Applewood Boarding Kennels

Excellent facility. Extremely clean and the owner and staff are all wonderful. Our pup went for two weeks of boarding and training. When we picked her up she was happy, and healthy. The training program worked great for our dog. The Trainer Hannah, is wonderful and we could tell that our dog and she had developed a great connection. After only two weeks our dog now heels and walks on a loose leash. She sits and stays until released. She no longer jumps up on us and is much calmer when in new situations. We are thrilled. Can’t say enough good things about Hannah and this entire place. Highly recommend the boarding as well as the training.

Absolutely Amazing!Boarded my 4 year old American Bully there for a week and I couldnt recommend them enough. Very clean housing for the animals and lots of space for them to get exercise. The staff are 100% the highlight though. They are extremely attentive and knowledgeable about dog behavior and will take as good of care of your dog as you would. You can tell they truly take pride in what they do and have a deep love for the animals they care for.

This is the absolute best boarding facility. We were gone for 2 weeks and we never had to worry about the care of our older dog. He loves coming here and never has an issue with eating or being nervous. Sherry is the best and it is obvious that she loves her guests. 10 star rating, cause 5 is not enough!!

We have boarded there twice, if I could leave 100 stars I would. Our dog loves it there which says it all. We always feel confident that our Emmie is happy and well care for. They truly love dogs at Applewood.

Finding this kennel was a win for me and both my dogs. As a veterinary professional, I have experienced my fair share of kennels, and Applewood far surpasses any I have used before. The grounds are impeccable, and the pet area is pristine. Its bright, spotless, and equipped with air conditioning, white noise machines and big screen TVs to soothe and comfort pets. There are private areas with couches for a little individual doggie down time, and a clean yard with gravel filled pens for going to the bathroom.Sherry was very loving and patient with Bruno and Lena, and they really did seem to love her back. She faithfully followed all directions for feeding and giving supplement and treats. Each dog got exercise time, and she was well aware of my tripod dogs limitations. I received periodic updates and pictures via text, and she was able to adapt some of her schedule to accommodate my arrival and departure.I have never felt more comfortable leaving my dogs at a kennel before, and will definitely plan to schedule again for next summers vacation. Applewood Boarding Kennel is one of Pulaskis best kept secrets.

Applewood Kennels is top notch. It is obvious that Sherry and Paul are passionate about taking care of the dogs and take great pride in their facility. I would definitely recommend Applewood to others. My chocolate lab came back looking clean and smelling great after his bath!

My neighbors suggested Applewood when I was looking for a place to take my dogs while on vacation. This place is wonderful! Sherry treats my dogs like they are her own. The kennel is spotless.I wont take my dogs anywhere else.
