I wish I can give a zero. After seeing the work they provide. I wouldnt recommend you taking your pet there. I just cant imagine you pricking a dog so many times while giving a haircut. Unless you wanted to harm the dog. How unprofessional not saying to the owner of the dog, that the dog has been nipped a couple times.and give a reason why it happened. This means they had something to hide. Imagine the pain the dog went through and not being able to say to their owner how they been treated or what happened. You leave your dog to have a spa day and the dog comes out hurt. I dont want to know what happens behind close door. You trust someone to take care of your dog while its getting its spa day and you expect for your dog to be treated as if it was one of their own. I am so upset of the abused caused to my niece and nephews. IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG RUN RUN RUN. As fast as you can and dont look back.

Im so angry!!!! They cut and severely burned my two dogs several times on the neck and back. They covered it with a powder to stop the bleeding. These people never told me anything. Dont bring your dogs here unless you want them tortured!!

I was skeptical about this place. I had seen some bad reviews. I talked to my neighbor who took his dog here, and he said it was great. I decided to find out for myself. When I tell you how pleased I was, its an understatement. My dog looked so cute and little. She had so much hair, and now I could see her cute lil face, and she smelled so good. I was definitely pleased and will be bringing her back.

Do not use their service. They are very unprofessional, very rude and do not treat the dogs right. The receptionist has a nasty attitude and claims that a rabies vaccination expires every 6 months. (Which that’s a lie) I refuse to go to ppl who don’t speak English and turn customers away when you question why do I have to vaccinate my dog when the vaccination is good for 1 year. Just saying these people are scammers save ur money and go else where

Bobi Pet was referred to me by close friends that have been taking their pets there for years. They are fairly priced, so I will definitely be coming back. The receptionist was warm and friendly and they are also bilingual (Spanish). I would definitely recommend. 👍🏼👍🏼

Ive been taking dog to him for a couple of years. He just moved to a more spacious space. There at times that I have not like cut, as it looks choppy and her ears I feel are slightly uneven. I think it depends on who does service. As he has others help him. If you need him to fix something, he will with no problem. Besides that service is good. They also speak Spanish (Hablan Espanol).

The worst!!! If you care about your dog do not come here. First of all my dog is a 9 year old dog. I took him here for a grooming they called me told me my dog was ready at 330. I was infront of their business at 350 to the gates down!They left my dog in the store and decided to close before their usual closing hours. I mean how unprofessional can you be where you couldnt even call between those 20 minutes to let us know you guys were closing. They dont even keep dogs over night. It was so nice outside that they just had to close a hour earlier to enjoy the weather but leaving my dog in the store alone. Smh NEVER AGAIN.

They said my dog justin was too “human-like”, whatever that means. they refused to give him a haircut, and i think there was some racial intent behind it because he is a black dog, but that’s neither here nor there. they also killed my girlfriends dog and had no remorse or valid explanation. pls. give your dog a better experience ANYWHERE but here.

If I could give them a negative stars I would they had the nerve to rush me because my dog was the last one and they were closing then I get there he tells me they cut my dog because she moved and I been grooming my dog for years and she has never moved Please do not take your dogs here and they don’t even ask for paper work for the dogs going there. Please people before anything happens to your dog do not go there even someone’s dog died there. They don’t care about animals just the money we give them.

The people here are the best and most patient I’ve ever met when it comes to groomers! They are obviously major animal lovers as well. Your pets are safe here.

Yes my cousin brought her dog here and he ended up passing away due to this place’s poor service. They were not even the slightest bit sad about what they did. The workers here aren’t qualified to do their job and should never be allowed to go near animals again.
