Mackenzie and Rose were absolutely amazing! My dog is anxious and reactive but he had a great time!! He was able to get successfully groomed, something he hasn’t been able to do before! They are truly trustworthy and I’ll be returning.

Not only is the space incredibly inviting, but the staff are so excellent! They dont crate dogs before/after services (which was the initial reason I booked an appointment) but the groomer was incredibly kind and understanding about my questions and concerns before starting the service.

Customer service is the best! Our dog always comes out perfectly groomed and happy. But the real joy of the Essential Pet Salon is the staff. They are so wonderful to people and pets alike. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The best groomers - highly recommend! I have 2 doodles and they came back looking and smelling better than ever before. The groomers are so kind and it’s obvious they treat the dogs well. They asked questions about how I wanted each dog cut, and also if the dogs would get anxious with the bath, loud noises, etc. When I picked the dogs up, the groomer was excited to show me pictures/videos of my dogs being silly during the grooming. I’m so excited to have this new dog salon open up, and we’ll be back soon!

Absolutely outstanding!Rose made my shaggy boy look clean-cut and handsome (and he smells much better, too!). Mackenzie sent me text updates and photos throughout the grooming process.I am so glad they dont use crates; Archie was able to hang out with the groomers while he waited for me to pick him up.Equivalent cost to other salons. Cute shop. Very personable and friendly!

Excellent service

I came here after getting a recommendation from my previous groomer and Mackenzie and Rose do not disappoint!!!! They responded almost immediately, accommodated scheduling and Rose took such great care of my miniature schnauzer, Buddy! I just picked him up and he looks so handsome and does not seem stressed in the least! I can tell she was super patient throughout his appointment and that kind of care is worth its weight in gold. Thank you so much for taking your time with him and we are looking forward to seeing you again!!

Mackenzie was communicative and friendly and we are glad to have found somewhere to take our nervous pup.we typically give our nervous gsd pitty staffy boxer mix a bath with the works, but as new parents our arms are full and we haven’t had the time nor energy to give our first born a good wash.mackenzie reassured our pup—and us—that she would be well taken care of. chimi came back nice and clean and happy, complete with the cutest bandana.we look forward to future baths and trust mackenzie and her team will take great care of our little one.
