Dog City NYC (W27)

Both of my dogs come here and they absolutely love their Dog City Family. The staff is friendly, professional and the customer service is top tier. The facilities are very clean and smell nice ALL the time. My Simi boy loves hearing “do you want to go to school today?” I adore the team there and they truly love each dog like their own.

My dog Chester LOVES it here. Every time he sees a Dog City team member in my building, he is ecstatic and tries to run up to them while wagging his tail like crazy. When he gets picked up to go to day care (another amazing benefit) he literally jumps a foot in the air out of excitement (to the point where its difficult to get his harness on).I can understand why - the people there are super nice and responsive, they keep him engaged - even threw him a party for his 1st birthday when I was feeling under the weather. They also are very responsive and keep me updated on how his day went.Thank you Dog City for being such a great place for my dog to stay when Im at work or need some downtime!

The dog walking services are good.But DO NOT send your dogs to get groomed here. They will not follow pictures or instructions. They completely shaved my cavalier ears off and he looks terrible! Instructions was to shave the body but short trim the ears legs etc. they even shaved the legs! And it’s patchy in places. You can see all the jagged edges of the trimmer allover this body. Petco or townhouse will do a wonderful job if you’re looking in the area.

We love this location! Weve used 2 other doggy daycares and by far this is my favorite! Theyre also great with relief walks when were busy on zoom and cant get out in time. Their groomers are also wonderful. My girl comes out looking like a superstar every time.

My dog Coco happily runs out to the handlers when they come to pick her up! She is always eager to leave for Dog City.She also recognizes her friends and handlers on the street when strolling the neighborhood, so we know she has a good time there!I just wish there was a cctv or monitor to check up on Coco once in a while when we get curious about her day.

Dog city is the best doggy daycare for my little puppy! They take so much care of my dog and I know he is always in good hands! Also, they have a lot of fun events for the dogs to attend!

Our dog, Haven, has absolutely loved coming here for the last two years. She and other dogs are treated with such loving care by all the employees. We don’t have enough great things to say!

Dog city is hands down the best place in all of NY to have your dog serviced! I have my dog groomed here every month and my dog is the star of the show whenever i pick her up. The boarding in on another level I was always worried about leaving my little daisy with someone other then family but Dog City takes more care then most people I know. If possible I would give them 10 stars!
