whenever I want! He always comes back happy, tired, and wanting more. Ive heard great things about their boarding, dog walking, and pet sitting services as well, though Ive personally never used them! I hope to soon! The staff has always been great and I cant wait to see them again soon.
