Biscuits & Bath - Hells Kitchen

We have been regulars here since the Hells Kitchen location opened almost a year ago and we could not be any happier with the services. Our pup gets walks, grooming, training, and boarding here. The staff is absolutely phenomenal, especially the manager. We are consistently blown away by the great customer service and care they provide our pup. We highly recommend Biscuits & Bath!!!

UPD: the team reached out to me, apologized for the bad experience, and gave a refund for deshedding that hasnt been done properlyI had an appointment for bath & deshedding for my husky in the beginning of May. I paid 192$ in total, 42$ of which specifically for deshedding. It was the worst and the most expensive dog service I ever had. I feel like nothing had been done except for a quick bath that I could easily do myself. I came there for deshedding because I dont have the necessary equipment at home, and now after spending this much Ill have to go to see my previous groomer 1h away who would do a perfect job for 95$ spending 2.5h on my dog. Waste of your time and money.

Audrey is amazing! she has an amazing way of making not only my pup fox extremely comfortable but me as well! she’s also very informative & always has a smile! please give audrey a raise LOL!! shes awesome 👏🏾
