Dog Charm Studio

The place is a bit dated but the 2 ladies were wonderful. Great haircut. My dog absolutely loved the groomers on this first haircut and will be back indefinitely.

My dog is completely lopsided. One side of his face is almost bald, including his eye brow. One leg is actually cut shorter than the other.

We had a horrible experience at dog charm studio. I suggest that you avoid this place at all costs if you care about your dog and how it looks.We dropped off our little puppy for a haircut given that he had yet to have one. This was our first time visiting as we just recently got our dog and moved to Scarsdale. We were adamant that we didn’t want a lot taken off the dog because we loved his curls and the groomer totally transformed him with an incredibly short summer cut in late November. She did not listen to anything that we said or ask any questions if there was a lack of understanding. It was quite sad to see how radically different our dog looked after this cut. Secondly, the service was poor and the groomer was extremely rude. She shared how our dog got an F for the day likely because of how poorly he was treated and how uncomfortable he was in their care. Secondly, she threatened us to have to pay for her carpet right after our dog came out of his cut if he did anything as if this wasn’t a dog grooming studio. Third, the groomer in poor taste made fun of my wife’s reaction to what happened to our dog suggesting that she could have all the hair clipped off if it was too short. She was justifiably shocked at what happened to our dog. This studio is horrible...poor customer service and no attention to detail with a clear disregard for the owners requests.Please think twice before going here with your dog as our experience was rather traumatic. We don’t want the same thing to happen to your dog. Dogs deserve to be treated with love and care. Owners deserve to be treated with respect.

I went to Dog charm studio with my Maltese and Yorkie and I was very satisfied. The groomer was very knowledgeable and kind. My dog didnt have to stay all day and they came home well groomed, smelling clean and best of all happy. I would highly recommend Dog charm studio.

I have never been so dissatisfied with a groomer..my 6 year old beautiful Havanese was given chopped up haircut..her ears didnt match, the top of her head was shaved and so were her legs.I question whether this groomer is licensed and why she only takes cash..

They give Brody a great haircut every time.

Cathy is the BEST. Besides doing a great job she is very loving and caring towards the animals which is very important to me . I recommend her highly.

Cathy has been grooming our dogs for years and shes very good.
