Happy Hounds Doggie Daycare & Boarding

This place is awesome!They know my dogs names by sight.I did the bath recently for both and is was cheaper for them to play all day and then get bathed then just a bath at a store. Also they took care of the dogs nails with out asking and included in the bath package.I can not recommend this place more. Feiendly staff, great rates.Last weekend they boardes both dogs and they came home happy and tired from playing all day.Day care, boarding, bathing. This place has it all!100%

We took our 10 month old Yorkie to his first day of daycare on 2/6, and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out! Leo was so happy to play with some new furry friends & let out some energy! The staff is extremely professional, accommodating and friendly! We could tell our puppy was in great hands here! We will be bringing Leo back for some more daycare visits for sure!! I would absolutely recommend this daycare for your fur babies!

Our dog, Loki, loves going to doggie daycare! He had made a bunch of friends and the prices are very reasonable. Weve used the daycare not only for a few hours during the day, but also for overnight stays. The staff is great and takes very good care of all the dogs that are there. Theyve also expanded their services, so check them out!

They are friendly and knowledgeable. My dog doesnt take well to strangers but she took right to the female worker. The staff is pleasant and you can tell they love what they do. The prices for half day and full day are very affordable.

Not allowed to tour the facility. Questions about the facility, a typical dog day, and boarding are answered vaguely and right from the start not very forthcoming however the owners seemed very friendly snd I was trusting. I have been bringing my dog there once a week for daycare and an overnight fir the past 6 weeks. I think the weekdays were okay however, Be aware of the weekends..... there are only specific pickup times and drop off times on Sat and Sun. Came 10 minutes early for pick up. Doors were locked, no one was there. As I started to pull out toward the road, the owner was coming from the opposite direction where he could discretely pull into the the back side of the building most likely after seeing me on the camera out front. Still with vague answers it appears the owner is “in and out” all day. I asked where the dogs go. He told me they are put away “in a room” By themselves. I asked if crated and he said no only if they are destructive. He did say they don’t get as much playtime on the weekends, I’m not quite sure exactly what that means since again, there is no clear communication as to what exactly goes on there even after questioning. I’m very disappointed and this will be my last time there.

My pitbull is dog aggressive & when he goes to Happy Hounds, they put him in his own lil area, he is well takin care of & is very reasonable $ wise. I have used the boarding services twice & will continue to put my beloved family dog into their caring hands.

Derrick and Stephanie are very accommodating. I always know that my pups are well cared for at Happy Hounds.

Awesome doggie daycare and a local family owned business that even has a grooming section and option for special pet photos! Plus the owner offers great deals all the time on multiple day stays or daycare visits! Love this place!

This place is great. Stephanie is the most caring person for your pet while you are away. Your dog has free Rome of the facility and an outdoor area it is amazing

The owners are friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Full disclosure: we actually board our birds there...something they dont normally do. Prices are reasonable...and they offer convenient times to drop-off and pick-up.

I have taken my dog there for 2 years never had a problem nice staff helpful obviously someone else took over I’ve always brought my dog drop off no problem 2 years last time I went I was told I needed too call first too see if my dog could come that was a first after 2 years a surprise explanation he wasn’t a regular wish I had that in writing when I first started going so I had too call too see if my dog could come that day now I always have my dog have baths and nails cut all the time I text ahead of time they tell me can do it at 5 I go say hello I’m here for my dogs bath I get a look basically they didn’t want too do it and was told quote well I can’t cut his nails today from what was an amazing experience when first started taking my dog and for awhile is now just awful so please bring back whoever was working there before I teach customer service for large companies and this is my experience which will be an example of bad customer service when speaking and teaching proper customer service

They are the best! Our dog absolutely loves going there and they are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend
