Pawfection Pet Grooming

So sad that my mother gets called in for emergency surgery and they want to charge me $30 per dog for a missed appointment. So sad they are like this!!

Absolutely loved them. Hudson will definitely be returning and will be bringing his sister Ocean when she gets big enough

Cynthias prices are reasonable, her work is amazing and she and her staff are so sweet and lovely to deal with. I cant say enough good things about Pawfection. My dogs love it here and so do we. We wont take our dogs anywhere else.

I scheduled an full grooming for my Pug. He smelled so wonderful for days after 💙 🐾🛁 When I picked him up he was given a cute scarf and he was so cheerful 😃

VERY friendly! Prices are great and grooming is excellent. They love all fur babies who enter. Ive been taking Roxie to Cynthia since almost her first day open. She treats Roxie as her own.

Appointment was hard to make. People told me about Pawfection, so we settled with an appointment that was 2month away from the day I called. We got there on time and waited in the parking lot for the groomer to come out. Angie came out and greeted my puppy. Seemed friendly and caring. She asked me what I was looking for. I told her pretty much everything you expected to have done in a grooming, like shower, hair cut, ear cleaning and ear hair removal, nail, etc. then she told me it costed extra $10 to have my puppy’s nail grinding. Ive never heard that before. My past experience was grinding the nails has been part of the grooming service. So I opted out. (And I should’ve asked for the price)… and I showed Angie a picture of how we want the face to look like. when we picked up my small puppy, we were charged for $67. My puppy’s face looked nothing like the one I showed. My puppy’s nails were just slightly shorter and they got sharp edges (ok, cuz I opted out for grinding). Most importantly, I don’t think her ears were cleaned or touched at all. There are lots of hair inside. Then I was told by people who told me about Pawfection, they were charged less and grinding nails was included. I understand the costs might be different depending on size and breed, but I don’t think they provide thorough enough work for the price they charge. In the reply from Pawfection, they called my puppy a boy, and my puppy is a girl. That just tells you how much they care, I think.

Fit us in same day, took both dogs to get their nails groomed. One was a recent rescue so we were unsure of how they would do. The groomers were extremely professional and got our dogs in and out without stressing them out.

Today was Deisel first day and he was met with smiles and loving..,put mommys mind at ease also lol. They did a tremendous job my little boy is shiny and smells great. Thanks to the ladies for making him look great.

The staff at Pawfection is the best. I have a Husky by the name of Willow who is very young. She was in desperate need of a complete grooming, and when I picked her up she looked amazing. I must say we will be back for their great care.Thank you Pawfection Staff.

I want to thank you for all the great care you have given our Remi. But with a heavy heart and much sadness, we lost our Remi due to his lyme disease. He was the best rescue anyone could ever ask for. We gave him the best 6 years of his 9lives. Thank you for your exceptional work and care. He will be greatly missed. I have been there twice now for nail trims for my 7 month old german shephard and they were great both times. They were good at helping my big pup through his new experience and service was quick and efficient.

Personal care. Animals well cared for. They do what you ask for abd more. Kind with all pets. Good location. Safety is a priority. Call on arrival and they will collect your pet. Friendly staff.

Super friendly staff. They always squeeze my dog in for a quick nail trim. They make it quick and easy. They do curbside service. Show up with your pup, they come scoop him up out of the car. It cant be any easier. Highly recommend.

The ladies that were working were all very nice. They did a great job on Myloschzs toes, and one lady was singing to the dog that she was working with in the other room to help him be more comfortable. I will return monthly!
