Extremely happy with my grooming experience! Prices were awesome & the lobby is full of treats to purchase at super affordable prices. The staff was great & all came out to sing my dogs praises. Already have my next appointment scheduled

My German Shepherd was happy after 10 days of boarding and that speaks volumes. Team is great. Darlene did an excellent job of grooming. We have also worked with Andy on some training issues. Will probably try their working dogs club at some point.

I had a great experience. Staff is very friendly and professional. The kennel is very clean and well kept .My dog is not the friendly type . They were able to separate her from the other dogs. They followed instructions not to try to touch her yet they still gave her as much attention possible. They offered her biscuits and responded to text messages promptly with updates on my dogs status. I would definitely use Ruff Haus Kennels again.

I have a neopolitan presa canario mastiff mutt (who knows🤣) and a German shepherd mix. My neo is fine. He’s not a big people person lol but he’s good no matter where he is! My shepherd though, when she boards she gets loose poop, scratches patches and is just my little ball of anxiety- we already know😅🤷🏼‍♀️Anyway- In true shepherd fashion, she got an ear infection last week and is on ear wash, and antibiotics. So of course we drop off her off to ruff house with a million meds, raw food (we feed raw) and some “just in case” trazodone for her anxiety…I texted over the weekend to check on them and got a text back that they were doing great- and no signs indicating they even needed the anxiety meds.I picked my dogs up this morning. They’re clean, they’re fat and happy 🤣, they were walked extra at my request, no trazodone was needed for my shepherd, and she has no loose stool like she used to get at her old boarder. She has no bald spots, no raw feet, and she’s plump 😅🤷🏼‍♀️ all of those she was notorious for in the past when stressed.It was evident that they were loved on, cared for, and spoiled during their stay. We will be back for our out of country trip and we will also be switching all grooming services over to them.10/10. Thank you Darlene and Ruff Haus!

Our girl loved her experience at Ruff Haus. She came home so clean and smelling amazing. They even gave her a little bandana! 10/10 will be bringing her back again.

My dogs boarded together at Ruff Haus and they were the happiest they have ever been in a boarding experience! My dogs have very different personalities. Darlene was awesome to work with, and made my dogs feel at home. I also had my dogs groomed at the end of their boarding experience and they were stunning (pic from when they got home from being groomed) I would recommend them to anyone looking to board or groom their animal!

The best place to board my babies! The staff is very friendly and kind to you and your fur babies. They are the only ones I trust grooming my super shedder anxiety-filled big guy and my wild, high energy-filled baby girl.They are always professional and helpful.My babies always come home happy and smell wonderful

A wonderful and personable experience when boarding our German Shepherd here for a week. We also booked a grooming for the day of pick up and the result was amazing compared to another local groomer. I wouldnt hesitate to bring him here again and trust them 100%! Thanks Darlene and staff!

I highly recommend Ruff Haus for grooming and boarding! My husband and I went on our honeymoon and we were very standoffish about boarding our Boston Terrier! The minute we got to Ruff Haus are fears went away! The atmosphere is amazing and the girls who helped us were too! Rocko came back to us nice and groomed and in an amazing mood! They clipped his nails, groomed and even gave him a facial (I was a bit jealous lol) we will be using them for all our grooming boarding needs.

Second time boarding our pups here and this time just like last time was great. The drop off and pick up was easy and both pups came home with baths (not included)

My doggie was super happy when we picked her up. The staff was wonderful and the icing on top was that my dog was groomed. I forgot to mention that the place is super clean.

Awesome and friendly staff , it was Apollo first time there this past Sunday finally found someone awesome to groom him . I would recommend Ruff haus to anybody .

We definitely do not recommend Ruffhaus kennels!Our dog died just a few hours after boarding at RuffHaus! We boarded our dog 7/19/22- 7/25/22. We picked up our dog at 3pm and realized he was in respiratory distress. We did not receive any emergency phone call from them. We were told by an employee that they didn’t know what happened and that no one there noticed anything!?? Shortly thereafter we took him to an emergency vet. By midnight that evening, just hours after being picked up from RuffHaus, our beloved dog passed away. Owner offered to pay for boarding and vet bill. Boarding was refunded, however the vet bill still has not been reimbursed. I also make reference to review posted 7/9 by Deb Marc on facebook who apparently had a similar horrible experience at Ruffhaus. Enough said. Hopefully, this will enable pet owners to make an informed decision about where to board their pet.

They are the best! We wouldnt leave our dog anywhere else.
